Very nice place to stay. Modern and clean with tall ceilings.
Alyssa
Nice room and amazing staff, sink was broken but other than that great place just very close to airport so lots of traffic
Khadidiatou
Clean room
Donald
The room could stand to be vacuumed, it had what appeared to be wood shavings by the night stand
Eric
We stayed at the Aloft Montreal Airport for two nights. The hotel was very clean, modern, and conveniently located near the airport, which is exactly why we chose it—we wanted to avoid driving through downtown Montreal. The rooms and common areas were well maintained, and the hotel has a nice bar.
Unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. The staff seemed cold and unwelcoming. At check-in, the front desk associate barely acknowledged us, said only a few words, handed us our room keys, and that was it. There was no explanation of the hotel's amenities or even a simple question asking if we had a vehicle.
This led to a frustrating parking experience. I was charged $30 because I wasn't told I needed to register my vehicle by filling out a form at check-in. When I asked about the charge, I was told I should have completed the form, but no one had mentioned it. Even afterward, every time I exited the parking garage, the system still tried to charge me, and I had to call the parking attendant to have the fee removed.
The grab-and-go market was also overpriced, and there wasn't even complimentary water or a basic breakfast available.
Overall, the hotel itself is clean and in a great location, but the lack of warm, attentive service made the stay feel impersonal. Better communication during check-in and a friendlier attitude from the staff would greatly improve the guest experience.

Chambre propre, hôtel situé très près de l’aéroport. Des frais de stationnement sont exigés pour la nuit (30$!)

The food took over 50 minutes. Short staffed and an error in our bill could not be rectified by bar staff. Promised a refund, has never posted.
Eric
Staff was very useful and friendly. They held our baggage safely. The shuttle was great and in time in and out, driver helped to load heavy baggages. Bar is well stacked and open late.
Gym needs maintenance.
Lobby has food 24/7 to go. Healthy snacks.
Well soundproof from highway noise.
We found mold behind AC.
My review is very good and bad at the same time. Staff was amazing but mold was bad and maintenance is required. Good cheap option.

Breakfast was disappointing as there weren’t many options if you’re gluten free. “Made to order” breakfast wasn’t really accurate description

The location being right next to the airport in Montreal was excellent for early morning flight.
Would have loved if coffee was available at 5 am!

Super efficient check in, staff very helpful and professional. Hotel was exactly what I needed it to be.

I called the hotel to confirm shuttle was available. The staff who picked up was not very nice. He was dismissive and was unkind. Upon arrival, staff was cordial and welcoming. Cleaning crew was also kind.
Advert said room had a view of the city instead I got a room with a view of the parking lot. The hotel smelled nice and was clean. The mattress was comfortable and the sheets were clean with laundry fragrance smell. I was on the 3rd floor. The water pressure in the shower and the toilet was low. The shower head might have had some blockages. The tank of the toilet did not fill up so flushing was difficult. Overall, it was an okay experience

Parking is NOT included in the price. The spittle service was not reliable and the air conditioning unit in the room was very loud.

Clean hotel easy to get to airport with shuttle

Diane
I enjoy the friendly staff and the shuttle to the airport

Hated it. It was noisy , website said it has 2 restaraunts and it has none to speak off. Snack bar with poor taste. Opened the microwave to heat our muffin as they were stale. There was brown liquid left over the glass table. No coffee at front entrance or water to offer . …

Home away from home with class. Hospitable and supportive staff and a timely complimentary airport shuttle

This stay was a 10-hour overnight layover for me.
The room A/C didn't work well; I couldn't sleep due to the heat and stuffy room feel.
The shuttle was good and on time.
I booked through Expedia, and the hotel let me add my Bonvoy number to the reservation for stay points credit.
Not sure if I will stay again.

There were a number of travelers who had cancelled flights, and were up all night, waiting to check in during the morning hours. Despite check-in being 3pm, the staff were able to prepare enough rooms for everyone waiting so that we could get some sleep by late morning. This was very much appreciated! Our room was also spotless. We will stay here again should the need arise.
Edith
Bien reçu!!

Great location for early flight catching up
Arlene
Restaurant service excellent rapport

There was no hot water

Reception upon arrival was neutral, could have been more welcoming.
Shower area in the room lacks hooks for clothes/towels and shelves for items like sponge or glasses. The design of shower with a fixed head, no hose and no control over waterflow srength is just unpractical.
Airport shuttle service is good, drivers are helpful and polite.

David
