There was a lot of banging and thumping in the evening which was very odd but perfectly quiet after 10.30 or so .I did not need parking .

The hotel was quite well located. We had a car which we were able to park and the hotel itself was reasonable. Our main gripe was that we were on the fourth floor and when we went to depart to lifts were closed for maintenance without any advice of such. If we had known we could have pre positioned our bags the night before. Besides, who does lift maintenance during the main check out time. Not sensible.
Koblenz was 39C on the day that we were there which generally is pretty uncomfortable. While we coped with it in the room, the lugging of bags down to the street was not welcome in such heat.

Only stayed for two days and it was good for that reason. For a traveler, the area was more for locals because the language barrier was difficult in nearby cafe and dealing with the staff. But overall it’s good for a quick stay. If your from a hot climate the room is very hot during summer. I am from FL and found it very hot during sleeping.

Tourist hotel. We selected because it's 10 minutes from Koblenz train station. We asked for room for 3, and got reasonably spacious room. Stuffy when we entered, but aired out quickly. Grocery stores, bakeries, bars, restaurants within 5 minutes walk so very convenient. Next to bus line, but quiet after 7 pm. About 2 km from old city center where there are Rhine river cruises for 2 hrs. About 30-50 minutes from Moselle river towns so very convenient base.

We have been traveling throughout Germany for the past two weeks and unfortunately this is the smallest hotel room we have encountered. The description said 210 square meters, but definitely much smaller. Barely any room to move from bed to tiny bathroom. Tiniest of rooms. A fat man could not fit in bathroom. Poor curtains, mattress, pillows. Gave me room next to elevator. Maid used it and area in front of my door as staging area. I got no sleep. The hotel is fine and the service is good. However, there is no one at the front desk in the evening. That meant I had to use my key to access the building. Quite a surprise for as many rooms as there are. I came back one mid-afternoon and found my key was not working. It was quickly resolved but there was no real explanation how it happened. Common with magnetic keys.
However, it made going out later very uncomfortable, out of fear the key could stop working again. There is an emergency number I could have called but coming back later in the evening, facing the possibility of a dead key, calling the emergency number, waiting for staff to come to the hotel to let me in, AND having to still get up very early the next morning? No.

We booked two double rooms for two nights at the same time and at the same cost. When we arrived one room was as we expected, with coffee machine, but the other was very small, and no coffee machine. Getting out of bed with the window wide open was impossible. We spoke to the reception but they only told us that they had no other rooms available. As we booked the rooms three weeks ahead of our trip we would have thought that they would have enough time to sort out two same size rooms for us. Plus the second day a larger room opposite us was free but no offer of moving us. We feel that we have been unfairly treated since both rooms were the same price.
Breakfast was alright although they run out of bread but after a trip to the baker round the corner the bread was available again. A slow service on filling the orange juice up.

La camera invece ha qualche problema: il rubinetto doccia non funziona correttamente; il poggiolo a cui si accede dalla \"porta finestra\", ha un parapetto di altezza non a norma ( meno di un metro). Pericoloso! Lo stesso poggiolo ha una copertura in plastica (indulina) e quando piove, il rumore della pioggia che batte sull'ondulina rende impossibile lasciare aperta la finestra. Non c'è aria condizionata.

朝早くチェックインできてうれしかった
その日は早朝にフランクフルト空港に飛行機が着くのでそのままコブレンツへ向かい、チェックインはできないと承知していたが、せめて荷物は預かってほしいと願っていました。当日は雨も降って、不安の中ホテルに入りましたが、とても快く迎え入れてくれて、朝早い時間にもかかわらずチェックインもしてくださいました。本当にうれしかったです。ありがとうございました。部屋はこじんまりとしていましたが、掃除も行き届いていて快適に過ごすことができました。朝食も係の人も愛想がよく、種類も豊富で素晴しかった。
