I want to be straightforward: this stay did not meet the basic standards expected of a Hilton property.
The quality of food was genuinely poor. For a hotel at this price point, the breakfast offering felt like a significant downgrade. Variety was limited, items were not fresh, and the overall presentation was lacking.
The serving staff at breakfast were notably rude and unwelcoming. Hospitality is the foundation of the hotel industry, and this team fell far short of it.
This is a serious issue. Parking was listed as included at the time of booking, yet I was charged for a full day upon arrival. This is misleading advertising and I expect a resolution or clear explanation from management.
No complimentary coffee in the lobby. A small detail, but one that speaks to the overall guest experience being deprioritized.
Painfully slow throughout the stay. Unusable for basic tasks.

Malheureusement, la personne au bout du fil s’est montrée peu courtoise et a mis fin à l’appel de façon abrupte.

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. Any staff member we spoke to was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great with a good selection. I loved that they actually had a selection of tea to choose from. So many hotels just have stuff for the coffee drinkers so that was refreshing. The only down side we experienced was that the temperature of the pool was pretty chilly so we weren't able to stay in super long. We would definitely stay there again though.

The location is very convenient about 15 minutes from downtown Montreal with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The area felt safe and walkable, which was especially important for us as we were traveling with two young children.

That said, we would have loved to see a few more options like waffles, a wider selection of fruits, and some no-sugar yogurt choices. There was one staff member in the breakfast area who really stood out she went above and beyond, and we were very grateful for her kindness and support.
Our room was clean and comfortable. As a family, we always make sure to book a full-size room, and we were happy with what we received. The only downside was that our room faced the highway, which made it quite noisy both during the day and at night. Next time, we would definitely request a room facing a quieter side.

Wifi is free but you have to re-sign in daily unless you have a Hilton account, which is free to sign up for.
1-king bed room we stayed in was very big and comfortable. It came with a small kitchen with a regular sized refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. All we're very clean and working. There is also a laundry on great for a short or long stay.
The in house restaurant was good too bar and host staff were excellent. Pivoted quickly when they figured out that I am not French speaking. They didn't make it uncomfortable when interacting with them. Prices were reasonable and the pizza and Antipasto platter we ordered were very good. We paid around $100+tip for two of us with drinks.
Parking was nice and secure underground, in the same building. Big enough spaces to park a minivan and a SUV side-by-side. You pay an extra $21 to self park there.
The area around seemed secure enough. Front desk staff seemed to be very attentive and there were a lot of cameras around the entrances. It felt very safe and secure. It was clean too for about a block until you went past the not-redeveloped area. Lots of older residential area surrounding the 4 newer condo area around the hotel.
There was a few coffee and bubble tea shops walking distance away in the same new area. There was also a supermarket there where you can stock up on food and snacks at a reasonable price.

Overall everything is perfect, clean, quiet, modern, etc… though I cannot comprehend or accept that there is no suitable suitcase « rack » or specific built in furniture made for this purpose. My spouse and I each have a suitcase, we were thus resigned to use a table for me and part of the sofa for her. Come on, it’s ’s 2026, I think this issue should be addressed, and this goes for all the rooms, as we stayed at this hotel a few months ago and this situation was also the case. Let’s be realistic, guests are not going to empty their luggage and store everything in a dresser for a one night stay or neither for a couple of days.

Stayed in the 2 bedroom (1 king + 2 queens). Room was fantastic and had plenty of space for us. We stayed on the top floor, which was lovely, as it was quiet and guaranteed an empty elevator every time we had to go down. Breakfast was decent - it's the regular hot breakfast menu (eggs, sausage/bacon, breads/bakery items, oatmeal, some cut fruit, etc). Swimming pool was nice and parking was ample. Location was pretty good too in that, yes, you had to drive 20 mins or so to get the main tourist spots but it's right off the highway plus there is a Starbucks and a grocery store both within walking distance down the street.

Nice modern property. Breakfast and pool were overcrowded with teenagers and families that created lines and delays. Not the hotels fault but clearly the amenities were not built with capacity in mind.

We had a wonderful stay! The front desk staff were friendly, room was extremely clean and huge! The kids loved the swimming pool as it is heated! We would definitely come back to stay again. Breakfast was excellent as well! It was yummy Breakfast.

The room was really nice. My family of 5 was very comfortable. The pool was fun. Location is good but would recommend planning to drive around the city if you’re traveling with a stroller because the nearby metro doesn’t have an elevator. The breakfast was a bit disappointing. Pastries and cooked food were super dry.

The room was tidy and clean, well ventilated and cozy. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool. The breakfast buffet was soo elegant and organized upon entering the hall. It's different from the other Homewood Suites I stayed. It's 10 out of 10. Merci!

We were hit with a major snow storm that affected two countries in North America and my train ride was cancelled and refunded without question. However, this Hotel lacks compassion and neglects to even address the issue with paying customers. I will never go to this Hotel again.

I asked for coffee pods for my coffee machine and never got them. My blow dryer was broken and I asked for another one and never got it. I requested extra towels since both me and my daughter have very long hair. They never put them. On the last night we got, what I think is a prank done to us. Maybe kids in the hotel. They knocked like crazy at 12:30am and left boxes of pizza outside my door. I called the front desk immediately terrified. They never came to Chanel on us. I had to call 2x and no one came to see what happened!! Very very poor service. I always stay at the hotel when I come to Montreal and this time the service was extremely poor.
