A basic motel, friendly staff.
Coffee but no cream or sugar; frig and microwave if you have your own utensils etc.
Nice pool and short walk to the little lake. You can get a pass for the beach from the motel staff.

We were visiting Mont Tremblant, so for all practical purposes, we were there just to sleep through one night. So our experience was pretty good. The room was good, the bedding was clean, the bed was comfortable enough and the washroom was acceptable.

Although the price and location was good, the venue was very noisy (not sound proof). We were hearing people talking outside, trucks on road maintenance, people on upper unit walking, talking, and/or bagging etc, at any time of day or night! The venue is not so cleaned and old (mold in some units, webs, dust, stain sheets, worn floors etc..) Looks like venue is lodging permanently staff and/or low income. Sorry but this is what I have experienced!

The motel is very close to downtown party central in Ste Adele. But it is set back from the street and quiet.
It was a pleasant surprise to find a jacuzzi bathtub in the room. Great after a relatively long day of orienteering in the woods around Ste Adele.
Returning to the room after a dinner out I found I couldn't find my room key. The manager was right there to provide me an alternate key. (I returned to the restaurant to find my key had been found and was able to turn in the two keys. These are actual keys, not cards, so they get replaced at some cost to the motel which they would have passed on to me.)
I think everyone staying there in ski season would be skiers. This was mtb season and the cyclists predominated. Nice folks.

Upon arrival I had to call to get someone to meet me at the check in desk as no one was there. Then she double charged me for the room once in advance on my credit card then made me pay again…I had 2 6 yr olds with me who were tired and hungry so no time to argue. Once we got to the very small room with a door that barely closed and was hard to open. I called front desk again from my cell phone as there’s no phones in the room I proceeded to state that she double charged me for the room she said she realized it after we left the office she said she issued a refund to my credit card but I NEVER received the refund!! This place is really old and very dirty! Reminded me of the show bates motel…..

We liked that it was within walking distance of the bakery and restaurants in town. However the motel is very dated and dingy. The hot water runs out quickly and the lighting is very poor, only three small lamps. The pull out couch had used sheets on it when we opened it. The room smelled like cigarette smoke covered in perfume and the room had no smoke alarm. The manager was extremely nice and she offered us a new room every night because they had no maid service for some reason. We didn’t take her up on it but it was a nice gesture.

Fairly good

It's a simple place with nearby accommodations. The room isn't huge, but it is functional. The staff is nice even though communication isn't always easy. The only real \"bad\" points were the fact the room was noisy because we were close to the stairs and the hot water was present, but I did not extend my shower because I finished it with only hot water. So that is a sign that the tank was almost empty.

Nice motel in Laurentians

The motel is conveniently located in the area of restaurants. The owners are very nice and are trying to make your stay pleasant. The room was basic, but clean and comfortable. The breakfast is not much, just coffee, juice, some toast and muffins. Overall a nice stay on a budget.

Unfortunately the room had a very strong smell we slept with the windows open and the smell was still there we woke up in the middle of the night with a bad headache .
Will certainly not go back.
In the morning notice people had left very early guess the smell got to them to.

Convenient, comfortable and clean.

Very friendly welcome, including a discount coupon for some of the restaurants in the area. Well furnished room with a comfortable wing chair, nice view, and comfortable bed. Very convenient location, easy to find. I would definitely stay there again.

Affordable stay in a lovely Quebec village

Nice quaint motel close to the center of the village of Sainte-Adele. Close to the Lac Rond and a walk down Morin road to the main street. Beds are comfortable and the cool fresh air at night is perfect for a good night sleep. Select a second room floor if you do not want to hear people walking over you.

Nice location

Good room for the price. We stayed just before the summer season starts, many rooms and the exterior were being painted. The owners are very helpful, the location is perfect.

Nice village to stay in.

The room was very clean with many amenities, comfortable bed, great chair to relax in. Owners are very friendly and caring. Relaxing place to stay. Located away from the road so quiet.

Close to Polar Bear's Club

It's an old motel with smalls rooms but we appreciated that the owners try to keep it clean and cozy .It is surrounded by many restaurants and that is a good point . It was only one night that we spent there ; we enjoyed it even if at our arrival -at noon- they hadn't cleaned the snow that covered all the space in front of the motel . :)) For a short stay like ours , Motel Chantolac is a good choice.

La chambre vétuste et TRÈS mal insonorisée. Bouchons d'oreilles recommandés. Personnel courtois.
