our only issue was although we booked 2 rooms as a family with kids we were given rooms on 1st and 4th floors and we booked 3 months in advance! that is very poor management. And its just poor not to have a kettle in the room

Property inside and out looked tiered and needs maintenance. Beds were very comfortable but rooms could have been cleaner and bathroom tiles need grout and some maintenance. Breakfast was good.

A bit dirty. Location is ok, about a 20min walk to the city centre. Space for parking. Receptionist was helpful. The room says cleaners don’t come in till after 12 noon, but a cleaner knocked and came in to the room at 8:30am, so make sure you put your do not disturb sign on if you would like to sleep in.

On a budget. Not afraid of walking in pedestrian tunnels to get to Old town. Don't mind major roads are crisscrossing nearby. This is a place for you. My bad is your lesson

Room was very small, but beds were comfortable and our teenage daughters loved the bunk beds. We appreciated the air conditioning! Quiet building so slept well.
On the down side…Bathroom smelled musty. We also paid for a parking space but there was no room to park when we returned from eating supper so we were forced to find parking on the street. It was ok for one night but wouldn’t want to stay longer.

A good value! The room was surprisingly quiet and very clean and comfortable. I was able to park in the hotel lot and even though the area seems a bit sketchy, everything was fine. Also there is an overpass you can walk to get to the shopping areas and city center rather easily.

Occasional but very minor noise from road traffic / train outside but not an issue.
With backpack / luggage: only a 15 min walk to Koblenz Hbf.
Only a 7 min walk to the SW edge of 'Old Town'.

I have stayed in a few B&B hotels. And walking distance to the town center. A bit scary at night in the area. Rooms are clean and breakfast is OK. For a short over night stay to explore the city It is OK. Plenty of parking, even though when i got there, there wasn't many left.

It is located on a busy road with a supermarket behind the property. It is not for walking around but it has parking included which is convenient. They family room was very nice with bunk beds for the kids. They sent us a code which is how you get in and it has easy process to check in. We saw a human at the reception late at night.

Good value budget hotel

Only a 5 minute walk from the town centre and 10 to the old town this hotel was in a great position. Although next to a main road and the railway line there was no excessive noise. The room was a little on the small side and it could do with tea/coffee making facilities
You wouldn’t book this hotel for the view but great value for the location and with free parking

Wonderful stay

I'd like to start with the receptionist at check in. She was very sweet, polite and helpful. The hotel is what you'd expect from a 2-star hotel yet is very clean, neat and cozy, i.e. t fulfills the high standards of B&B chain.
I am planning to come back here soon.
All in all, it's very recommended for short trips.

Personal sehr nett, die Zimmer sind nicht sauber genug. Es liegen noch Haare von den Kunden vorher im Zimmer also im Bett und auf dem Boden.
Man hört leider ständig den Verkehr beim schlafen, die Fenster isolieren nicht genug.

So, die Unterkunft ist verkehrstechnisch am Stadtrand von Koblenz sehr gut gelegen. Die Anfahrt ist einfach und ein Parkplatz direkt vorm Hotel ohne Probleme möglich!
Die Innenstadt und das „Deutsche Eck“ ist mit einem kleinen Fußweg schnell zu erreichen.

Familienzimmer im 3OG nicht zu empfehlen, direkt an der Hauptstraße und dementsprechend viel zu laut.

Zum Glück haben wir durch den freundlichen Mitarbeiter am Empfang ein Ersatz-Familienzimmer im EG bekommen… vielen Dank!

Würde bei einem Besuch in Koblenz wieder hier buchen.

PS: Für alle Canyon-Besucher - bester Ausgangspunkt!:) Sehr kurze Autoanfahrt.

Virkelig dårlig oplevelse

Helt generelt en virkelig dårlig oplevelse. Personalet var uforskammet. Hotelværelset var møj beskidt. Rengøringspersonalet stjal vores drikkevarer. Der var på intet tidspunkt sæbe i brusekabinen. Der manglende Toiletpapir. Værelset blev gjort rent sporadisk. Morgenmaden var virkelig kedelig.
Beliggenheden var et støj helvede da det lå direkte op af toglinjen og motorvejen og lå på den forkerte side af byen i et industri kvarter.

Dålig lukt, dammigt och överprisad frukost.

Luktade tyvärr väldigt äckligt (avlopp) i hela rummet och ännu värre i badrummet. Extremt dammigt i rummet som gjorde att vi alla kände oss nästan sjuka efter natten (vi brukar inte vara känsliga annars).
Vi betalade ca 45euro extra för frukost, vilken var tråkig och fattig (inget varmt och inte mycket att välja på).

Alles in allem eine solide BB Unterkunft wie man sie kennt. Man ist schnell in der Stadt, das Hotel liegt aber an einer Hauptstraße und in der Nähe vom Bahnhof. Daher ist es in den Zimmern recht laut. Der Parkplatz kostet extra. Ansonsten ok, für 1-2 Nächte um Koblenz zu erkunden, Frühstück ist in Ordnung und ausreichend.

De parkeergelegenheid was goed. Alles is vanuit de hotel locatie goed te voet bereikbaar. Inchecken liep naar believen. Accomodatie voor 4 personen geboekt. Het voldeed voor ons naar verwachting. Eetgelegenheden voor ontbijt, lunch of diner op loopafstand. Shopping te over. Alom voor prijs, kwaliteit en omgeving super.

Had the room over the main entrance. People were going in and out until late at night and slammed the door every single time. Also the street in front of the hotel is very busy.

Personal sehr freundlich, zügiger Check-in, Zimmer und Bad gut. Alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Seifenspender am Waschbecken und in der Dusche. Insgesamt alles sauber, nur auf dem Badboden waren noch ein paar Haare.
Im Hotel war es angenehm ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig.

Frühmorgens von der mehrspurigen Straße und den Schienen in der Nähe etwas Lärm, aber bei geschlossenem Fenster war es okay.
Das Hotel liegt in fußläufiger Nähe zum Bahnhof Stadtmitte, Löhrcenter und zur Innenstadt. Über eine Fußgängerbrücke in ca 10 - 15 Minuten erreichbar.

Das Zimmer ist schön eingerichtet und sauber. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist an der wohl meist befahrensten Straße in Koblenz und Bahnschienen laufen entlang. Ich schlafe mit Ohropax, da ging das. Für ein, zwei Nächte ist. das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis perfekt.
