Great place

We had a very bad experience at this hotel. We booked five rooms, and our group traveled from Toronto in four cars. We parked all of our vehicles in the hotel parking lot.During our stay, someone broke the passenger-side windows of two of our vehicles. When we informed the hotel staff and asked for assistance, they were unhelpful and gave us excuses instead of trying to support us or show any concern. Their response was very disappointing and made an already stressful situation even worse. We expected better customer service and care from the hotel, especially after such a serious incident happened on their property. Based on our experience, we would not recommend staying here.

We stayed for 2 nights, since the first contact the staff was kind and helpful. The A/C in the first room we were assigned was broken and right away Nicolas from the front desk actioned, in 2 mins we had a maintenance person in the room who confirmed the A/C was broken, within 10 mins we were assigned to another room. All the staff was very kind, excellent service.
The only thing that Ibwould say can be improve is the temperature and smell of the upper level hallways. The rest is grest as is!

We had to ask the front desk for where to empty our trash as housekeeping failed to do so.

Stayed when our flight was cancelled. Picked up quickly after calling hotel. Close to airport. Were able to stay until 1:00 pm. Used gym/pool which was nice. Great breakfast. Bit pricey, but delicious!!! Comfy beds.

My family and I had a great stay! If you're going downtown, it's best to Uber.
Vanessa
Chambre propre, piscine et spa bien entretenu. La nourriture est excellente. Par contre l'odeur parfumé est très intense! Pour ceux allergique au parfum je ne conseille pas cette endroit.

I liked everything about my stay--rooms were very clean and staff very helpful.
Lizzie
The hotel is very calm recommend to stay at the holiday inn I really liked it the staff were nice ❤️

Everything was fine, with one exception. The shuttle driver made me anxious on the journey to the airport. He constantly looked like he was about to go over the middle line on the road. He drove much too close to the yellow line. Everytime a vehicle approached in the oncoming lane I felt anxiety. This was not very courteous on his part as an employee of Holiday Inn. It also appeared that he could not speak English, and made no effort to communicate in French. He could do with a crash course in public relations and courtesy.
Other than that, the hotel was absolutely fine.

John
The staff were very friendly and welcoming . Parking was easy and safe . My room was very clean and comfortable bed . this my 2nd stay at this hotel and will return again in the future
HA
Great proximity to the airport, but very noisy to sleep at night as it’s so close to main street and highway. Something to consider before booking. Given the $300 nightly rate, it is expensive for what you get. Good amenities just a bit old.
Santiago
Very fresh and healthy breakfast
Christine
The room was clean, the airport shuttle was great! The staff missed our wake up call, but overall a nice place to stay!

Nice for Holiday Inn. Clean and well kept hotel.should have better EV charger (too slow).
Carol
Secure parking. Ok dinner. Room a bit noisy
Mark
Nice, bright lobby with nice areas to sit and read. Clean throughout the hotel though, despite staying a week, they never once came to clean our room; not a big deal but it would have been nice. Food was pretty good but ridiculously priced: 2 salads with protein & no alcohol =$80. None of the 4 EV chargers worked for most of the week despite raising this immediately with staff. A bit frustrating all in all.
Michael
Big room, comfortable beds and close proximity to airport. Shuttle service ends at 11pm which we were unaware of.
Heather
Large clean modern room (we upgraded). Fridge and microwave. Friendly staff.
Marcel
Quite good. We’ve stayed here a few times during transits in and out of the city. Pretty good pool for the kids. No free breakfast.
Timothy
Nicely updated hotel with comfortable, clean rooms (hardwood floors) and 8 minutes to the Montreal airport. A lovely lounge with attentive staff and love the ample onsite parking. Easy to get to off Hwy 20 or Hwy 40, and some nearby restaurants on the water in Lachine. I only stay here when flying from Montreal.
Yves
All good great stay..
would need more staff for the dining room ...

very good hotel, easy access from airport via shuttle.
staff very helpful...
restaurant staff (only 1) did a super job at attending to all patron on the Friday Night.
Same exercise on the return stay on a Saturday night. you would think the Hotel would increase staff during the weekend ... Its the only issue/comment we have...everything else was great.

Pool was good, hot tub didnt have eorking jets. The restaurant was good but slow and expensive. The front desk staff was meh. Bed was comfy and room was adequate.
Cynthia
The room heating/cooling system could not be adjusted and the temperature continuously increased, to 25.2 degrees Celsius. We also tried to eat at the restaurant but it was clearly under staffed as the tables were full of dirty dishes and there appeared to only be one wait staff. Finally, we partially selected this hotel because it advertised onsite EV charging (for a fee). The staff had no knowledge of the charging station nor were there adapters at the front desk. We have stayed in other hotels where adapters were held. This is important to guests who need to charge their car and should be a consideration for the hotel moving forward.

The room was clean and staff were helpful however, there were some hiccups. My toilet handle was broken so I could not flush, I was not able to control the thermastat in my room so it was very cold, and the blindes could not be shut all the way which was a bit difficult to sleep with the highway so close. Additionally, they do offer a shuttle to the airport which was great but there is only 1 so be prepared to wait for pick up and drop off.
chantal
Pratique. Nous avons bien aimé.

Was very nice. Easy check in. Food in restaurant was amazing
Renata
The hotel and staff were amazing!!!
Comfortable beds, amazing pool facilities, restaurant food at night was amazing and kids eat for free.
The breakfast I think for the price they should had better selection for exemple cheese and ham so you can make a sandwich. Overall I would stay there again for sure.
Thank you all the employees that were great and work so hard to make our stay pleasant specially the front desk and the shuttle drivers.

the hotel told me they will pay for the taxi to the airport as their shuttle had some mechanical problems but they are not answering for my taxi receipt. I don't know how they will pay for my taxi. it has been 4 days.

A good hotel for a quick stop if you need to be near the airport; the staff is very friendly. There isn't much to do in the surrounding area.

After checking in, I told my kids that the woman who checked me in was one of the loveliest, kindest, wonderful woman. Best check in I think I have ever had. We checked in late. The bar and restaurant were open until 10:30 and it was 10:15. We took out things upstairs and came back down hoping to get a drink. The woman working at the restaurant/bar said we could take our bottle of wine out in the seating area in the lobby. We sat in a lovely, quiet area. She said we could stay there as long as we wanted to. Our room is so clean, beds very comfortable. All in all, an amazing hotel experience.
Arnette
Quick and easy check in. The rooms are large, modern and clean.

We loved the room and service from staff. The pool, hot tub and sauna were great. Food at the restaurant for supper then breakfast was delicious.

Room was great
When picked up by the shuttle got yelled at by the driver for being late. Even after we should proof that we had called 5 minutes ago he continued to yell and argue. Complained to front desk on my arrival. Nothing was done.
I have never been yelled at like that !
