The bed was very comfortable, but I wish I had a full pillow, rather than just a cousin to share the bed with. The staff was very nice, and we got a breakfast to go because are flight was at 6:00 am, and the breakfast was very good. The pool is small, but the water is hot, so we really enjoyed.

Part of it is undergoing renovation, so I had to walk around to find my room without much explanation, but my biggest problem was that I had to pay for a parking space, and it's first come, first served. A lot of things need to be rethought at this establishment

The hotel needs renovation, I had wasted my time and money in this hotel. It was very dirty and had bad smell. Sinks were so dirty, I had to move out immediately from there.i do not recommend to stay there. Don’t waste your money.

Overall terrible. And their staff were nearly as frustrated for guests as I was. I arrived and checked in on Wednesday at around 10.30pm with the intention of checking out on Saturday. On Thursday morning at around 8am when I was ready to head out for my meeting, my car had been tampered with. I reported it and the receptionist came to look at it with me and they decided to check the cameras. The shocking thing was that they were not as surprised and I asked the lady if it’s a rough neighborhood and her response was yes. I got a voucher to go park within the premises of a nearby Marriott hotel which I paid for. On Friday morning, I was ready to take my shower and head out to start a meeting at 8.30am. There was no hot water to have a shower. I called the receptionist and she told me a maintenance worker was coming up. After 30 minutes I came down and the worker had not even showed up at work. I asked if she could give me another room to take my shower and she said the problem was the entire hotel, the five-storey hotel had no hot water. I didn’t know what to do but to pack my belongings from the hotel and head out. I couldn’t go for my meeting not having taken my shower and couldn’t check into another hotel in the morning. I had to leave the city altogether, abandoning my mission for the trip. So yes, it was that terrible. Now I have to find a solution to the problem with my car caused over there.

The room was good, staff were friendly and nice, amenities were there for us. Was located in a decent area where things are in distance of walking. Only issues was the parking, there was limited spots. The walls in the rooms were very thin and you could hear everything going on during the night and day from people next door to people entering through stairwells and elevators.
The renovations at 8am in the morning as well… did not get any notice that they would be starting that early and interrupted our sleep when we had a late night out. Overall was an okay experience.

The hotel and our room were a 2 star at best, it was a mission to simply find our room. We had to walk through the stairwell, down half a flight of stairs into a separate area that felt like a dungeon. We had second thoughts of even entering the room. I wish the front desk explained the location of our room, especially when we had a trolly full of luggage which we had to unload in the middle of a stairwell bc our room was on floor 2.5 and not 3! Trust me, pay the extra few bucks and stay somewhere else. Breakfast and hotel staff were nice.

Le lit est très inconfortable et haut je mesure 5p3 et je devais sauter pour aller dans le lit. La salle de bain la toilette tu ne savais jamais si elle etais ou tomber ou non tellement sa bougais, la douche a ete refait (tuille) mes très mal fait et le pomeau de douche giclais de partout. La télé ne fonctionnais pas car setais encore un cable coaxiale qui etais tres vieux et qui ne fessais que gler limage sans compter que la tv etais tres colante. ... je pourais continuer mes je croie que ceci serais a regler en priorité

Price was very good and staff was very friendly. Room was definitely older and tired-looking, but then not expensive either. Breakfast was fine. They are renovating so it will likely get better over time. Parking was an issue - we had to find a spot somewhere in the neighborhood.

The parking situation is pretty bad. You have to pay for the parking and space in the lot is not guaranteed. If it is full (not unlikely), you are directed to another lot that is a 5 minute walk away which really sucks in the cold.
There is no meat in the continental breakfast. Eggs made two ways, bagels, and croissants.
It mentions that there is a "pool & spa". There is no spa. This is a lie. Also, the pool has no deep end.

The room was meh. Didn’t appear dirty but was very basic and old decor. Bathroom has rust and dirt build up. The flooring and walls in the hallway were being updated causing the air to be very dusty. It did the trick, a place to sleep, shower, have breakfast and leave. I wouldn’t stay again or recommend it for others. No bottles of water in rooms or any little extras in the bathroom (cotton swabs, shower cap). Very basic.

The price was affordable and the staff were very friendly and helpful in both english and french. After I got home I needed a reciept to claim the cost and the ramada phone service was also exceptional. The only negative was that the complimentary breakfast was pretty simple, and some of the pastries were stale. I would definitely stay again but buy fresher pastries from the IGA around the corner!

1. Le check in a pris 2 heures
2. On m’a change de chambre 3 fois car l’une bruyante et l’autre sans chauffage.
3. Pas de connexion à la wifi
4. Machine à café ne fonctionne pas
5. Chasse d’eau défectueuse donc l’eau coulait continuellement dans les toilettes. On a dû fermer la valve.
6. Le petit déjeuner à la limite du mangeable avec des assiettes en polystyrène de 1er prix et des couvert en plastique 1er prix. Plus d’œufs et des viennoiseries froides et vieilles.

Très mauvaise expérience. Je ne recommanderai pas cet hôtel.

Je demande un remboursement intégral.

Terrible. Staff was unwilling to offer any compensation or help really. No heat no hot water the building is filthy and run down. We were trapped inside the parking lot unable to exit due to the parking lot overrun with cars and one vehicle blocking the exit entirely. Worst experience ever

Overall, our stay was good for the price we paid for the room. It was close enough to the Bell Centre to make travel easy. Lots of options for food around the hotel.

A few things to note:
- Parking lot was incredibly small for the amount of rooms in the building, and cost an extra $10.00 We were fortunate enough to get parking both nights we stayed but I am sure some guests were not that fortunate.
- The microwave was clean and worked well, but I had to move it to the floor to use it, as there was no where to plug it in where it was supposed to be.
- Hallways are worn, elevator was shakey, but the room was decent. Definitely a little worn but overall solid. Shower was great. Bed was on wheels which was strange.
- Stayed in the 500 section, and there was a small amount of repeating ambient noise that could be heard quite clearly without the air unit going. As someone with sensory problems, I am pleased the fan was loud enough to block the sound out.
- Breakfast was okay, nothing to write home about.

The staff at the hotel were lovely but the property is quite run down in places - poor mattress, curtains didnt meet in the middle, swimming pool area is cold and the sauna wasnt working. There was also a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom at times. That said, the hotel felt safe and was near a metro station, staff were friendly and helpful and overall the hotel was good value for money.

The place is run down and it smell like Marijuana. We stayed on the second floor the whole floor and my room was polluted with a strong smell of marijuana.

I had an asthma attack. There was blood on the sheets. Some of the elevators didn’t work. I felt very unsafe and so did my wife in your hotel. I had to leave after two hours at your hotel. I am very upset and will be writing a letter to the ceo of how poorly this hotel is operated. I felt sorry for the receptionist as there was no manager on site. I will never be staying at a Ramada hotel again.

A solid place to stay, especially given the very affordable rates. After seeing so many negative reviews, our expectations were low, but we were pleasantly surprised. Room 102 appeared to have been recently renovated, everything worked as expected, and the space was clean. I can’t speak to the condition of the other rooms, but ours was great. Thanks for the clean room!

It started as soon as we got there. The front desk lady was rude and very short with us. Like we were interrupting her day by checking in.
The walls are paper thin we heard everything from the rooms around us. They were just talking and we could hear every word. The floor was very loud Even into the wee hours. Not sure what was happening in the hallway but it was so loud. We couldn’t sleep. Luckily another guest opened their door to yell at them to be quiet. The pool was murky and it wasn’t clean looking.
The buffet was ok. Cold eggs. No meat. The banana bread was delicious tho.
Shower pressure was great. Nice hot water. Beds were comfy. Pillows were not. The fridge in the room made a loud noise on and off all
Night long. Like a trolly was being rolled around. Not your normal fridge buzz.

Very disappointing stay. The key cards did not work properly, which was frustrating. The heater in my room was not working properly, and when I called the reception for help, the staff member’s attitude was very rude. Instead of trying to assist, he hung up the phone. I had to go downstairs myself to speak to him again; his attitude improved slightly, but the situation should never have reached that point.
Additionally, there was a lot of traffic noise, as the hotel is located on a very busy road, making it difficult to rest. Overall, a poor experience and not what I expected.

Séjour très décevant. Les cartes-clés ne fonctionnaient pas correctement, ce qui était très frustrant. Le chauffage dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas bien, et lorsque j’ai appelé la réception pour demander de l’aide, l’employé avait une attitude très déplacée. Au lieu d’essayer de résoudre le problème, il a raccroché le téléphone. J’ai dû descendre moi-même pour lui parler à nouveau. Son attitude était un peu meilleure, mais cela n’aurait jamais dû arriver.
De plus, il y avait beaucoup de bruit de circulation, car l’hôtel est situé sur une route très fréquentée, ce qui rend le repos difficile. Expérience globalement négative.

The first room we were given did not have a fridge. The second room had a squeaky chair making it impossible to sit on, a broken desk light, and difficulty with the toilet chain. The breakfast was not a full continental breakfast, and we had to pay for parking - which was not the case the last time we stayed. The parking lot was not plowed the next morning after a winter storm. Very disappointed as my previous stay was an excellent experience.

Generally a decent place for a night stay or 2. Property is perched above a noisy highway and parking is very limited and tightly spaced, making for tricky maneuvering to exit. Wifi didn’t work and tv reception kept cutting out. Presumably this is a temporary setback.

Firstly there was a spider in our room , we had to change the room and the spider was very big. Then new room the coffe machine wasn’t working. We told the front desk. He said he will send someone . We waited nd no one came o fix it. Then in breakfast there was no cream or milk for coffee for cereals just straight black o
