Notre chambre semblait propre à 1ere vue toutefois il y avait de long cheveux noir dans la douche sur les murs, le rideau de douche était moisi, les coins de étaient très sales. L’établissement en générale n’était pas très propre, le déjeuner coûte très cher, le menu du restaurant pour le souper n’était pas invitant et très peu de restaurant proche sans compter le petit dépanneur les prix sont exorbitants.

We bought breakfast buffet and the food was ok, but the croisants and dry goods were a bit stale. The staff did not clean our rooms properly or provide fresh towels and toiletries daily. The restaurant was good. We were disappointed to learn that the pool was closed for our stay as they said they only opened it Fridays - Sundays. Enough people ended up complaining that they opened the pool Thursday. We got to swim once over the course of our 3 night stay, as we checked out Friday morning. Exterior needs heavy duty clean up after winter. Interior common areas also needs better maintenance. They seemed to keep the front entrance, lobby and restaurant clean though. Overall, I would give it 3 out of 5 Stars maximum.

Service is lacking greatly, I was waiting to check in with only one lady in front of me yet the desk attendant was only speaking to and addressing the people BEHIND me in line! This happened at least 3-4 times. I was patient and very tired as it was almost 2am and I had been travelling for hours. This was extremely rude and unwelcoming. I would not recommend this hotel if you care for decent quality service. It took another guest behind me that the desk attendant was ready to help to say something about it. After I checked-in, he didn’t guide or direct me where to go to get to my room which you think would’ve been bare minimum. Rooms are nice looking due to recent renovations. Cleanliness is decent but, there could be more attention to detail honestly.

Road construction, poor transportation and a lack of amenities close by were disappointing, as was the price and quality of the breakfast in the hotel. Staff were pleasant and helpful. If l had a vehicle this would have been a better choice, but I felt that for those without, I would not recommend this hotel.

Construction in the area made using public transit nearly impossible; a notice to that effect would have been helpful as there are no amenities within walking distance.The breakfast was overpriced. For what it offered, most hotels would have included it in the room price. I would not recommend this hotel unless one had a vehicle.

Room was renovated, very good bed and clean. The others parts of the hotel need more attention. Post sign (Not Working) on Gym machine, on electronic games machine. Water of pool was more green than transparent. Good if you have to stay an overnight the shuttel to the airport is very nice.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié la piscine et le fait qu'elle soit surveillée. J'ai apprécié le service du personnel au restaurant qui nous servait le café et nous accueillait au déjeuner. Le vaste choix offert dans le brunch du déjeuner était satisfaisant. J'ai choisi l'hôtel Radisson car l'acceptation des animaux dans la chambre était offert contre des frais raisonnable. Par contre, aucune porte dont la porte 7 est automatisée et ne permet pas d'entrée dans l'hôtel facilement; les portes sont difficiles à ouvrir. Mais surtout, j'ai été déchue de la propreté dans la chambre en général car la propreté de la salle de bain était déficiente. Il y avait une colonie de fourmis sur le plancher dans la chambre en soirée.

I was expecting to take pool bath but the staff said that only open weekend Friday Saturday Sunday
When I book thru the app doesn’t show up the pool is closed week days
Anyways if anyone travelling to Montreal and looking less price and good hotel I will definitely recommend radison hotel

Walking in the front door, we felt as though we had made a mistake. It's not very bright and welcoming - especially as we walked the LONG way to the absolute other end of the building to our room. The room itself was great - great shower, bed was comfortable, room was clean and quiet. Breakfast on day 1 from the menu was acceptable. On Day 2, the buffet offering was dismal. Food was cold; obviously had been sitting for a while. Cleaning staff were friendly and personable.

Wonderful airport hotel that stands out above most airport hotels I have stayed in in Canada. The food in the restaurant was also very good and served by a very friendly server. I will book this hotel again when I am in Montreal.

The only thing I would change is that the location where the airport shuttle picks you up - on the departures floor at door 8 - is also clearly indicated in the booking confirmation or in the property information.

The room had ants crawling from the floor. Also the room had 3 doors. One to get in the room, the other was directly facing the swimming pool and could be opened only from the inside. But there was another door on the room by the chair. Not sure where it went. Staff didn’t even mention about the door. Its creepy.

I booked for king bed through expedia, and when I reached the property they gave me 2 queen bed room .
The washroom was too small and the basin was outside the washroom mainly in the room.
No cleaniness and ac was not working and i was charged fully for the room
It was a pathetic experience that i had to check out the next morning.

Coffee maker didn't work.
No one at the desk to report problems to.
Terribly noisy while sleeping because people wheel luggage cart over cobbles around the pool.
Many recent updates, they seem to be trying hard - but they lost me as a future customer.

Our stay at the hotel was overall normal, but there were some issues with the airport transportation and luggage assistance.

The person who picked us up at the airport had a poor attitude and did not help us with the luggage at all. We were traveling with two children and had to handle all the bags ourselves, which made the arrival stressful and uncomfortable.

The transportation back to the airport, however, was excellent and the driver was very friendly and helpful.

At the hotel, it was also difficult to take the luggage to the room because there were many doors, none of them automatic, and they closed by themselves. This made moving with suitcases and children quite challenging.

Aside from these issues, the rest of the stay was normal.

Poor room setup, very shady room ( looks like something out of a murder mystery), dont get fooled by the property pictures, the rooms are the worst I have stayed in Canada. No amenities, no water, poor quality amenities. Wont recommend to anyone, much better options available in the same price like novotel, or other places nearby. No charging ports next to bed, only charging port available near tv.

My kids and I had a fantastic time! The gym equipment could use some maintenance, but the pool was refreshing and the sauna was excellent. The rooms exceeded our expectations, offering great value for our stay. While the breakfast was below average, the dining experience at the restaurant was wonderful. If you’re looking for a fun spot that won’t break the bank, I would definitely recommend this place.

As a result the 30 minute delay until the next one cost me valuable time and forced me to race through the terminal to catch my flight

I would advise this hotel to everyone who's visiting Montreal. 1. it's near everything, uber takes 10mins to everything food, shopping. you're not central so it's not insane busy but you're about 18 mins ride from center.

2. Staff mega mega helpful, pleasant, most of all speak English without the stereotype you hear about going to Quebec.

Breakfast can improve a bit, but only because I'm not a fan of ham in the morning as cold cut, everything else was perfect, coffee, juice, kids friendly, and variety.

3. Lunch dinning was fantastic also if you didn't feel like going outside of the hotel for a day everything you need full kitchen ready to make your day. Bar was perfect also, not to mention the hotel has a indoor self serve convenient store, super super handy.

4. Arcade for entertainment, Pool to enjoy family time with friends, and meet new people, not crowded, lovely renovations.

5. Only detail I will advise of, staying on the second floor is awesome if you don't want to be near the pool, staying on the main floor is sweet for easy access to the pool. rooms from 1024 and above are fantastic if you want to be away from the pool area.

6. The gym is not a full gym but fully functional for a quick workout to keep you active with your home routine, again not a full gym but enough to keep you on track.

7. Definitely recommending it to friends and family, most of all when I return I will stay here again.

I booked a king size suite room, and booked this hotel for connecting flight for the convenience of a shuttle
I needed to be at the airport for 6 AM and when I got there, I was told the shuttles were full and I was only able to get on a 4 AM shuttle
Arriving at 12 AM that we’ve only allowed me three hours to sleep, defeating the purpose of getting a hotel room…
Also, I had reserved a king size room going to find out when they looked at the room that it was a queen size…
They did not offer an alternate means a transportation to the airport in the morning, so I was forced to return to the airport and spend seven hours on a bench in the airport waiting for my connecting flight.
So far they’re not issuing a refund. Shauna mow at $150. It’s spend the entire night in the airport.

This hotel ranks as one of worst I have ever had the experience of staying with.

We stayed there only one night as we were held in Montreal for an extra night due to flight cancellations because of bad weather. I was travelling with my 13yo and decided to have a fun night with some games and a pool as this hotel advertised. Upon check-in, we were informed that pool was closed and only open on the weekends. The few games that were there were coin operated (loonies) and the front desk staff did not have change. I was told several times to comeback later, but they never did have any. I managed to get a few coins from the bartender (Frank), a very nice and sincere man.

Food wise, there was a canteen on site and a bar/restaurant. I almost had to give up one arm to pay for anything in the canteen. A small pack of chips was $4.50, small mars bites was $11, and a big pack of pretzels was $11. Holy cow!!! The restaurant was reasonably priced and the quality of the food was very good. The added bonus was the bartender, Frank.

The room was a mile away from the front desk. It was reasonable, but with very small, but comfortable beds. It felt like they did try to update the room at some point but missed the finer details. The bathroom was a split setup with the sink on the opposite side of the entranceway from the tub/shower and toilet. Lighting was poor in the room overall. Heating was poor as it had one of those heaters under the window that would billow hot air like a politician

J'ai resté à cet hôtel une nuit avant mon voyage et une nuit en revenant. L'endroit est près de l'aéroport, seulement 10-15 min de route malgré la construction devant l'hôtel au moment de mon séjour. Tout a bien été lors de ma première nuit, excepté peut-être que le bar a fermé tôt, 22hrs, mais l'employé au bar était vraiment sympa.
Lors de mon 2e séjour, j'ai demandé à la femme de la réception pour aller à un autre terminal que YUL. C'est bien indiqué dans plusieurs sites ainsi que leur publicité que la navette peut nous déposer ailleurs que YUL dans un rayon de 10km. J'aillais à un terminal à 5.4km, incluant un petit détour dû à la construction et en route pour YUL donc pas un grand détour pour la navette, c'était sur son chemin de l'aéroport.
Le problème est que la femme à la réception est vraiment bête, me donnant des excuses que dû à la construction, la navette ne peut pas faire autre route que celle de YUL-Hôtel aller-retour. Je comprends ça. Mais là, elle dit que le propriétaire regarde le gps et pleins d'autres bullshit comme ça.
Cette femme ne devrait pas être au service à la clientèle. Elle ne sait pas parler au gens, vraiment désagréable et tourne les yeux en me parlant, je trouve ça aucunement professionnel.
Donc, je recommende cet hôtel mais si vous voyez cette dame à la réception, plutôt âgée et non souriante, attendez-vous à un service de marde de sa part!! (Merci au conducteur de la navette qui voulait m'aider mais j'ai finalement pris un Uber.)

Spacious and quiet room with a very comfortable King bed. The hotel has obviously received a major facelift, as the rooms seem new, stylish and very contemporary. The only complaint is that the phone to call reception didn't work - a minor concern. The free shuttle to and from the airport is frequent and reliable, and the hotel wifi was fast and stable. All round, a great stay.
