I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room and all common areas were exceptionally clean, which made the stay very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions. The location was also fantastic, with plenty of great coffee shops just a short walk away. Also, the drive to downtown was quick and convenient. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend! :)

The staff was very helpful and accommodated our unique luggage storage needs for our complicated itinerary. We were traveling by bicycle and they were willing to store our bicycle travel boxes for two weeks while we did our tour. It was greatly appreciated.

Metro station half a block away. Lots of restaurants on the same street.

We booked via expedia. After our stay. They charged us the room on our card. I had to call them and they said it was a mistake and they will credit the charge. Which was.not even the same.amount as the room.
Also the booking said it had a continental breakfast included. When my wife asked for the breakfast...they said they had no breakfast included. That is false advertisement.
It was also obvious on the.phone they were not happy we booked with Expedia.
Why advertise with Expedia then.
Location and price was good...except there was.no breakfast included. Because of this We will never book there again.
I am.not.going ask for a refund but we should get some rebate because of this fault.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood with plenty of food options nearby. It is also close to the Metro which makes it convenient getting around the city. The rooms were clean with plenty of room for both of us. The staff were accommodating to us for any our needs.

When searching hotels for my Montreal trip, I could not ignore the high score this hotel has. It is a rare thing when a reasonably priced hotel has a 9+ rating. I was not disappointed. This hotel has a modest, demure appearance from the street, but the beauty is in the details. Once inside, it is very apparent that they are dedicated to perfection. Our room was spacious and came with real cloth napkins, perfectly folded with real flatwear inserted into the pocket like a high-end restaurant, real ceramic plates and mugs on the counter. This was not a suite with a kitchenette. Just a regular room. All the linens smelled terrific, the towels, washcloths, and sheets. One day, I walked down the hall and saw the service attendant's room door open. I peaked in and saw that they were busy hand-ironing each towel! Who does that? They do their own laundry and don't send it out, that's how they can make it all smell so great and look so perfect. As for location, this hotel is not downtown, but it is in a great neighborhood and very close to the Blue Metro line. There are great cafes on the same block and I found two amazing little grocery stores. One across the street with an amazing cheese section. The other was a block away, more like a fruit and vegetable stand. I discovered it ws open at 1 am and went in to shop and enjoyed the music they were playing while I chose a Maple Syrup jar to take home with me. All in all, a wonderful experience!
Amy
Very friendly and professional front desk staff. Room was excellent value considering it included a small kitchenette with dinnerware and utensils. Renovated and cleaned spotlessly. My only suggestion would be larger, more plush pillows for comfort. Thank you!
Tony
The property was spotless. The staff were really nice. The room was perfect since it had a kitchenette and separate bedroom. Nice for a small family with young kids. Underground parking which will indeed fit a full size F-150. It will look tight, but it fits!
Jillian
Great service. Spacious rooms. Would absolutely stay again!

Everything was wonderful except we still had our studded tires on our car. Montréal does not allow use any of the parking facilities with studded tires, even the outdoor ones. There was an interesting time spent circling the block and standing to hold a space until 6:30 PM as that was the time we could park on the street until 9 AM because the bus service was not active from 6:30 PM to 9 AM. lol.
Lisa
Everyone at front desk was very helpful
Lyubomira

Elyssa
Very clean place and free laundry was very useful during our stay. Over-all it was a wonderful experience.
Kelly
The location was great, closer to Saint Joseph’s Oratory, and lots of walking & dining.
Tony
We were a family of 9 plus two babies and including a 95 year old. We were spread over 5 rooms for 2-6 days. All rooms were spacious and well equipped for our needs. Due to our numbers and variety of needs, we booked the large two room suite as well intending to use that for the group, particularly some meals. Our only complaint was that the Hotels.com description showed it equipped with a table that sat 6. The suite was not that one. It turns out the hotel only had 3 two bedroom suites and only one with the large table. That was not represented in the description. However, the staff were excellent and brought in a table and chairs to make it work for us. It had all the services we needed, was close to the metro, had a free laundry and good gym. We will be happy to return.
Wilma
I didn't use the gym or the laundry services. Ice maker was not working but everything else was top notch! Early check in, beautiful, clean suite, late check out. I really like this hotel!!!!

Very convenient & well situated for what I came to in Montreal. Very clean

We stayed there for a week on a business trip. The room was spacious and clean, with a small kitchenette. The cleaning staff even helped wash the dirty dishes left in the sink. Many dining options and cafes in the neighborhood; also close to Mount Royale and St. Joseph Oratory. If I ever were to visit Montreal again this is the hotel I'd stay for sure.
