The pool and spa were over chlorinated. Most of the jets didn't work.
I had escargot gratinee at the restaurant. It was terrible. Oily and the cheese was extremely low quality. I mentioned it to the waitress but nothing was done to remedy the situation. The main course was shrimp and two were not fresh and the rest were severely overcooked. For 100$, i was expecting a 5 star meal.

Clean room, nice bed, good jet tub and climate control. The pool and spas are great too. Not a modern hotel but comfortable + the staff is kind and helpful.
Restaurant is not good and expensive, I recommend getting takeout elsewhere or eat at a restaurant nearby.

The night staff was rude. No clean up of the room in 3 night. Fridge broke down la night, they told me that because i use the hairdryer at the same Time… I have no haïr. Only one spa open and yellow water. Pool was under work last Day. Lot of noise coming from pool repair until 9:45pm. Dirty room, Even the enveloppe for tip was dirty. In general, was not what it use to be, this hotel is running down. Stay away.
Michel
restaurant was kind of cold due to all the windows.

I have stayed at this hotel twice. Both times we had a nice experience however, I would confirm if your room has been renovated. The first time we stayed, the room seemed a bit out of date… But the second time our room was a renovated one and everything was perfect.

We were looking for a quick romantic weekend getaway... We had a remarkable time between massages, finnish sauna, jacuzzi and indoor pool... We stayed in the President suite which was clean, spacious and cozy. We are looking forward to other great weekend ahead!

Parking was easy and the restaurant had a great menu for the new year party.

The staff were very courteous and the room was clean. However, there was no shampoo or conditioner provided at the property
Mandy
Staff is friendly. Pool was nice.
Marie-Josée
Very old, no salt in driveway eventhough there was hail

Remote control of TV didn't work properly, we couldn't control the volume and had to stand up to change it all the time.
Also there's no the option to control heating inside thr room. Was too hot and generator worked too loud. One of us couldn't sleep the whole night.

Room spotless. Nice pool & dinner. Wasn't t brave enough to step out into the snow to try out the sauna.
Isabelle
Very clean hotel and room, access to dry Sauna and several hot pools. Staff was really welcoming and available without pushing to much. Same good experience with the restaurant in the Hotel. Excellent service and food!😍

Although the staff was nice, the rest was not so good. We got there on Tuesday night, we declined room service as we stated we had only gotten there past 8:30pm therefore, we didn't need room service. And we never were offered room service before we left on Friday at 11:30am. We expected room service on Thursday, but by 4pm, we realized it was not going to happen. We had to ask for new towels, take our own trash out to a room in the lobby and we had to take our dirty towels there. We had two rooms and we had to do the same for both rooms. My daughter and hubby had to work remotely and the WIFI stopped working midday and was installe for the rest of our stay. And it was so cold at the hotel restaurant that we had to rush to eat so we did not catch a cold. Other guests were complaining. They were using space heaters but it was not enough. It is sad as it is a really nice place.

Staff was very courteous. The spa facility was great and so was the restaurant.
Marie
Pete
We stayed two nights and were very pleased with everything except that we could not control the room temperature as it seemed to be preset. No matter what we did, it kept it to one temperature. A bit too cool for just lounging but we had extra sweaters which made things better.
Karina
Le personnel est très gentil!
Jennifer
No heat , dirty, no working phone, broken fridge , Bally sheets. Smelly jacuzzi
Daniel
Nice place. Staff was friendly and nice. Presidents suite was big and clean. Maybe needs a bit of TLC but would definitely stay again.
Nicole
We enjoyed a one night stay. Kids enjoyed the pools and hot tub. Just what we were looking for, close to the restaurant we were going to.
Sara

The property is the cheapest around. Nice place for adults with littke amount of kids.
A significant investment into the property could make it magical.

In general the cleanless is good and prices not high

Property is dated but clean and well maintained. This hotel probably looked chic and upscale 30 years ago. A god choice for a night or two in beautiful St Adele area.

Was really good!
But if you want something relax , just to let you know that there's a lot of families.
So yesterday at my supper 🍽 time it was terrible with the noise and the parents that didn't stop to talk loud with them .
I love kids , i work with kids but in a restaurant that you pay expensive or not , you must have your quality time

Nice hotel - should have did a bit more homework - after I booked I saw that I could have claimed a 10% bonus - CA 10 .- probably a gift from government for holidaying in Canada - Did virtual agent right after it was booked and eventhough hadn’t paid fully for trip yet - was denied - also I have one total knee replacement and am on a waiting list to have the other one done- who would think that a highly rated hotel would have no elevator- only had to deal with 3 flights of stairs-hotel had no vacancies on main floor- guess I should have stayed home

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The renovated and clean bathroom made up for some areas in the room which needed a good wipe down such as patio doors and door frames. The spa in the hotel was a beautiful surprise with incredible service. Staff at the hotel very pleasant.
Helene
Everything was amazing.

Good hôtel to stay when visiting the amusement parks in the area. Two pools, fun for kids, good family place. Comfortable rooms but the hotel and facilities could use a refresh.
André
Endroit propre mais besoin de rénovation. Lit désuet.

Highlight of this hotel was the pool (you can actually do lengths), 2 hot tubs, and the sauna. The restaurant was also excellent! The rooms could use an upgrade.
Michel
Nice location but needs upgrading.

Piscine BOUILLANTE
Brian
parfait très bon service!
Thibaut
Pas pire , pas comme dans mes attentes

The romantic room was great

Beau site.

Pros: Pristine bathroom, Nespresso machine, nice pool
Cons: A huge one - no cable TV -- only streaming, meaning you check in only to not relax but have huge frustration trying to log on to some streaming service, which likely will not work if you're not from Canada. I pray this isn't a trend catching on at other hotels - to not be able to check into a hotel and simply flip on the TV and watch the local news would be a shame.

The air conditioner was not functional. On Saturday morning, I informed the receptionist that my room was very hot. During the night, the temperature reached 82°F. At around 3:00 PM, my wife reported the issue again. A few minutes later, the owner informed us that there was a problem with the A/C unit and provided a portable fan, assuring us that repairs would be made in the afternoon. However, by 6:20 PM, the issue remained unresolved, so we decided to leave the facility. We departed 17 hours earlier than planned, as our check-out was originally scheduled for today at 11:00 AM
