There were homeless in right front of the hotel, which were creating unsafe environment for customers. Also key came without properly activated when we checked-in which makes us go all the way downstairs to activate again. Overall I would not prefer to book this hotel again!

I wanna start saying that i’m giving 2 stars just because i feel bad for the staff,,
and I didn’t go ask to change the room so don’t wanna be all negative on my review
1rst When I entered the Hotel the main floor had a bad smell that I didn’t like.
Then the room where I slept on the 1rst floor had a bad smell also.
I was too tired to go ask to change it and had to leave early but I didn’t sleep good at all.
The staff was helpful but the Hotel for me was Very bad.
Never going there again.

It was a nice place to stay, quiet, free from smoking. 15 minutes away from downtown by car. The rooms were kept clean . The amenities were outdated. Other hotels offer a pack lunch for people who step out early to excursions. No many Places to eat, 5 to 10 minutes walking distance to a restaurant 20 mins to a mall.

Property is dated and would greatly benefit from some renovations. Rooms aren't the cleanest, and several of the amenities, including the coffee maker and TV, weren't in working order. The bed was also on wheels and would roll out from the wall while climbing in. Parking is pretty limited and not included with the room. Staff at the front desk was cordial but not overly warm. On the upside, housekeeping provided fresh towels and made the bed daily while we were out and about. They offer a free continental breakfast with a coffee station every morning and have several vending machines with snacks and drinks in the lobby. Overall, an okay place to stay if you don't plan on spending a lot of time at the hotel.

I had a very pleasant stay at the property. The front desk staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a superb stay.

A small note for management: the breakfast buffet was quite good; however, around 9:30 AM, some items were no longer available and were not restocked. I was informed that it was because I arrived late, although breakfast service was scheduled until 10:00 AM. It would be appreciated if items could be replenished consistently until the stated closing time.

Thank you once again for an otherwise wonderful experience.

The breakfast was the same every day and offered very limited choices. The rooms were not very appealing and felt more like a basic travelers’ lodge than a comfortable hotel. The hallways were also not very clean, which made the overall appearance of the hotel less inviting. Overall, the property could benefit from better maintenance, improved cleanliness, and more variety in the breakfast options.

To elevator post claims it was recently renovated, but the hallway appears neglected in the room smells unpleasant. There was even a spider in our room and the room keys don’t work so we have to rekey them every day. The only positive aspect is that the beds are firm enough however Parking is a major issue as there’s not enough space. The breakfast was OK.

Our door didn’t close easily, and while room was clean the floor was sticky. Wasn’t much TV selection. Like minimal sports stations.

This is an older property, but it was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Having stayed at Ramada hotels before, I had fairly modest expectations, and overall the experience was pleasant.

The only unusual issue I noticed was that the bathroom door in my room opened into the toilet, causing it to shift slightly when the door made contact. However, this may be specific to certain rooms and not representative of the hotel overall.

I had an extremely disappointing and honestly shocking experience at Ramada by Wyndham Montreal.

My family and I were locked out of our hotel room all night because our key card stopped working. What made the situation far worse was that despite the hotel supposedly having a 24-hour front desk, there was absolutely nobody available to help us. No staff at the desk, no one answering, and no way to access our room for the entire night.

As a result, my family — including children — had to sleep in the hallway of the hotel. We had no access to our belongings, no proper place to rest, and no assistance from the hotel whatsoever.

There was a homeless person sleeping in the lounge all night.

This goes far beyond a simple inconvenience. When guests pay for a hotel, they expect basic safety, access to their room, and staff availability in emergencies. None of that was provided here.

There was absolutely nothing to like at this property. The rooms were not very clean; bathroom locks were on the outside of the room so you’d basically be locked in if you closed the door. The fridge in the room was filthy. Parking is small, and we had a random person in the parking lot trying to fiddle with peoples cars. Tried to call security and fun fact there was no one on the property. We stayed 4 nights- 4 terrible nights. One night we got locked out of our room because the key card provided didn’t work - we waited all night with 2 young kids to access our room with all of our belongings inside. There was no one on the property to assist- no housekeeping, no security, no receptionist, no manager, no hotel staff whatsoever. Locked out for 9 hours at night— hotel management didn’t even arrive during breakfast hours (7am) very mismanagement and irresponsible staff. If there is ever an emergency you’d basically just be on your own.

Hotel management also didn’t refund the hotel security deposit at checkout (which is mandatory) so they’re def running some sort of scam.

Lastly: parking is $10 a day. Lots about this terrible hotel but running out of space! Overall pay the extra $20-50 bucks and get a hotel somewhere else. Don’t book with them if you want a good experience because if you’re ever locked out the only thing they’ll do is apologize and not even refund for the night/experience!!

As soon as I checked in with my child, I did not like the area. There was a kind of smell in the hallway, and I could not get the wifi working. I was so frustrated after a long drive to check into this place. I booked another hotel right away so I could leave. I lost a little bit of money even though I did not even stay a night
The pool did not even look like the one it was showing in the pictures. Sometimes, cheap is not always good.
I checked into the hotel at 7 pm and left by 8:30 pm this was my experience, does not have to be yours.
