Très bonne option pour un séjour simple: le lit est très confortable et la chambre propre et relativement bien insonorisée.

Par contre, est-ce normal d’avoir une réceptionniste unilingue anglophone, par ailleurs très polie. Je suis bilingue; le problème n’est pas la barrière de la langue et je comprends qu’une part importante—majoritaire, en fait—de la clientèle est anglophone. Mais c’est le cas de tous les hotels du centre-ville de Montréal et le personnel est au moins bilingue. Le classique « my french is terrible » est une excuse-cliché insuffisante.

There’s reasonably priced parking adjacent to residence ($20 for 24hrs). Bring some hangers if you want to hang up your clothes in the closet. An iron/ironing board available upon request. No mini fridges in room and two very full communal fridges on top floor do avoid bringing anything requiring cold storage. Standard breakfast university fare with wide selection of items. Secure. Hip vibe. Kind helpful staff. Great location.

La chambre offrait une superbe vue sur la rue Sherbrooke O. Elle était propre malgré quelques cheveux dans le bain. C'est équipé minimalement mais c'est parfait si l'intention est de ne pas rester dans la chambre. Localisation idéale pour profiter du centre-ville. Le déjeuner offre plusieurs options dont oeufs/bacon/saucisses, des pâtisseries et des fruits.

We were very happy with our stay. We had two single beds in separate spaces in our room. Water was hot and water pressure was strong, beds were comfortable, and for a middle-aged couple who spent most of their time out of the building it worked well. Easy access to public transit and perfect for Jazz fest. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of variety. It’s not fancy, picture a dorm room and that’s what you’ll get. Lots of common spaces to play cards or spend time out of your room

Very good overall. Great location and facilities, including breakfast, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a 24-hour front desk.

The only two downsides were that check-in is quite late and early check-in cannot be reserved, and the shampoo provided was not very good.

Check-in was easy and the rooms were as described. The common areas and amenities were abundant and well-maintained. Internet was fast and reliable. The main drawback is the lack of sufficient lighting and convenient power outlets in the rooms. The blinds were not blackout.

My only recommendation to people staying is to bring a hairdryer! I didn’t look at the amenities and made the mistake of assuming there would be one, totally on me and nothing to do with the place. The breakfast was great, the employees were great, the location was walkable to almost everything!

This day was actually better than staying at a hotel, the staff was nice, it was clean and breakfast was great. Who would have thought that you can have accommodations at a University residence? Will definitely be staying at this location again at some point when visiting Montreal. Have told all my friends about it.

The rooms were clean and had everything one would have at a hotel except a hair dryer. The front desk is actually not at the front, you have to go through security first. They give one voucher for a free breakfast and the set up/food is very nice. Parking is not even related to this facility and keep in mind, you will have to pay for it. They cannot help you in regards to parking because it is not affiliated. Overall, great for the price.

Free breakfast and variable options, which is good if you're not picky about food and drinks. 1)The ceiling of my bathroom had been leaking before I moved in, and it got better the next morning but still dripping water with rusted color water when I was moving out. Informed the staff, who told me that they have been aware of the problem. 2)The fire alarm always made sound while taking shower, I thought it was a fire , but then figured out it was triggered by the heat and steam from the shower. My room wasn't clean clean , still found people's hair and lint on my bed and desk.
They have gym, basketball court, laundry room ( you will need to purchase a laundry card from a machine), theater room and kitchen. It's always walkable distance from many public transportation

From the moment we arrived we were welcome, like if we were returning home. Thank you to the staff at Campus 1 student residence,security guard Carine and rest of the security staff, the front desk staff Jonah, Alyssa , Leah and Mutaro and as well to the students who still resigned at the campus during our stay made us feel welcome and part of the campus.Overall it was a memorable experience and a family-friendly environment I would recommend the stay and I look forward to returning. Bonus entering our room it felt as though no one else had stayed there that was refreshing
And a lovely view from the 19th floor with access to a quiet room with a vibe of an outdoor cottage. Breakfast each morning was a delight to start your day off with a full breakfast thanks to all kitchen staffs well done 👏 if you like to make your own lunch or dinner it's possible on the 19th floor but you will need to have your own pot and pan and everything that you need to cook with but you do have access to the stove, fridge and appliances,
it can feel like home. Stay 5.9-13.26

The checking was great, the staff in front was very helpful. It is only 15-20 minutes walk to old Quebec and port. Parking is available for a reasonable price next door. The room for 2 with twin bed was perfect for my daughter and I, clean confortable and it had everything we needed for our stay.
I would definitely stay again.

This is basically a student residence. Do not expect it to be a commercial hotel. There is no hair dryer, you need to borrow it from the staff. The towels were messy and dirty when we moved in, and the front desk (not really a front desk, it’s like a student help desk) said the only thing they can do is to give us another two towels to use. The mattress was also dirty, I didn’t even bother mention it cuz they are definitely not gonna do anything. We lived on the 17th floor but can still hear the car/siren sound from outside. Good thing: location, free breakfast, big room.

La chambre était propre et l’accès sécurisé avec un gardien. Il manquait vraiment des équipements « standards » par rapport à un hôtel (sèche cheveux, TV..). La literie n’était vraiment pas confortable, matelas très dur et oreillers bon marché pas du tout agréables.. l’insonorisation était très mauvaise, j’entendais les bruits de la rue comme si les fenêtres étaient ouvertes… j’ai de la peine pour les étudiants qui vivent ici ! Le petit déjeuner inclus proposait beaucoup de choix de bon qualité, quel dommage qu’il n’y est pas de plateaux pour apporter son petit déjeuner à la table, c’est vraiment pas pratique ! Il y a un stationnement juste en dessous de l’hôtel à $20 les 24h, après vous de patience pour payer les horodateurs fonctionnent quand ils veulent mais se n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel c’est une autre compagnie. En conclusion, c’est correct pour une nuit ou deux mais compte tenu du prix j’ai regretté de ne pas avoir pris un « vrai » hôtel qui aurait été à peine plus cher.

Good location ; rooms are clean and spacious. Moreover, the beds are a bit high as they are raised by storage boxes below the beds. The wash basin is outside the toilet/shower room; thus, it's a bit inconvenient .
There isn't any cloth hangers and waste basket .

Using underground parking garage by paying $20. When checked out next day only found my car’s side window was smashed. Couldn’t find anyone help. Security staff said they weren’t responsible because the parking garage operated by the third party. They can’t give any contact information of the parking authorities. Couldn’t believe what happened in Montreal!

This is a convenient location and the breakfast is phenomenal, but the beds suck. This brought us all the way back to dorm days and if this is what the kids are sleeping on, I feel sorry for them.

Parking is also an issue too. The parkade is being worked on so there is very limited availability, and honestly the parkade looks like it could fall down any day.

The breakfast buffet was amazing and rooms were clean. The staff were uninvested and unhelpful. The 10 am check out time was a joke- we easily negotiated 11 am and then were told each additional 30 minutes would be 25 dollars. It seemed arbitrary. We had to leave ID to use a hairdryer and we never got clean towels although we were there for three days. I understand this is a student residence during the year but I am not a student resident. If you are going to transform into a hotel in the summers you need to the game and the hospitality. The price is right but it doesn’t cost anything to be warm and welcoming.

Campus One was very clean, safe, cheap, and in a great location. An extra perk is the free buffet style breakfast everymorning. My only complication was that the staff accidentally gave me the wrong room when I checked in, this led to the correct family coming into my room while I was dead asleep...and alone. They were apologetic and I understand this was a simple mistake but it could have been avoided and handled better.
