It was an overall nice stay, the lake was nice (not a very big lake), the hot tub was nice and hot. The night nights surrounding the fire pit made it really cozy as we listened to some great Latin dance music and chilling. The hotel would need a little more updating and should have a continental breakfast but the small town had some great dinner options...

There were accessibility issues such as broken stairs. The pool was disappointing. A private beach was listed. There was no beach. The bedding and toiletries were inferior. For 279.00 per night, it was greatly overpriced

This hotel should not be open for Tourists yet. Nothing is like the website. Our room was lacking furniture, no table or chairs, the bathroom had a shower door without handles to open from the inside. Shower head no place to put soap or shampoo. Outside no pool or hot tub, they were working outside painting and inside on some of the rooms. We left after one night very disappointed.

I was left alone in all the hotel, lady received me in desk, make me paye for extra dommage in case, then despair from hotel, I wake up in the next morning finding a sticker'' when you leave close the dore and leave keys inside, I payed for two day, I have capsule of cafe only for one day, the day after no service and the hotel was deserted, there are fire place but she said the owner deside to not brain the right wood, the view is amazing, the room was clean but service 0, no store beside to even take coffe in the morning, sad that owner try to make economy while the prize is for hotel with minimum service, there are no breakfast and the room of diner was closed. lake is beautiful, they don't deserve to have this place.

Huge parking.
Quite a big room (standard in our case with a nice comfy firm bed).
Lights and fire outside every evening...

Disappointed for the price

Room is very dated with broken furniture and broken bathroom counter. Bedding vary scratchy. Loud road noise made it hard to sleep. It is lakefront but i didn’t realize it was right on a busy road so noise was not enjoyable, I was looking for a tranquil spot. I don’t feel this is good value at over $200 as it’s more like a dated roadside motel.

close to the bike/snowski trails. And the quaint town of St Adele, good restaurants, shopping.
Rooms are a bit nosy. But suitable.
Hotel does not serve food (even breakfast) but there is food shopping very near and there are many good options around.

I liked that there was a hot tub in the room but we were told that we were getting a queen bed but it was in fact, a double bed. The bed was small and clearly broken, our backs were really hurting the next dau and we even woke up during the night because of how uncomfortable we were. We were also exhausted because the room above us was so loud at 11pm and again a 7h30am, the walls were moving because of how loud it was! The staff was really nice but it was still unpleasant to not get what we paid for.

Power went out within 15 minutes of arrival, and remained out until we left the next day. Staff did not check on guests, nor offer any flashlights or alternative lighting. Staff were unfriendly. Do not go there unless you are very fluent in French. Staff does not understand English with some French words.

Booh and I decided on a short getaway this Labour Day weekend, and stayed at Hotel Le Petit Lac, in Sainte-Adele. Being a two star hotel don’t expect to find a microwave, coffee pot or telephone - none of those basic necessities were there.
The room itself is cozy with a skewed view of the lake. According to our booking information there was supposed to be bottled water in the room - nada. Plus Pooh had to go to reception (in another bldg) and ask for glasses. Premium channels were supposed to be available so if SLICE and DISCOVERY were the premium channels then we had that, otherwise it was regular cable - nothing special.

The shower and tub are separate since the tub is a Jacuzzi, which was not too bad; again with the water pressure it took forever to fill. The water pressure in general was terrible; I mean non-existent. One part of staying at a hotel that is paramount is water pressure and this place lost points for that.
As well the restaurant and bar were closed. That wasn’t disclosed in the booking. Luckily we called ahead and found out they was closed. We can’t walk to any place because the hotel is next to a main road.

They offered a breakfast for 15$ but we didn’t check it out.

With the hotel being so isolated and the shops not accessible by foot, we won’t be returning.

I like that it was very clean, the mattress was one of the best I ever slept on, my wife suffers from back pain and I did not get 1 compliant out of her. Our room had a 2 people hot tub a beautiful wood burning fire place that we used. Had a hot tub outside that was actually working and a sauna and this was in the winter time so we enjoyed the hottub, we loved it . Our room view was at the back and it was a frozen lake so in the summer it must be as nice as it was in winter time . The owner was a very nice guy . In short one of the best rustic hotels I ever been.

Even though there was no A/C with the windows open and a fan it was a comfortable sleep. Clean room with a beautiful view. Lovely lake to swim in and also a pool. Would have been nice if the restaurant was open at least for breakfast. Great host, very welcoming.

Went for skiing before checking in. In the room there was a very nice two places jacuzzi, wood fireplace, an LED TV with cable and free wifi. And outise there was even an unexpected spa and sauna! Perfect for winter. With the price I paid for a saturday night in valentine's weekend, we rly couldnt ask for more! 100% recommended. Btw wood is extra (and unlimited) for 8$, totally worth it.

Aucune personne à l’accueil le matin, lit peu confortable, eau chaude longue à venir. Machine à café non fonctionnel, il à fait très chaud dans notre chambre et aucune fenêtre. Raison affaire,mais je n’y retournerai pas pour toute autre occasion.
