While the accommodations were clean and comfortable, the noise level was unacceptable. Guest disruptions, including children running in the hallways and doors slamming continuously throughout the night, significantly impacted my stay.

The room were very clean and comfortable (bed). It was also maintained well by staff. The breakfast was standard complimentary food but presented well - restocked, warm, good. The woman maintaining the breakfast area worked hard to keep everyone's needs met.
The only draw back was the lack of speed at the reception. It was thorough however slow and a line accumulated.

If you are looking for a 'cheaper' hotel to stay where you wont be spending much time in your room, this is great. My son found a long dark hair in his 'clean bed' and the bathroom floor was questionable cleaned probably with a dirty mop. Note: more long dark hairs that were not mine or my sons! I cleaned the floor myself.
We were there for a swim meet so really not in the room very much.
Breakfast had the usual varieties and was plentiful. well at 6am, it was plentiful.
Overall, the place was not bad. We just needed somewhere to rest our heads for a few hours. If you are there for a swim meet, you will need a car to get to the pool rather than the 30 minute walk.

The place is old and lacks all amenities.....no restaurant / no bar / no elevator. Arrived with four ladies at 9:00 PM with four large pieces of luggage...had to lug up the stairs....not food to be had except the machine downstairs with ridiculous prices....oh and this is not considered an airport hotel being 25 mins from the airport....NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

Breakfast was great and staff was awesome.. pillows were so so and our room did show some age but not too bad..

Our AC unit was on the way out and was a bit loud but not bad.. one thing to keep in mind if you are planning to use public transit is there is not many amenities within walking distance from the property

The staff was kind attentive and friendly, I was to tired to get a proper introduction, however they were very nice. The suites however, the futon my cousin slept in had no sheets or any extra bedding… the mattes in the futon was very worn down. The breakfast was ok. I visited here as I was here for spontaneous F1 adventure with family and I made a mistake cancelling the wrong hotel and was left with few choices… the price was more expensive than the other more modernized hotels I stayed in my visit here to Montreal, but I had no “choice” if the place had a gym or pool it would be more reasonable to cost $579/night. But it being F1 race week I get it…
I hope the extra income will go towards improving the futons. The mattes I slept in was fine… I will skip this place next time I am in the city

At check in I was given a room on the 2nd floor. My adult son is a paraplegic and uses a wheelchair. I asked where the elevator was only to be informed that there wasn’t one. I told them that I could not carry him up the stairs. I was forced to pay an additional $10 to get on room on the main level. This is totally unacceptable. The entrance into the main lobby isn’t completely wheelchair friendly either. There is a 2-3 inch lip that my son needed help getting in. I would not stay here again.

Our room was clean and updated. The room felt cozy and warm. It was very quiet except for the sound of doors closing. There were two hockey teams staying at the hotel during our stay and we didn't hear anything! Easy free parking and the location is near everything. Bilingual guest facing staff, but not all staff are bilingual, so be prepared to use your phone to translate. We would definitely stay again.

Room was as described. Front desk was very helpful with an early check-in. Parking was easy to find and accessible through sliding door in our room. Room was clean and had microwave and coffee maker in room. Breakfast had many selections including eggs, potatoes and sausage and was many options available even 30 mins before end time in a full room on weekend.

Rooms are fairly clean, reception staff is very welcoming and helpful. Water should be provided in the rooms.
Breakfast staff is barely present and tables are not cleaned right away.
Overall good experience but breakfast could be much better.

Freshly renovated hotel with parking conveniently located right beside our room. We had daily room service, clean beds and sheets, and a quiet room. It’s just a 10-minute drive to shopping malls, restaurants, and grocery stores. Our family had a great experience — 5 stars and highly recommended!

The room itself was good and there was lots of grass and green space around the hotel to walk the dogs, but a number of things did not work properly without the assistance of the staff. They didn't have a luggage cart, so we were told we could park near the patio door to the room to easily unload our luggage. But The patio door would not open, and even when the staff got it open, it didn't work well. So we couldn't use it. The AC unit was set to 18C and the room was very cold, but the unit wouldn't shut off, so the staff person we called just pulled the plug. We plugged it back in, but AC unit didn't operate well so the room was hot and stuffy all night. The room had a microwave oven, but it had a quirky locking mechanism. It took me and my husband 10 mins. to figure how to get the door open. There were no grab bars in the tub/shower which had very rounded sides, no shower mat or anti-slip features in the tub, no soap dish shelf, nothing to hang on to or steady yourself with. I was afraid to take a shower, so skipped showering. Photos of the continental breakfast showed many options, but the actual breakfast we had was pretty limited. Not up to usual Comfort Inn standards I thought.

The only reason it got 4 stars instead of 5 was because there was a weird sewage/pipe smell whenever the toilet was flushed and the second floor did not have any ventilation. Otherwise, it’s a very convenient location and amazing staff!!
