Yes, parking was easy and secure; however, too costly.

Awsome! Clean! Luxiourious!
PIERRE
Tout était parfait…. Absolument rien à dire de négatif.
Aram
Was much better the last time I stayed there over a year ago.
Alexandra
Nice staff and clean room but don’t book if traveling with children or want a good night of sleep. The rooftop terrace was playing loud music until 1am that was keeping us all awake.
Adebola
The hotel was in a great location, easy paid underground paid parking. The hotel staff are nice and welcoming. The restaurant in the hotel breakfast was very good and affordable.
The bathtub clogged on the first day and mentioned it to the housekeeping and she informed the front desk and they sent maintenance guys to fix it immediately, which was really good.
Overall we had a great time at the hotel and lots of different restaurant around like walking distance to get food and drinks. Also close to metro line to go into downtown Montreal! Love it!

Stayed for 2 nights when my flight was cancelled. Booked at very short notice and arrived very late in the evening but staff were kind, friendly, and welcoming. Room was great and bed one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. Lovely food in the restaurant and good value. Very nice hotel.
Dominique
We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is in a very convenient location. The metro station is just across the street, making it easy to get around. There is a shopping center within walking distance, and for families, there’s a park and an ice cream shop right nearby, which the kids loved.
Another thing we appreciated was the variety of halal dining options nearby. We found two excellent halal restaurants within easy reach, which made meals simple and enjoyable for our family.
The hotel was comfortable, and the location made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for convenience and great amenities nearby. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great place, near good restaurants and great vibes. But keep the rates acceptable.

Great hotel and location.
André
Personnel courtois et serviable, chambre très propre, à deux pas du métro et de La Place Bell.
Cora L
Easy to get to a concert at Palace Belle! And bed was very comfy. Parking extremely inexpensive too.
Philippe
Propre et courtois
Michelle
Unfortunately, there was loud booming music every night late until the am hours. I am not sure if it was from the restaurant in the hotel upstairs or was from an outside source. If this happens every night they should let their guests know this prior to booking. Other than the lack of sleep due to the music and bass it was a very nice place to stay.
William
Everything was great we enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back. However they really need to invest in new towels.
Linda
Excellent service!
Leanne
great place! right next to the arena and many food places around the hotel
Caroline
Extremely convenient if attending place Bell events although arrive early to access parking due to traffic.
Brian
Everything about this hotel is perfect
Eliane
Personnel très aimable et serviable. Chambre très spacieuse, propre et calme.
Peter
Be sure to request a room on the upper floors away from the restaurant patio. Music and crowd noise continues well past 11 PM
Otherwise this is an excellent hotel with plenty of dinning options near by and great access to the Métro.
Otherwise this is an excellent hotel with plenty of dinning options near by and great access to the Métro.
Richard
This is an excellent property to stay at. Would recommend it.
Joseph
Getting pricey. Nice and convenient location. Not enough security to keep large groups of teens from loitering around the property.
Avi
The hotel is new, modern, and fairly clean. The staff were kind and helpful.
Unfortunately, I was bitten by bed bugs during the stay. Because the hotel was at 100% capacity, they could not move us to another room. They did offer to change the sheets, but it did not solve the problem.
Parking was supposed to be included in the reservation. However, after returning home, I received the email invoice and noticed a $67 charge for parking. Nothing was mentioned about this charge during check-in or check-out.
Overall, despite some positive aspects, I am unlikely to stay there again.

Received an upgrade right away!

The only thing I did not like, they would not cancel our reservation, because I had gone through Expedia. And Expedia was only giving me a voucher of but charging me a large cancelling fee, leaving me with not even half the price of room. Hotel was kind on upgrading my room, they say, but they would not budge and cancelling the reservation, even thow the hockey game in arena across them was postponed to a later date. We wanted to go back home to Gatineau.

The hotel was so nice and beautiful and clean. Even though it was full of guests, including an entire women’s professional hockey team, it was nice and quiet. I didn’t eat at the restaurant but I went and looked and it seemed very nice. The woman at the front desk was wonderful and sweet and accommodating. When I return in November for more hockey games at Place Bell I will stay here again no doubt.

Lovely courtyard view. Comfortable bed, nice space. Easy to access the metro and not far to walk to stores. Lots of restaurants in the immediate area. The hotel restaurant served delicious dinner. Wish the fridge had a freezer in it but otherwise we had a great stay.

Excellent customer service. The hotel and room is very clean with nice modern furnishings. We watched a concert at Place Bell and the hotel is literally just accross the road. Good restaurant choices around. Very near to the metro. Id give an extra star if we had fluffier towels :)

Amazing front desk staff. Made my week long stay extremely pleasent. Props to an amazing team. The suites were fantastic and would gladly stay at a courtyard suite again. Signed up for the membership because of the perks. Phenomenal rewards perks. Got yourself a long time Marriot fan.

Staff were fabulous, rooms were clean
I have two concerns:
1- they didn’t clean the room while we’re there for two nights. I think every morning the room should be cleaned
2- each breakfast took 45 minutes to be ready like omlet not very special things , maybe they need more staffs for the kitchen
