Go if you like loud music and from neighbours

Nice place overall, but had some very loud music playing all night from the room next door. 2 nights in a row. Dogs were barking and running in the hallway. No amount of complaining to the management resulted in fixing anything.
Useless management and no offer to compensate for our disconfort.
I'll never go back.

The rooms are clean and very nice. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. However, the dining chairs and balcony chairs are super hard and uncomfortable. We had to pile on pillows/cushions if sitting for more than 10 minutes.

I didn’t read the resort info well enough. Thought there was a pool but there isn’t and there’s no beach at the resort itself. Only a hot tub on rooftop. Also not much to do in that area other than having easy access to bike trail. We would drive 20 minutes into St. Sauveur for restaurants and entertainment.

It’s my understanding there is a beach a short drive away but they closed it the second day we arrived.

Staff are friendly and very helpful.

The condos are beautiful and very well maintained. The area around the property is clean and lovely. It was a great place for me. I am single and while traveling with my 3 daughters security is a must for me. This whole area is beautiful and has the most charming people. We walked to have breakfast in the morning and after a fun day touring Montreal and the area we would have our evening meal on the terrace of the marina overlooking the lake. There were several large trucks on the roads but i think that may have been a temporary project so dont let that deter you from this property.

We were woken up at 7 am by kids screaming in the hallway. They kept screaming for almost an hour and no one from management did anything to ask them to stop. After that, we were woken up at around 8:00AM by a continuous car honking. For the price we paid for this room, I expect a much more pleasant stay.

We stayed over the Thanksgiving weekend and loved this new discovery. The accommodation (1 bedroom) was spacious, very well equipped, comfortable and clean. Quiet too.
Front desk was really helpful on check-in.
With the Marina and pub next door, I expect it might have a more dynamic feel in the summer, but for us, the quiet fall vibe was perfect. Great location for exploring small towns as well as St Sauveur and Mont Tremblant.

Parking is small and chaotic. No water pressure in the shower. Makeup lightning option that does not work in the bathroom. Could highly benefit of minor improvements such as some dimeable lighting in the bedroom and living room, a TV in the bedroom as well as something to put luggage on in the bedroom

These are condos. The staff don’t come cleanup the room, make the bed or change towels. The place has only a few parking spots so you have to go park somewhere in the village. There is a municipal parking but it is also used by the clients of the restaurants or the marina. So it always full.

The condo we stayed in Room 307 needs a few amenities to make it more comfortable. A television in the bedroom could be added, curtain or blinds on the living room door to the balcony is needed because the sun is very bright especially in the morning. Also, the two coffee capsules are complimentary for the first day only. You will need to purchase additional coffee capsules for your stay. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. However, they were understaffed for a completely sold out condo hotel. House cleaning was overwhelmed. If you’re interested in staying, you will need to make breakfast reservations well in advance. Otherwise, they’re unable to accommodate you. You will need to walk to the nearest cafe which is approximately 2 blocks away. Or, there is a full kitchen if you desire to cook. A full size refrigerator will accommodate all of your groceries. A microwave is also included. There is a restaurant onsite for lunch and dinner. The salads and salmon tartare was delicious!! Overall the condos are comfortable. Just be aware it’s not a full service hotel. It would be more appealing if there was a swimming pool.

This property has great amenities and is in great condition. The people working there are kind and attentive. The only thing missing are minor kitchen things like a dish scruber, decent knives, a cutting board and paper towels. Just adding these few items would make the experience of guests better. Otherwise, the location is great and we would recommend it.

went there new years eve with my wife. Its the place to go if you want peace and quiet in a relaxed environment, I loved the condo and decided to cook in for New Years eve , It was the best thing we did. Nice Place !!! I would only ask them to get a couple of more luggage carts, also maybe another elevator ( too Late lol ) , its ok , we can wait, no rush when you're there , would definitely recommend it and gonna make it , or try to make it a 6X a year getaway for us .

Fine but a bit pricey

A bit of dust on the floor, but otherwise very clean. The room was hot when I got there but the air conditioner took care of it while we enjoyed the jacuzzi by ourselves (at 4pm). Room was on the side of the road, not the lake. Expected more of a sense of luxury at that price.

La seule chose que je pourrais dire de négatif ai sujet de cet établissement est que j'ai du me sentir mal de demander des débarbouillettes supplémentaire. Nous n'itilisons jamais 2 fois la même question d'hygiène. Sinon tout le reste était super. Nous avons apprécié notre week-end
