Bonjour , soucis a l'arrivée pour récupérer la chambre suite a un bug sur le terminal à l'entrée mais bonne réactivité du personnel. Arrivé dans la chambre qui était très froide , heureusement un radiateur d'appoint était présent que l'on a mis en route. En attendant que la chambre se réchauffe on a pu aller manger et à notre retour tout était réglé.
Il serait judicieux que ce soit aux employés de l'hôtel de prévoir que les xha8 soit au minimum a la température ambiante et non froide .

Bij inchecken moest deel van kamerhuur nogmaals betaald worden, omdat dit volgens het hotel niet volledig betaald was door Expedia. Ontbijt was matig, met overheersende geur van bacon/spek in de ruimte. Personeel sprak alleen Frans, echt geen woord Engels. Kamer zelf was ok. Hotel ligt in buurt met veel andere hotels, net ver genoeg van de A31 dat je goed slapen kan.

Nous avons été obligé de partir de l'hotel par absence de clim et une chaleur épouvantable, le gestionnaire fait l'ignorant pourtant il y a des avis négatifs sur le site de l'hotel. Le lit pas très propre avec des brulures de cigarettes, la moquette est sale. Nous avons été relogé dans un autre BandB pas très propre mais avec une clim et un supplément d'environ 40 euros.

Gros stress après une grosse journée de boulot
Je n ai pas pu dormir dans cet hôtel car arrivée tardive et pas de réception. Simplement je n ai jamais eu mon numéro de réservation et les personnes d astreinte au bout d un boitier n ont pu résoudre mon problème. Heureusement qu il y avait un autre B&B à côté qui ont pu me loger pour le même tarif alors que la chambre était plus chère. Merci à eux sinon je dormais dans ma voiture.

Tout c'est bien passé nous sommes arrivé tard nous avons récupéré notre réservation sur la Borne avec le code de réservation envoyé ultérieurement par le personnel de l'hôtel par mail niveau parking il y'a de la place pas de soucis.
L'hôtel est à 2 min de la sortie d'autoroute nous avons pu bénéficiér d'un départ tardif le week-end le personnel était très serviable ainsi que le veilleur de nuit... Impeccable merci à tous
