Staff were very friendly and informative. Location was great and parking was secure. Rooms were clean and fit for our purpose which was just for sleeping. Curtains in the room only covered maybe half the width of the window but the external shutters blocked most light. This may be an issue if you want a lie in. Friday night was a little noisy given its location on Main Street but this died down quickly. I would stay here again if I returned to Koblenz.

Very unhelpful front desk staff. I needed directions to a well-known river cruise ship that docked within a 10 minute walk. They had no idea where it was and sent me to the wrong area. When they asked if I had found it and I told them what happened, they shrugged their shoulders.

A functional no-frills place with good access to the old town. Staff were accommodating but room wasn’t that comfortable (only one pillow) and it was quite bad in terms of sound insulation.

The location is amazing! From outside the hotel is not the most beautiful one (and can even give a bad impression), but the room is clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is also quite good.
One not-so-good point: the sound insulation in the room. You can hear the sound of other rooms and also from outside the hotel as well. So if that bothers you this is not the best place to stay.

This hotel is very well located. The rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. Being central it isn't overly quiet but isn't overly loud either. It is good value.

A real mixed bag. Reception lady was very helpful and let us leave stuff in reception while we drove round the back to park the bikes in the underground car park. Hotel is well located on the edge of the town centre with an easy walk to the rivers and eateries. But there are few amenities in the hotel and the rooms and corridors smelled of cigarettes, so can't have been refreshed for a long time. Fortunately we were only there for one night.

We knew this ahead of time, but Reception has a hard stop at 11pm and closes the front door. We narrowly made it in ~10:40pm as our train was delayed. Receptionist told us we were late and asked if we knew (about the \"deadline\", implied); we told them we did and that we'd have emailed to give a headsup if we were going to be later than 11 that night, but I couldn't tell if they accommodate late arrivals and if so, how late. I would not recommend this Hotel to anyone with a chance of arriving past 11pm, or those who plan to stay out past 11pm nightly, to make lives easier on both ends.

Really not much to say about this hotel. They provide good service and had a garage in the basement which was the main reason we choose it. It happen to be one of the hottest days in summer and the rooms have no air-condition. Rooms are very basic-

Das Zimmer war mit 16 m² von der Größe her in Ordnung, jedoch insgesamt deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und renovierungsbedürftig. An den Wänden waren Flecken sichtbar, die Duschkabine wirkte nicht mehr gepflegt und die Sauberkeit schien eher oberflächlich. Der Rollladen funktionierte nicht richtig, sodass viel Licht von der Hauptstraße ins Zimmer fiel; die Vorhänge boten dafür leider keinen Ausgleich. Ein Öffnen des Fensters war wegen des Straßenlärms kaum möglich. Positiv war die vorhandene Klimaanlage, allerdings war sie direkt am Bett angebracht und dadurch nicht optimal.
Fazit: Ausreichend für eine Übernachtung, aber mit deutlichem Renovierungs- und Verbesserungsbedarf.

Das Zimmer war sauber, Bett bequem. Zimmer allerdings recht hellhörig. Nur kurz über die Strasse und man ist in der Innenstadt/Fussgängerzone. Bahnhof Stadtmitte ist auch nur ein paar Minuten Fussweg entfernt.

Die Begrüßung an der Rezeption war sehr ausführlich und genau. Das Zimmer war angenehm sauber und gut temperiert von der Klimaanlage. Die Kopfkissen waren durch das Waschen leider wenig füllig. Trotz der viel befahrenen Straße war es durchaus ruhig wegen der gut isolierten Fenster. Die Zimmergröße war entsprechend der Angaben und für einen 2-Tages Aufenthalt ausreichend. Die Parkgarage war zwar eng, aber wir haben immer einen Parkplatz bekommen. Wir haben leider einen kleinen Kühlschrank vermisst.

Das Hotel hat einen altbackenen Namen, ist aber durchaus modern. Alles renoviert, alles sehr sauber. Zimmer ausreichend groß, bequemes Bett. Ein weiteres Kissen wäre nicht schlecht. Das Bad ist nicht supermodern, aber wohl neu renoviert und insgesamt völlig ok. Weitere Pluspunkte: Ein Safe, Kaffee (für 1,50 €) in der Lobby sowie eine große Tiefgarage zum Parken direkt unter dem Hotel. Und:Gleich über die Straße beginnt die Fußgängerzone der schönen Altstadt. Am besten nach einem Zímmer hinten heraus fragen. In unserem Zimmer hat man von dem Lärm der Straße vorne nichts gehört. Das Preis / Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier. Also empfehlenswert.

Hotel mit Aufzug und gut 100 Zimmern direkt gegenüber den Fußgängerzonen der belebten Altstadt. Ein Kühlschrank war nicht im Zimmer. Überdurchschnittlich gutes Frühstück - mir fehlten nur Birchermüsli oder Obstsalat und vegane Aufstriche. Bushaltestelle Altengraben direkt neben dem Hotel (zurzeit wegen Bauarbeiten nicht bedient), 250 m zur Balduinbrücke als schöner Aussichtspunkt und zum Bahnhof Koblenz Stadtmitte 500 m.
