This property is in a VERY sad state. The ourside has seen no upgrades. They have tried to upgrade rooms, but they were dirty with dust thick on the shelves, the ac was broken, the outdoor pool was green although he said it was 'open', there is no hot tub and they dont do breakfast or food of any kind...all amenities that they list that they have and they dont. Curtains and chairs were stained and disgusting. There is a 'sliding barn door' for the bathroom which doesnt close fully...totally weird. The beds were ok, but we suffocated without ac or ability to open a window. I have stayed in some sketchy places before, but this was truly terrible.

Sur les photos ont y voyais une grande piscines avec un bbq. Mais elle était brisé, ainsi que le bbq . Il manquait beaucoup d'amour dans les installations. Nous nous avions acheter de ́a viande pour le bbq mais pas fonctionnel. La clôture de la piscine a besoin d'être refaite. Un motel qui a besoin d'amour. Mais le lit très confortable.

The staff were efficient but not overly friendly. The room had cobwebs in all the corners, very dirty walls and doors and broken floor tiles. There was no hair dryer as listed. The soap and shampoo were terrible. Thankfully the toilet, sink, bath, sheets and towels were clean, but lampshades were dusty, the room smelled like old cigarette smoke and something bit my foot in the middle of the night. I have a very swollen ankle.
The mattress was sunken and very uncomfortable and there’s no shower, only a huge jacuzzi that took over an hour to fill because there’s zero water pressure. By the time I could bathe, the water was like warm.
I basically took to dusting and cleaning everything with a container of disinfectant wipes and a can of Lysol spray I picked up at a local grocery store. I would have cancelled my reservation upon seeing the room, but I was there on business for one night only and had no time to seek other arrangements. Do not stay here.

This place needs major renovations, it is very rundown, broken floor tiles, no shower just a bath tub, and the room smelled like cigarette even though it was a non smoking room. Seems like they also keep long term residents, not the kinda place I like to stay at... but for 90$ a night I didn't expect much.

It was a terrible motel, very dirty. I couldn't stay the night even though I paid. The staff is irresponsible. They are incompetent. They did not refund my money. I drove for another two hours to get back home!!!! I don’t recommend this motel!!!! Terrible experience and service is zero!!!!

It's very old auberge in pretty rough shape. Screen doors aren't working. The concrete around the rooms is broken and chipped. The pool fence is falling over.The room was clean, staff were excellent, and the people staying there were friendly.

The owners are very nice. But the place is terrible. All the rooms smell very strongly of smoke, even though there's a sign that says no smoking. And all the people staying there sit outside their rooms and chain-smoke all day, which gets more smoke into your room so you can't even leave the door open to air it out.

Porté d’entrée de la chambre déjà défoncée par le passé ne semble pas résister même barrée. De plus certains voisins semble y résider a l’année et il y a un des locataires qui y vend sa drogue car va et vient a tout moment de la nuit.
Des changements apportés a la chambre certe mais pas complètement terminé. Pas de crochets ni bureau pour mettre notre sac de voyage.
Je ne recommande pas du tout pour une famille meme si peu cher et dans les laurentides.

It’s was unfortunate that my stay was during construction work on the road. So getting into and out of the motel was a little tricky. The room itself was fairly clean, few hairs and cobwebs in the bathroom, but nothing too bad. Overall it we were comfortable during our stay. There are loads of restaurants close by which was convenient. Staff were also friendly and helpful.

The washroom was in terrible condition. I had small kids and I had to make sure they were mostly on bed as the floor was broken in some places. The electrical outlets were loose and the door took time closing. It was also quite far from the Mont Tremblant village. They are definitely overcharging as the overall condition of motel was bad.

We looked for bnb’s and found them booked or very expensive. When I hit on this motel the price and location was excellent. We really only needed a bed and bathroom, we were only there to sleep. So, in every way we needed, this motel was entirely good enough: clean comfortable if a bit rundown. We were happy.

Friendly, helpful and very accommodating management on site. Excellent value. Clean, cozy room, super comfortable bed, ample hot water with good pressure for the shower, sparkling clean bathtub. Fridge is bigger than normal hotel mini-fridge, microwave is clean, coffee maker with coffee decaf. Within walking distance of the bus from Montreal (less than 5 minutes), food options (fast food and groceries, 3 - 10 min walk), and the Val Morin-Val David Nature reserve (20 min scenic walk), for hiking, climbing, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing. Beautiful area.

The fridge had a open and old milk, I didn’t understand why they didn’t throw it away before my arrive.
Also microwave didn’t work well. The power was turning off every 20sec. I value charged it’s not worth.

Our experience was horrible we had already drove for hours to our destination then book a hotel for were we were staying expedia sentt us 20 minutes away driving to motel and they were over booked so we had to drive another 20 min back to our destination and had to find another place to stay thank god we found one so the answer to your question it was garbage and very inconvenient sitr waste of our time andd gas

Best pleasant package deal with or without a pet.

Un vrai trésor! bon beau pas cher et avec le service! pas neuf mais c’est propre etpour tout ce qui est offert a cet endroit pour ce prix: imbattable! This little treasure is the best investment we have ever done. We were able to have our dog, an amazing two place hot tub in our suite! BBQ’d outside by the pool in comfy lounge chairs and patio table. Needs renovations but CLEAN, comfy with friendly service and great tasty little breakfast in a pleasant sitting area. Overall very impressed other than the front doors, a/c, old and lack of renovation status. What a pleasant experience on cute premises for people with families and dog :) thank you!

This is simple motel, however the wifi did not work, the cable tv did not work, the hot water in the bathtub barely worked, and the wood stove in the room (which the motel provided wood, newspaper, and matches for) filled up the room with highly unpleasant smoke after a few minutes. This motel is NOT recommended!

It was not as the pictures described, no river beside, parking lot dilapidated, pool small & slimey, whirlpool cracked & slimey, no shower but we were able to walk to fishing spots & we made the best of it. staff very kind & accommodating, room very cozy, t.v. channels o.k. and not as strict on the check out time, as my b.f. was 20 minutes late to pick us up. It was very pretty at night, the motel, and the environment made you forget about the little things. lots of trails to walk & discover etc...

Staff was polite and friendly. Room was NOT clean. Spiderwebs, dead bugs on the walls, dust balls in corners and under the bed, bathroom floor looked like it was rarely washed.

There was wifi, tv channels were ok, small fridge and microwave all good. Clean sheets.

Cleaning staff simply swept and never vacuumed or washed the floors and walls. :(

We had to check out and demand a refund at 11.00pm. After getting into bed, my son discovered a bedbug crawling down the wall next to his bed.
After bringing this to the attention of the owner(?)/manager(?), she demanded to inspect the room, told us this had never happened before (which later changed to \"I have seen this twice before\") and told us the room had been empty and at 5 degrees for 20 days. I wonder why? Then she demanded that I tell her the truth like we were trying to run some kind of scam, telling us that this was on old dry bedbug and refusing to believe that the photo my son took even looked like it was taken in her room. Who gets out of bed at 11.00pm and vacates their room two hours after checking in, wrecking their weekend plans for a snowboard competition to try to scam a budget motel out of a few bucks???
Clearly this motel has a problem it is aware of and is taking insufficient action to eradicate this problem.
Avoid at all costs.

Great value and very nice breakfast.

There was a lot of great things about my stay here. This hotel has excellent value. One of my favourite parts is the complimentary continental breakfast. There is a nice breakfast area to relax in the morning and have toast and juice and coffee. It was very clean and set up in a nice way. I interacted with 3 different staff members in the course of my stay. All were very friendly and smiling and kind. My room was very good. Nice bed, nice furniture. I will book here again soon and am looking forward to it.

We were glad that we were staying only one night. The room was clean but very beaten up and smelled of cigarette smoke even if there is a no smoking sign on the door. The room has probably not been redone since the 70s if we go by the Canadian style furniture and the stucco on the wall! The bed sheets were new, clean and the bed was relatively comfortable. The whole place is in need of renovation. The breakfast was more than ordinary, pretty much only cheap bread! We asked for cups of coffee to go and ate in town. The ladies working there were very sweet but except if they decide to undergo major renos, we will not go there again.

Clean, but.....

Room was clean, but very old fashion. The secon bed is a futon on the floor and you feel the base, mattress too thin. It is fine for one night but not more as you wake up with a sore back the next morning...this hotel needs some staging....old furniture, bathroom ok but no plug for the tub....the owner had to chase for one !!!!

Black mould in the bathroom, dead bugs all over the floor- and flying around.
The sheet on the bed had lipstick smudge and dirty shoe mark on it.
Window could not be opened and the place smelled really bed.

Slept there from midnight to 8 am. No complaints. Assuming you want to visit Mont tremblant its good enough.
Breakfast was very simple, don't count on anything fancy.

The motel is very good located to Pere Noel Village and also to Mont-Tremblant, there are also shops and restaurants very close and easy to reach.The motel is old and not in the best condition, but the people there do everything to make your stay a good one. They even washed our clothes and printed our some tickets for us. The breakfast is good and enough, the cafe is strong and our daughter got hot chocolate made of milk, not water. It was a good stay for less money with great hotel service.

our beds really bad, one was a converted water bed and the other was a converted Jacuzzi. Stairs outside the room very dangerous to walk up or down. . leaking toilet, pool was not clean, so we could not use it. Breakfast only consisted of toast or bagels . no coffee available in the room. Would not recommend this motel.

The staff was super nice and helpful, I can't say anything bad about them- they are really trying. Although the rooms are non smoking, clearly they haven't always been. The rooms reek of smoke and are just old furniture, linens and bedspreads that might be housing their own colonies of bacteria. Overall a cheap place to stay, centrally located but I left feeling like I needed a shower and lots of bleach.

La chambre ne correspond aucunement aux images, lieux vétustes. Planchés des revêtements du sol brisés et soulevés . Tache sur les draps d’un des deux lits. Salle de bain…si vétuste qu’elle ne semble pas propre. Odeur de cigarette dans la salle de bain.
Personnel gentil, ne pouvait pas nous changer de chambre.
Heureusement malgré le grand froid à l’extérieur,nous étions au chaud.
