Welcome to the newly opened Super 8 in beautiful Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts. Our motel is the only one in the area featuring an 80-foot (24.

3-meter) indoor waterslide and a swimming pool. We offer a variety of unique rooms, from standard accommodations to suites with spa/hot tubs.

Families will appreciate our queen rooms with bunk beds. For a touch of luxury, choose our king spa suite or our spacious two-room king spa suite.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. The bunkbeds were too small for my kids and just had a flat sheet that barely fit but we made due as they had no other rooms available. I had to ask for towels and hand soap, toilet paper and tissues for the bathroom as there was nothing at all in there. I ended up asking for fitted sheets for the bunkbeds so the kids weren't sleeping directly on plastic mattresses. The remote for the TV didn't work and the microwave didn't work either. The hotel relatively clean and our stay was fine despite some hiccups with the room. We didn't end up using the pool as the kids were too tired after snowboarding all day at Tremblant.

Bon hôtel, on y dort bien!

Le lit que j'ai eu est un des plus confortable dans lequel j'ai pu dormir de toute ma vie, leur literie est excellente. Les serviettes de bain également. Jolie petite déco qui met une certaine ambiance. Le déjeuner est très bien, c'est un buffet et il y a beaucoup de choix.
Points négatifs, pour la salle de bain, l'écoulement des tuyaux (bain et évier) laissait à désirer. Le bain se remplissait lorsque je prenais ma douche. Ce n'est pas extrêmement bien insonorisé non plus. Enfin, je ne sais pas ce qui se passait au dessus de ma chambre mais les gens n'arrêtaient pas de faire de grands allers et venus sans arrêt, toute la soirée. Mais je suppose que c'était un cas particulier, d'habitude les gens relaxent dans une chambre d'hôtel. C'était un peu ennuyant mais cela n'était pas fort au point de m'empêcher de dormir.

Room was musty (dirty sock smell). We suspect dirty carpets was the source of the problem. We were told we could not change our room because we booked indirectly through Expedia. Tub drain plugged. Re-thinking using Expedia if onsite issues cannot be resolved easily. We do appreciate being able to securely store our bicycles on site. First and last time staying at this budget hotel chain.

The pool and slide were so much fun for the kids. The hotel is family friendly and most visitors are families with kids. It is situated in a great location,directly 3 min walking there is maxi supermarket,Dollarama and McDonald’s. Like 10 min walking Tim Hortons,subway and Walmart. Place Lagny is a very beautiful place with a lake view and big kids playground. The only thing I didn’t like is that the water in the pool was freezing. The breakfast was limited but decent.The juice tasted like it was mixed with water. The coffee/tea machine was available 24 hrs.

I didnt expect much for a two star hotel, but experiencing a bed that collapsed at 3am, very low toilet bowls with loose seats and a very noisy air conditioning system was a little much! The commercial cold drinks machine in the foyer was out of service for the time we were there ( 2 nights). reception staff didnt seem to know what tourist attractions were in the area, despite there being a beautiful lake, lakeside park and marina and good restaurants about a mile from the hotel.
on the positive side, if you are travelling with kids,- the price is good!!

The overall experience is good. Staff was friendly and even accommodated a later checkout due to the nature of our trip.
The pool was nice for the kids to have some fun.

When we checked in, my brother’s room was not cleaned in fact it still seemed to be occupied by another person - bags on the bed, sheets not done. When we went to the receptionist, Carolyn, she was disgustingly so rude. Her answer to everything was “i don’t know” in fact her suggestion was we leave the hotel. The rooms were smelly, not clean, flies all around - just seemed very unclean. I wouldn’t suggest staying here

It was an excellent hotel. The area around it was beautiful and very quiet at night. The check-in process was very quick. The complimentary breakfast and pool were also a great addition to my stay. The only issue I had was the key card for the door. It wasn't working for a long time, but the lady at the front desk was kind enough to resolve the issue asap.

It's OK.

Breakfast area is extremely small. Lack of seating. The only meat you'll find are hard boiled eggs, no decaf coffee. This is a very family oriented Hotel with lots of small kids. Parking is downhill so prepare to climb stairs. Only 4 parking spots on same level as hotel. Upon arrival on Sunday night, garbage was overflowing in bins outdoors, rugs were dirty. They only offer housekeeping if you stay more than 3 nights... at that point I didn't bother. It's OK. The staff at check in and check out are helpful and friendly.

Parking is not the greatest. Only 3 spots at the entrance level. Lower parking lot had 30 stairs to climb to get to the front door. Some cars had to park on the street.

Surprisingly good, but...

The Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The beds were firm. The breakfast was very good. The only problem was that the bathtub water did not drain fast enough, so you end up with water up to your ankles while you shower.

Affordable hotel near Mont-Tremblant. Big room. Dirty fridge. Smelly air-conditioners. Poorly drained bathtub and sink. Limited breakfast. But it meets our needs and the location is good.
