While the exterior looks run down, the room was very clean and spacious, bed comfortable. Front desk staff super friendly. Loved the jacuzzi tub. Could use a kettle in the room and more road salt in the parking area. Also, parking was overcrowded and sometimes tight to maneuver.

Very clean. Very polite staff. Comes with sink,oven,mini kitchen. My only disappointment is that it wasn't made clear that it was apartment style 'room'. Also the listing stated 'Arcade/Game's room. That is not the cas. I think it's a meeting/conference with room and it was booked up. I only picked this place since I was thought there was some kids entertainment... There isn't. Still worth it for the location, the view and the comfort!

The bed was extremely comfortable and the smart TV is a plus. The full kitchen is also extremely nice.
Service is a little lacking however and during winter the steep slope is not salted and impossible to climb with an older car. Also, the bathroom door was busted and could not close.

A great place to stay if you happen to ski in the area or pass by while on the way to somewhere else.

The Hotel is a bit dated but maintains its ski resort type of charm. We arrived on a snowing day and the room was heated to a comfortable temperature in our room. Bathroom was clean and the room came with a stove and sink as well.

Very walkable neighborhood with groceries and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend it.

AVOID!! This is more a run down motel than a hotel. Disclaimer, there’s not a real window!!! I booked the suite and when we got there we realized the window leads to hallway that shows the outside. Which means, if you want some light in your room, you will make eye contact with everyone passing. The description says the rooms are sound proof, I was on the second floor and we could hear everything. From footsteps, to toilet flushing from upstairs. The furniture is from the 90s, the bathtub is yellow (it was originally white) and everything else seemed just as bad. We stayed for 30 minutes and left the same night. They don’t refund you but it was worth losing the money to leave.

Toutes les fournitures étaient bien etamées à.notre arrivée (mouchoir et papier de toilette) et insuffisants pour la durée du séjour. Problème à l'arrivée avec un double paiement exigé. L'hébergement est bien situé à proximité de plusieurs restaurants.

You get what you pay for. The place needs a major overhaull the floors are soft in some spot on the balcony.

The staff is super nice, especially an older gentleman. They do what they can with what they have as a facility.

You can clearly see that the owner of this property patched issues for now too many years.

J’ai reservé la chambre pour mes beaux parents quand ils sont revenus à la chambre après leur souper il y avait des insectes dans le planchers de la salle de bain et dans la chambre. Ils ont informé le responsable de l’établissement ce dernier affirme quil n’y a rien là et demande de contacter hotel.com pour se faire rembourser dans les 24h. J’ai alors contacté le responsable qui dit qu’il va parler avec son patron pour le remboursement et me rappeler. Apres des échanges où il me dit parler txto avec son patron, il me laisse un message que son patron et lui vont vérifier s’il y a effectivement des insectes et décider après s’ils vont me rembourser. Le commis était évasif dans ses réponses. Mes parents n’ont pas dormi sur place et j'aimerais avoir un remboursement.

The property is walking distance to stores, restaurants etc. Heater in bathroom should be changed as it is all rusted! Floors were not washed I believe! Could need an uplift in the rooms! Fantastic Location.

Almost every year we’re visiting Val-Morin city for civic holiday weekend. During our visit,we always select this hotel for our stay. TD bank,Tim Horton, Mc Donald and a super market and Gas Station are available near by. FANTASTIC LOCATION.

The facility had all the amenities exactly as advertised. Bed was comfortable and the mini kitchen was complete. The property is functional but dated. The 2 person jetted tub is nice but felt werid to have it with a full mirror wall around it Would have liked to have wine glasses, and a few more things in the kitchen as it was sparse. The floor had two metal transitions of 2 cm between tile and flooring that were easy to stub toes and hurt the heal while walking around barefoot. The AC unit was really loud. It was difficult to sleep cause of the noise of an outside gathering of guests on the first night that when on till about 2am.

We encountered a problem with our reservation & payment, resulting in a follow up call to obtain a credit for double charging. Issued without issue; but, the misstep could easily have been missed on my part. Overall, the staff tried to be helpful at all times, but were lacking in experience. Doubtful that we will rebook at this facility in the future.

When we arrived, we were given a room with a bathroom fan that was so loud that it was impossible to turn on the light. When we went to the front desk, person there wanted us to spend the night in that room. Finally pushed for another room since hôtel was not at capacity. The next morning, power outage. No generator and no communication from front desk.

When we returned, rooms next to us had been cleaned and doors left open and saw a ground hog trying to get in.
