For the money, it’s worth it and there is a lot of walking distance to the shopping centre and very convenient. It’s overall good. We will go back to this Place.
Colleen
This hotel does not look great from outside, but let me tell you rooms are great. They have all we needed and some. Fridge couch big tv ,mini kitchen and stove. Would return again...Thank you to the hotel staff for making the hotel so comfortable. Beds were great too.

The room is equipped with amenities and the view in front of the room is wonderful. The shopping centre and grocery stores are just walking distance. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay.

For us, we were travelling on a motocycle. Since it’s been raining a full day, we were able to secure the moto under the balcony.

Très bien
Jennifer
Room was clean, beds comfortable and great to have small kitchenette. But no housekeeping and we were there for 6 nights… and socket for microwave was detached from wall. It was quiet and fundamentally served our needs.
Clement
Pour le prix et sa localisation.
Natalie
Bien situé. Chambres un peu défrachies mais propres et fonctionnelles. Dame à la réception était très aidante avec nos vélos à l'arrivée.

Great affordable stay, great location!!

Upon check in the required a $150 damage deposit, which has not been returned.
Eliza
The property doesn’t resemble the pictures at all. The state of the structure has deteriorated and it smells strongly of humidity. Also, don’t get fooled by the “mountain view” that is indicated next to certain rooms, you barely have a window.
Ammar
Very good for the price and grest hotel for couples!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was tired looking and unfortunately quite dirty. My feet were black after I walked on them. Bathroom wasn’t very clean the bathroom door was covered in black smudges. We also experienced an internet outage that went on for quite a while so we just gave up watching tv and went to bed.
The towels were clean and the bed was comfortable.
The location is so pretty wish the room had lived up to it.
The price was rather high for the overall experience.
A good refresh of the rooms and deep cleaning are in order!

I had a pleasant stay at this property. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxing.
A few small improvements could make the experience even better, but overall I was satisfied with my stay and would consider staying here again. I would recommend this property to travellers looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Overall good Hotel. Need to improve the parking experience.
Danielle
While the exterior looks run down, the room was very clean and spacious, bed comfortable. Front desk staff super friendly. Loved the jacuzzi tub. Could use a kettle in the room and more road salt in the parking area. Also, parking was overcrowded and sometimes tight to maneuver.
François
Great place for the price

Staff was very courteous.

Very clean. Very polite staff. Comes with sink, oven, mini kitchen. My only disappointment is that it wasn't made clear that it was apartment style 'room'. Also the listing stated 'Arcade/Game's room. That is not the cas. I think it's a meeting/conference with room and it was booked up. I only picked this place since I was thought there was some kids entertainment... There isn't. Still worth it for the location, the view and the comfort!

Nous avons aimé notre chambre, l’acceuil, nous reviendront c’est assuré

The room was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff for check in and check out. Bed was excellent and the room was well appointed. Maybe a little dated but great location and good pricing.
Katrina
Good room and excellent staff. Very helpfull.
David
Cozy and incredible staff.
Éloïse
The bed was extremely comfortable and the smart TV is a plus. The full kitchen is also extremely nice.
Service is a little lacking however and during winter the steep slope is not salted and impossible to climb with an older car. Also, the bathroom door was busted and could not close.

Was only given one key. The door key malfunctioned. The hotel is dated and bathrooms are seriously dated and smell

A great place to stay if you happen to ski in the area or pass by while on the way to somewhere else.
The Hotel is a bit dated but maintains its ski resort type of charm. We arrived on a snowing day and the room was heated to a comfortable temperature in our room. Bathroom was clean and the room came with a stove and sink as well.
Very walkable neighborhood with groceries and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend it.

Just OK on all fronts
Ava
Great location. Very accommodating front desk staff - the two ladies were excellent :) right beside all of the ski hills as well

The room was clean, cozy ans quiet. The bed was very comfortable, making sleeping a breeze. There was a kitchenette, which comes in handy if you want to prepare meals. Staff was friendly and informative. I'd stay here again.

AVOID!! This is more a run down motel than a hotel. Disclaimer, there’s not a real window!!! I booked the suite and when we got there we realized the window leads to hallway that shows the outside. Which means, if you want some light in your room, you will make eye contact with everyone passing. The description says the rooms are sound proof, I was on the second floor and we could hear everything. From footsteps, to toilet flushing from upstairs. The furniture is from the 90s, the bathtub is yellow (it was originally white) and everything else seemed just as bad. We stayed for 30 minutes and left the same night. They don’t refund you but it was worth losing the money to leave.

Friendly staff, nice view and clean rooms

Water for the bathtub was very hot, air conditioning unit was modern and efficient. The decor is a bit dated but the room was very very clean
