This hotel is a very family oriented place and staff are friendly. The breakfast buffet is a plus and the variety of food is excellent. The only downside is the paid parking. The parking should be free.
Amir
The hotel was clean and well maintained. I also thought the breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options. It's a bit farther from downtown, but if staying right in the city center isn't a priority for you, it's a great choice.
Nawel
La chambre était correct jai pas aimer les lits le stationnement est payant
Oluwafemi
Its a really cosy and nice place to stay and with family as well. Really enjoyed my stay.
Robert
Gym is improved , lifeguard available at certain times , some rooms are much nicer then others try and go for the studios or those with a porch staff is very helpful , bring your own laundry detergent bounce and snacks the ones they sell on site are extremely expensive breakfast is buffer style and good room coffee is ordinary parking is plentiful but cost 20$ per night conference services are excellent onsite restaurant is excellent but pricey enjoy your stay

Property is always clean, staff always nice and friendly. I choose this hotel each and every time, I come to Montreal.
Maude
The AC is working, but it doesn't cool very much. The space is small. The breakfast is ok, but not a lot of good, healthy, nutritious food. We can hear the plane at night. The kitchenware is of good quality, and we have everything for cooking. We got a room for disabled people even though we don’t need it. We did not appreciate having the shower and toilet “connected”. The toilet floor is wet, so we have to dry it before night or put a towel down so we won’t slip if we go to the bathroom at night. Also, some people were having fun ringing our doorbell at night. We appreciate the fact that they let us check out at 1:30pm instead of 12pm.

Really disappointed with the service and over all attitude of the staff. The rooms are nice.

The jacuzzi had too much Clorox . The smell stocks on my skin even after 2 showers.

La piscine est très inconfortable à cause des fortes odeurs de chlore....
Il manque des sauveteurs dans la piscine.
Point négatif, le restau fermé en fin de semaine...

Everything was great, from check in to check out. Floor was quiet. Room was clean and very spacious.

Such a great stay, amazing breakfast options and overall just very clean! Staff was very helpful anytime we needed anything! Would absolutely stay again :)
Geoffrey
Hotel is a very nice one very clean . The rooms are great and the amenities. Staff waa friendly only thing I hate is that you have to pay for parking. I believe that you should not pay for parking while you are there its just a money making scheme and I notice more hotel are charging for parking.

You can cook here. There’s dishwasher too. I asked for packets of ketchup and the staff offered to bring it to my room.
James
The breakfast was very nice and the little kitchenette had everything we needed.

We went down for breakfast at 9 am. No decaf coffee. The woman said she threw it away and was not making more.
Getting out of the parking lot was a nightmare.

Stayed for the F1 gp busy weekend yet the Overall experience was great staff was very helpful and welcoming.
Breakfast buffet was amazing with so many options to choose from and kids friendly environment.
Room was good enough for a family of 6 with decent living and dining space with fully equipped kitchen.
For a clean freak I wish they recheck and dust out the rooms before check-in.
Still I would say best experience throughout.

Clean room and good breakfast - perfect for staying on the weekends

Very spacious room, clean, comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with many options. Friendly staff. Good location with restricted parking for safety. Pool was nice. Great stay for our family.

The hotel amenities are perfect! Our suite room is very spacious, fully equipped and very clean. Front staff people are superb! Breakfast is good and sufficient enough to start your day. However, one kitchen staff snapped at me when I asked for a banana or where to find the banana. She even had to inform me in a loud voice that I have to give her time and wait awhile as there’s only 3 of them working today. She even said loudly ‘please don’t block the way’ as she was pulling a cart with plates. I stood there feeling embarrassed as other guests turned and looked at us. Perhaps guessing whose making a scene early in the morning. I decided to walk away, though I managed to get a banana my heart sank of embarrassment. I have travelled to many Cities/countries before but this is the first time I received such a response from a staff. Hopefully this won’t happen again on my next Marriot experience.

Tout était parfait. Merci

I had my dog with me and she felt safe and happy in this friendly place.

Charged for parking, then left to deal with a break-in alone.
This was one of the worst travel experiences I have ever had. Despite paying for both the hotel stay and $20 per day for parking, my car’s rear window was shattered overnight in the hotel parking lot, and my belongings were stolen.
What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of security. During my entire three-day stay, I never once saw a security guard monitoring the parking area. The only thing in place seemed to be the gate arm that opens and closes to charge guests for parking.
After reporting the incident, the hotel showed little concern and offered no assistance — not even help cleaning the broken glass from my car or any support toward the damages. I ended up covering all repair costs myself.
Charging guests extra for parking without providing proper security or support after a theft is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend travelers think twice before parking their vehicles here.

Rude and unhelpful staff in the evening.
Ronda
Pool and hot-tub well maintained. Breakfast was very good, hot (eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, oatmeal, waffles) and cold cereal, yogurt, fruit, muffins, pastries) options. Room was very spacious and comfortable, we had a full kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave and stovetop! Beds could be a little more comfortable but was not the worst I’ve slept on.
The room had a balcony which was amazing!
Would stay again!

The room was as described but the hide a bed was dreadful. We didn’t have two sheets for the hides bed. The reservation was for 3 adults 2 children but only had 3 towels. Breakfast and presentation. Was excellent but ended way too early when we had to wait so long for the shuttle the night before

I will be coming back ! Great stay , very pleasant staff .

I love cleaning so I didn’t get spoil because I was able to. Lean it myself.😂

Breakfest was ok, my little one apprecited the cereal variety. The overall service and staff was great & we Definitely will be staying there when we come to Montreal again :)
Stephanie
It was a very nice location. The room, which was a 1 bedroom suite was exactly what we needed. The sofa bed was not great to sleep on, otherwise no complaints.

Good centralized location near midtown and near airport (right off the HWy). Only negative was noisy fridge, given an accessible room while not needed and not ideal shower for non wheelchair use but biggest complaint is snow removal of parking spots. This location is used for long term parking and spots are not cleared of snow so everyday I had my feet up to ankles in wet snow and wet shoes all day
Jocelyne
Great room, comfortable bed, quiet. All I needed for my long layover in Montreal
Josph
The breakfast buffet is one of the best I’ve seen in this price range. I would just add some fresh melon and berries and maybe sliced tomatoes and cucumbers and it’s perfect honestly. The staff is very helpful as well

I read some of the review and I was really happy it lived up to it. The lady that checked us in late at night was wonderful. She was polite Nd very helpful. The room had no issues everything was in place Nd not out of place. The check out went smoothly and the gentleman that assisted us was wonderful as well. This experience really made the trip very pleasant and it was appreciated.

Breakfast was pretty limited compared to other Marriott’s. Likewise, the items offered for sale at the front lobby shop was very limited.
Staff was kind and attentive. Room was spacious and very nice.

Breakfast is above average. We checked in late and were given a room on main floor. Until 2AM, there was constant noise from doors opening and closing. Parking is reasonable but limited if one checks in late.

It’s nice place to stay especially a good kitchen similar to the home. Swimming pool and the hot tub are maintained well and it’s a good option for the kids.
James
It was very nice and very comfortable

Great room ,cleaning staff are meticulous ,many amenities, however those that are not included in the reservation are very pricey, desk staff do not relay information to each other, despite the overall great service several are unpleasant or incompetent,I suggest you get a staff member or cameras in the pool area and gym to patrol occasionally in the evenings
Ross
Feels like home away from home.

Everything was great, however I feel like they are allowing people to park in parking lot who are not staying at the hotel and they were taking up parking spots in front of the door. I know this because the cars were covered in snow and did not move over the course of my stay. really they should have had to park at the back of the lot.

Recently stayed at the property for 3 nights.
Pros: central location in the Montreal area, close to the airport, room was large, and the \"free\" breakfast is always nice (they had bread, cereals, oatmeal, a few hot options, coffee, juice, etc).
Cons:
1/ being close to the airport, there was *a lot* of plane noise during our stay. Noticeable in the mornings and later into the evenings. Be aware of this before booking.
2/ breakfast was good, but it was extremely extremely busy. There are signs posted about \"quieter\" times to go, but either way food was still running out, garbage cans were overflowing, and there was minimal/no seating during the morning rushes.

Washroom was not cleaned. There was some hairs from the previous guest. There was a bad smell coming from the kitchen area

The staff was so kind and efficient. Check in was a breeze. We had some time before catching our flight so we walked around for a couple of miles outside. Everything on your property was clean.
The breakfast staff was quick with cooking and dining area cleanup.

Room 310. Staff were great and helpful. Coin-operated laundry facilities available. Pool, hot tub and fitness were nice. Breakfast was great! Only caveat of our room was my mom slept on the sofa bed, which unfortunately was not comfortable. Keep in mind, for those renting this room with someone sleeping on the couch, the bathroom access is through the bedroom
Valerie
Super friendly staff, clean and cozy rooms.

We were 3 and stayed in a one bedroom apt.
Sofa lit was comfortable.
Really well appointed room.
Only gray area is that the bathroom is within the main bedroom so if kids… staying in they will need to enter the room to go to bathroom /to use the bathroom sink..
The complimentary breakfast was great and had some cook items (scramble eggs, sausages, potatoes..) as well as cereal, toast, muffins, pastries, porridge..
