Terrible experience due to staff. An issue arose and I was charged for a double booking This issue could have easily been resolved however staff were unwilling to help. Will not be back.

The hotel and grounds are very clean and well kept. Lots of parking. Only issue we had was that the back entrance although it says it will be open until 10PM was never open and the key cards did not work for that door. This is a minor fall back.
The other issue, also very minor, was that we love to sit outside to eat and play card when weather permitting. We asked at te front desk if there were tables and chairs outside and she said no. The second day walking around the hotel we found a table with benches anchored in the ground, maybe the staff should know the hotel better to help customers.

Everything was great. The property is in a mall, with amazing shopping and eating options. Super friendly staff. The pool with the water slide was sensational.

Eric
C’était correct

Upon our arrival, there was a strong smell of marijuana in the hallway. In the bathroom, a dirty washcloth from the previous guests was hanging in the bathtub, and the coffee maker had not been cleaned.

Frederic

Comfortable and clean. Breakfast was pretty basic.
We chose this location because it had a pool. The pool was okay, good for kids, but it was small and kind of rowdy with no staff monitoring. People had food and drinks on the deck which caused a bit of a mess. The hot tub jets didn't work and the splashpad elements in the shallow part of the pool didn't work.

Good breakfast. Clean. Free parking. Well located.

The room was as specified. The kids room came with a monitor for games, however we got the equipment from reception, but no instructions on how to work it. Kids were a bit disappointed.
The pool was great. The kids loved the slide. The pool was a nice temperature the 1st day, the next morning it was very cold.
Breakfast is very simple, but it works.
Staff were all in training so check-in a bit slow and some of the staff were hard to understand in both French and English.

Bien satisfaite. 😉
Brigitte
The hot tub isn't very hot, and gym isn't working. Otherwise, the hotel and staff are great.
Natalie
Good place for a family stay.

The place was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location.
The room was well prepared when we arrived, and the check-in process was simple. The bed was comfortable. The staff/host was polite and helpful whenever we needed something.

Good place.

Friendly staff. No frills stay. Great value for price. Kids loved the pool and slide. Rooms looked updated but in the future could use glasses in bathroom or a couple of bottles of water. Internet good. Gym has no weights just one treadmill and a few bikes/eliptical. Breakfast was fine. Bagels/cream cheese fruit juice.
Karine
Nice place ! Pool a bit old and small and some stuff is not working but kids love it anyway
François

Room was good. went with family and we enjoyed the pool and room

Personnel courtois. Déjeuner bien, mais très simple.

Came to St-Sauveur to spend the weekend. Stayed at this hotel and it was a bad decision.
Rooms were dusty. Bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly, we even found food crumbs on one of the beds. The room above us was so noisy all night with kids jumping and screaming till 2am and then again at 7am. I had to call front desk multiple times and nothing was done !! The morning staff was so rude and had to beg the receptionist to tell them to stop.
Also hot tub fits very small and jets don’t work.
Definitely the last time I’ll be staying here. Disappointed for the amount $ we paid, I expected better way better than this !!

Room was quiet and had everything we needed. Breakfast was good but could use more protein/low sugar options like plain Greek yogurt or cheeses.

The two ladies who worked the front desk at check in were very hospitable. The pool is definitely my kids favorite thing about the hotel aside from the breakfast. We enjoyed the room (although, we just used it to sleep in mainly). I would recommend this hotel to anyone with kids travelling. My family and I have stayed here a few times now. We plan on coming back again as we travel alot to Quebec.
Marc-André
Chambre propre.
Mark
Good points.
Staff were great. The pool and water slide was a hit with the children. Plenty of parking. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. The electric heat worked great. Good lighting in bathroom. Lots of hot water. The continental breakfast was well stocked with cereals, bread/toast, yogurts, juices and 24 hour coffee and hot water. There was an iron and ironing board and hair dryer. Also there was a mini fridge and microwave.
Room for improvement.
They have a couple of electric plug-ins (type 1) at the side of the hotel which is normal house current. For most EVs this takes a couple of days to fully charge. They should install at least type 2 chargers. Main part of room was lit only by lamps and was a bit dark in the evening. No room darkening shades so it was bright in the room in the daytime. Fridge took a while to chill food.
In summary, I liked this hotel and would go back!

The hotel is exactly what you expect from Super 8. The room was good but they should really consider giving a discount to people in rooms near the elevator and stairs. Other patrons can be loud and you can hear everything at all times of the night. I think upgrading the towels would also be a good idea
