We were a family of 9 plus two babies and including a 95 year old. We were spread over 5 rooms for 2-6 days. All rooms were spacious and well equipped for our needs. Due to our numbers and variety of needs, we booked the large two room suite as well intending to use that for the group, particularly some meals. Our only complaint was that the Hotels.com description showed it equipped with a table that sat 6. The suite was not that one. It turns out the hotel only had 3 two bedroom suites and only one with the large table. That was not represented in the description. However, the staff were excellent and brought in a table and chairs to make it work for us. It had all the services we needed, was close to the metro, had a free laundry and good gym. We will be happy to return.

We stayed there for a week on a business trip. The room was spacious and clean, with a small kitchenette. The cleaning staff even helped wash the dirty dishes left in the sink. Many dining options and cafes in the neighborhood; also close to Mount Royale and St. Joseph Oratory. If I ever were to visit Montreal again this is the hotel I'd stay for sure.

This property should not be listed with parking as the underground parking lot is so small only a few cars in it and they expect you to block people in and you also have to have a very small car to even fit in a space we had to park on the road. The staff are extremely nice , the hotel room is big and clean but there is also no hot water it’s just warm besides the parking and the hot water the hotel is clean and has great rooms!

I stayed in the King Suite on the second floor. It was a very large, spacious and clean room. Everything worked well. Negatives were that it was located above the garage, and you could hear the garage door open and close very loudly, however, I didn't hear it at night. The road noise was also a bit loud, but again, didn't affect my sleep. The mattress was very firm and springy with no mattress topper, and was surprised I still slept well on it. Overall, a great value for a very clean and well situated hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for work for a few days in October 2025 and my experience was really good. The room was huge, and I really appreciated the well stocked kitchen and living space, everything was clean, and I was on a high floor so it was also extremely peaceful.
The area is also very walkable and public transport is excellent around the hotel.
There is no room service, but they do have a cafe in the lobby of the hotel and there are tons of restaurants all around the hotel, so this was not an issue for me. I would recommend this hotel.

This is very good budget hotel in a great area. Rooms good, and with a good sitting area. Bathroom small but fully functional. Parking fine, but very tight - you may have to be double-parked underground - but easy to get clear. Good cheap breakfast

Stayed one night, we booked the superior room and it was great for the four of us, the room was clean and spacious - and fit us perfectly with the exception of the bathroom being pretty small, a lot of food options within walking distance, metro subway was close, saint Joseph was a couple of minutes walk, parking is limited with a fee, if it is unavailable we found nightly parking option available at the church, overall we had a great hotel stay in Montreal!

Fantastic hotel. Withing a few steps of the Metro (blue line). You can easily reach downtown and old Montreal within 25 minutes. The king suite we had worked great with our 8 month old baby to have a separate space for early bed. The kitchenette was great and had everything we needed for quick meals at the hotel. There was a crib provided for our baby which was a nice touch. There are lots of food options around the hotel, but mostly quick fast food, not a lot of sit down full restaurants. Overall fantastic experience and would recommend to others.

My expectations were exceeded by this moderately priced (for Montreal standards) hotel. The room was immaculately clean and well appointed with a King bed and a separate sitting area with a larger fridge and microwave. It was close to a metro station, a grocery store and across the street from a restaurant that made fresh croissants.
I had expected a hotel that may have been a little outdated, but it was not at all. It was a great place to stay and we would definitely return.

The property was no problem. However, there was a man who was talking on a speakerphone in the hallway very early in the morning. It really disturbs our sleep.
Also, around 4:00am in the morning, there was a sewage cleaning truck just in front of the hotel.
The noise was terrible, and we couldn't sleep at all while they were working for an hour.
