Nice property a little noisy when people are walking in the hallway but it was quiet after 11pm. Great for those with a car.

The bed was very comfortable and the surrounding area seemed quaint and quiet, I didn't feel unsafe at all. The parking was very minimal, but if you can get a space then it's close to the hotel and it's free. It's close to supermarkets, mcdonalds etc so it's not like you're in the middle of nowhere and it is easily accessible.
The lady at the front desk was quite rude and dismissive, as we arrived we said hello and she told us to wait quite abruptly while she did something on the computer. There are two buildings, you check in with one and stay in the other, which is a little bit annoying but not too much of a big deal. The building we stayed in wasn't accessible friendly, if you need a wheelchair or have trouble with stairs and inclines I definitely wouldn't book here as the lift is small and a bit dodgy (it didn't always work) and there's uneven ground outside the hotel.
The parking situation was a bit confusing, as mentioned it was minimal and all of the spaces were taken, so we parked overnight in what we thought was overflow parking (there was no sign that said we couldnt park there and other cars parked in the same area.) When we went back to the car in the morning, there was a note on the car saying we were parked in a turning area so we would've liked it to have been a bit clearer where you can/can't park.
Overall, you get what you get for the money and it gets the job done, but I probably wouldn't stay here for more than a night or two.

Das erste Zimmer konnten wir nicht beziehen. Es war in einem schlimmen Zustand. Freundlicherweise konnten wir es gegen ein anderes tauschen. Hier hat alles gepasst, in ambetracht des Preises.

Der Aufenthalt wird als schrecklich bewertet, weil unser Mitarbeiter Elvis aufgrund von einer absolut ruhestörenden nächtlichen Party nicht schlafen konnte. Er hat deshalb gegen 3.30 Uhr entschieden ohne Schlaf vorzeitig abzureisen. Von der schlafraubenden Party hat er ein Video gedreht, dass wir Ihnen gerne zur Verfügung stellen können.

An der Rezeption wurde sich bestmöglich um eine Lösung gekümmert, sodass wir uns dennoch eine angenehme Nacht machen konnten.
Leider hatte die Dusche diverse Schimmelflecken und Silberfische waren unterwegs.
Alles in allem ein leckeres Frühstück und ein netter, hilfsbereiter Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption.

Alles im allem sehr gut. Wer nur eine schlafmöglichkeit brauch reicht es. Gute Wandermöglichkeiten und in die stadt kann man zu fuß (20-30 min) oder mit dem bus (haltestelle an der strasse). Frühstück gibt es im nachbarhotel, haben es aber nicht genutzt. Zimmer waren sauber. Ein Ausblick hat man zwar nicht aber zum schlafen ist es sehr gut.

Aber ansonsten alles in Ordnung. Viele saubere Handtücher, Duschgel und Seife im Bad, der Fernseher ist nicht so toll. Das Bett mit 90x200cm exakt für mich, Einzelperson gebucht. Dieses Hotel benutzen hauptsächlich ausländische Arbeiter zum Übernachten und Feiern. Keine Bodendichtung in der Zugangstüre vom Flur her, weshalb man hier vom Flur her, ALLES hört und mitbekommt.
Das nächste Mal gebe ich etwas mehr Geld aus und buche mir ein anderes Hotel.

Es fing damit an, dass unser gebuchtes Zimmer um 18 Uhr bei Ankunft nicht fertig war. Uns wirde gesagt es gab einen fehler und es würde noch ca 1 Stunde dauern. Mit einem Kleinkind im Auto schwierig. Uns wurde dann ein alternatives Zimmer angeboten welches wir dann nahmen.
Angekommen im Eingangsbereich roch es richtig ekelig. Es gab Schimmel an den Wänden und allgemein keine schöne Atmosphäre. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein abet für eine Nacht total ausreichend. Die Betten waren sauber. Das Bad war nicht ganz so sauber. Nachts war es sehr laut durch Türen knallen.
In die Innenstadt von Koblenz sind es ca 15 Min mit dem Auto. Das Hotel ist am Wald gelegen was sehr schön ist. Für eine Nacht mit Kind war es ok aber länger würden wir es nicht nochmal buchen.

Das Zimmer war absolut in Ordnung und sehr sauber und ordentlich 👍 … Nur von der Lautstärke her waren die Heizungsrohre ziemlich laut und man hat auch noch andere Menschen gehört das nachts um 2:00 Uhr (als ich ins Zimmer gekommen bin,… das hat mich allerdings nicht von einem guten Schlaf abgehalten😊🍀 Verbesserungswürdig finde ich, dass ich erst zu Rezeption muss. Das wäre ein Verbesserungsvorschlag, die Adresse der Rezeption anzugeben kann aber auch sein, dass ich das überlesen habe und die Ausschilderung

Eenvoudig maar ruime eenpersoonskamer, functioneel ingericht. Jammer dat er geen waterkoker is en geen drankautomaat in dit hotel maar alleen hotel 300 meter ernaast waar je ook incheckt.

Alles war soweit gut, bis auf den fürchterlichen Geruch im Zimmer, der nicht zu identifizieren und durch Lüften zu vertreiben war. Ich hatte zwei Übernachtungen gebucht, bin aber nach einer bereits abgereist.

5 Nächte gebucht. Bei Ankunft hat das Zimmer gestunken und es waren Haare auf dem Bett und im Bad. Das Klo war ebenfalls dreckig ( Kotreste ). Wurde der Rezeption gemeldet und man bot uns die Reinigung des Zimmers an.wir kamen von der Nachtschicht und das war nicht akzeptabel. Dann kam um 9 uhr morgens ein Putzmann ins Zimmer und hat uns geweckt. Und um 12 uhr wurde vor unserem Zimmer gebohrt... No Go nie wieder

Die Unterkunft war ok Bett trotz Bedenken sehr bequem nur leider die Kopfkissen waren schrecklich hatte Nackenschmerzen am Morgen. Zimmer eecht klein aber sauber und gemütlich. Das einzige negative was ich habe war das man den Fernseher nicht lauter machenkonnte und dadurch kaum was mitbekommen hatte. Das bad war sehr klein und leider nicht richtig sauber bzw die reinigungsmittel reate am waschbecken.an sonsten etwas abgewohnt.

Einfach ausgestattete, 200 Meter voneinander entfernte Gebäude am Waldrand (vermutlich ein zum Hotel umgebautes ehemaliges Weiterbildungszentrum einer Behörde oder einer anderen Institution) mit Baujahrangabe 1981 im Aufzug. Vriendelijk ontvangen en prima kamer toegewezen gekregen. Echter bleek er een defect in de verwarming te zitten, waardoor deze de hele nachten harde knallen gaf, en een continu hard gezoem. Wij hebben echt letterlijk geen oog dicht gedaan, en zijn om die reden vanmorgen om 06:00 al vertrokken. We hebben vannacht nog geprobeerd om contact te leggen met het hotel, maar dit was niet mogelijk
