This property is without doubt the worst I have ever stayed at. I'm not sure what was going on at this \"hotel\" as there were security guards at every entrance, dozens of people loitering around the entrance, rooms full of crutches and other medical supplies, and the first room i was given had yet to be cleaned. You are better off sleeping in your car.

Check in was easy, fast and staff was helpful to get the room ready and hour early. Bed sheet was dirty upon arrival, requesed staff to change and they did pretty quickly. The manager even came to ask about the problem and was curtious to ask if there was any other issues.
Hotel hallways had cigarette smoke smell. Exiting door on groundfloor to parking would not open from outside. Also, parking pass would not work multiple times.
Breakfast was good, with hot breakfast options. Checkout was easy.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The photos on expedia must be embelished or AI enhanced because the hotel looks nothing like that. It's dirty and run-down; the breakfast was awful - one station of scrambled eggs and sausage that I woudn't touch, cereal and yogurt. I had made a request in the reservation asking not to be put on the ground floor, but that's exactly where they put me. That floor was under renovations with carpet ripped up, wires hanging from ceilings, garbage on the floor. Stay away.

Fire alarm went off three times on our first day. I then received calls in the middle of the night from hotel staff asking for someone who isn’t me, and when I say the middle of the night, I literally mean midnight. Imagine sleeping and hotel staff is calling to ask if this is “John”, how do you not know who’s checked in at your hotel. Another shady thing is when checking in, they have the card swiping machine under their desk out of view, so it’s like you give them your card and you don’t know what’s going on under the desk. And when you check out they dont even confirm if your deposit was released or not.

Very drugged out and intoxicated people all hours of the night they have a contract with the government to home the homeless. Its really bad. And they would not accommodate us in anyway. We arrived late at night after a long drive from Toronto with 5 small children. We were welcomed at the front door by a bunch of drunk people smoking weeds. Yes I know its legal but should not be allowed at the door considering there was security present. We got assigned a room only to walk in to other people sleeping in our bed. We went to the desk to complain and the staff was rude and said that the room was double booked from the morning staff which was a lie because we didnt booked until 9pm just before arriving to the hotel. The second room we were given was dirty with spills under the bed coffee cups and pills. I again went and complained but this time I raised my voice considering I had 5 small children and some random pills under my bed. I asked to be moved again and was told I already moved rooms and they had nothing else available. I asked if we could have it cleaned and they said no one was available. We argued backed and forth until 4am when they finally sent the security to come and clean my room after I called the police to have the room swept for drugs. The front desk wouldnt come talk to us again either at this point I asked for a refund so that I can bring my kids somewhere safe. They refused and told me to apply for it on my booking website. I left without the refund and had to pay for a new hotel. I did eventually get the refund from the booking hotel. Also note that this hotel is used for some goverent program to house individuals. Rated 0 stars.

The breakfast was amazing and the breakfast staff were very good. The front desk was very rude whenever you asked anything. One front desk worker told us we can do laundry at anytime and gave us information but when we did our laundry and asked the front desk if we could change our toonies to loonies, the new front desk worker was very rude and told us no and said that we can’t do laundry and was very disrespectful. The room was nice but the bathroom is extremely tiny especially for a king sized room. Parking was good.

Nice facility, the front desk personnel were very welcoming. One thing I found odd was that, without asking for any assistance in the room, a man knocked on my door and asked if we needed anything; he wasn't wearing a hotel uniform. When my husband told him about the TV control, he just said he would bring a new one, but never came back. I bring this up because tourists must be aware of suspicious people; I think this person was looking to see if there was a woman in the room so he could later come back and do something bad.

As the hotel that we selected for the last leg of our stay it was an okay hotel to rest in a clean room. No breakfast was included in our reservation, but at least there are shuttles every half hour to get to your flight. We checked in around seven and the restaurant was already closed, so we walked to the hotel next door and got a surprisingly good dinner and watched a World Cup game. Next time we’ll pay a little more and stay at a nicer hotel.

I just needed a room for one night after a long flight. The hotel was just fine for that. The shuttle came quickly when I called from the airport and I was able to check in easily.
The room was spacious and clean. Exactly what my jet-lagged self needed.
The hotel is in a very industrial area so there wasn't really anywhere to walk without facing a lot of high speed traffic and a major, divided highway. That became an issue when I wanted something simple for dinner. The hotel only had a buffet which was too much for me. A kind staff member mentioned the hotel nearby and I was able to get something small there.
The breakfast buffet was good and I was happy to face my day well fed. Staff were quick about refreshing the food and clearing tables.
Overall I was happy with my stay. The hotel is definitely showing its age but for my one night I was glad to have found a room at a reasonable price where I could get a much needed rest.

The property was an old and there was a lot of construction materials laying around but we didn’t hear or see any work being done.
There seemed to be some kind of housing situation going on for homeless or addictions. There was a lot of security around.
The swim spa was a nice thing to have but the hot tub was empty and the sauna was not turned on. (We likely could have turned it on but didn’t have time to wait for it to warm up) the gym was clean and equipment looked new.
The breakfast was ok. Your standard continental with boxed scrambled eggs and pancakes or hash-browns and sausages.
The staff were great, friendly and helpful.
The beds were comfortable and big.
The rooms were clean but older.
The location was on a one way street and took a bit to figure out your way in and out but one way, and confusing roads/intersections seems to be normal in Montreal in general. (Not a grid)
The parking had a security gate to get in and out and the parking lot was always pretty full and a bit tight.

Security Alert! When we arrived, we checked into our room, were given our room keys and then left to sightsee for the day. When we came back to the hotel it was late evening. We opened our door with our room key and found strangers sleeping in our room. The hotel gave our room away to a family, that we walked in on. We immediately talked to the front desk and he said this is normal, the owners overbook all the time. He also said keys are given to multiple people for the same room all the time. Talking to security, they were not surprised that keys are given to multiple paying customers. I have never felt more unsafe. The front desk clerk was beyond rude, dismissive and hostile. He wasn’t going to give us another room and suggested we find another hotel to stay at. When I pushed the issue saying I’ve paid in full to stay here for two nights (not refundable), he said I must be in a bad mood because the hockey team lost. Flabbergasted. The hotel is affiliated with a hospital and the room we were given was filthy. The curtains wouldn’t close for privacy and appeared to have blood on them. We had to sleep with things pushed against the door, knowing it was very possible someone could walk in at any time. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Honestly one of the roughest hotel stays I’ve had in a while. The place is badly maintained, everything looks old and neglected, and there seem to be problems everywhere you look. The room itself was not properly cleaned and the fridge had an inch and a half ice buildup.
Parking is terrible. It’s overcrowded, disorganized, and hard to find a spot. The atmosphere around the property was also uncomfortable at night because of constant noise and people hanging around outside.
Housekeeping was frustrating too. For the amount they charge, you would at least expect decent cleanliness and basic upkeep, but this place barely meets minimum standards.
Would not stay here again.

The parking lot is a complete mess and there is never enough parking available. There was a lot of noise at night and the environment did not feel orderly or comfortable. Housekeeping was also intrusive, entering the room early in the morning without proper respect for privacy. Even the breakfast itself was extremely basic for the price being charged.

The hotel clearly needs major renovations and much better management. Definitely not worth the money.

Well, where do we even start , we arrived , to see people sitting outside all around the hotel smoking all types of things, we walked inside, the smell was horrific , only to find out that questionable people off the street were taken in using the hotel as a shelter , 1st and second floor was occupied by them. The small was genuinely unbearable to say the least….
We stayed on the 4th floor , the rooms were somewhat okay, we also had breakfast included which we didn’t even get to try as the line was insanely long , these people were everywhere , outside inside , they were scary to children, they don’t respect anyone around them , it would be nice if we were told ahead of time that we would be staying in what I can call a shelter full of urine smell and addicts . We would have never brought our kids here . This was our first time in Montreal, We will never be back to this hotel as the memories don’t include good ones .
Don’t book this hotel without insurance , and call ahead as you may be staying at your own risk!
