The negatives: 1) Don’t like the way to pay with other payment platform. Extra step caused troubles. 2) direction to the property should be to the actual address, instead of the key box address. 3)Wirrless internet is so weak that I can’t have my work done. Router is there but there is no admin password. 4) don’t like the way to ask extra for dish cleaning.

The property didn't match the pictures. Either anothet apartment or old pictures. The wifi didn't work and the host didn't respond to messages. The silverware was dirty and had to be washed before using. Lacked basic supplies like pepper or oil for cooking. The packing away from the site was an issue.

We had an extremely hard time finding the place. It felt like having to do a scanvenger hunt to find the apartment. The \"pick up\" location is different from where the actual apartment is. The instructions sent weren't as clear & the sauna did not work. However the place was nice and comfy, walking distance to the train station.

It was an amazing room

Checked in smoothly, got a room with gleaming equipment in a new apartment, seen the northern lights through the windows on balcony was so cozy, location is great close to every spot, would recommend everyone to stay!!

Clean, well equipped and convenient location. Arriving by train, I found it a little difficult to find initially. Found the key but despite having a rough idea of how to find the building, had a small problem locating the apartment. Perhaps more detailed instructions/map with key may help. Location an easy walk to town centre and market square as well as nearby attractions. Sauna next to bathroom was a welcome feature although, once again, clear instructions on how to operate would have been handy. Overall an enjoyable stay.

What a bizarre concept. There is no actual hotel. In fact there is no actual lobby. There was just a word on the street at the location listed where are
you Open a key box, get a key, and have to drive to another location to find your apartment room. It is all very confusing and frustrating as well as taking a great deal to find the place. Once there everything was very good and clean. This was not made clear on your site and it must be done so for the future. The price was also excellent. Still it is a strange concept and very difficult to understand what was going on when I was trying to find the room.

An appartment so you pick up the key in a locked box then you're on your own. Fairly large appartment, full kitchen and separate bedroom. Good WiFi. Very clean and close to everything. Quiet area.

Hotellin kuvat majoituksesta ovat hienoista ja moderneista asunnoista. Meidän ei ollut sellainen. Sijainti oli hyvä, sisäänpääsy onnistui hienosti ja hinta oli kohtuullinen. Mainoskuvissa olleet huoneistot olivat kuitenkin eri vuosituhannelta kuin se minkä me saimme. Minun opiskelija-asuntoni joskus sata vuotta sitten oli tasokkaampi kuin tämä.

Erittäin hyvä. Helppo suositella. Myös jatkossa pyrimme samaan huoneistoon. Katupysäköinti oli toimiva ja auto saatiin aivan talon viereen. Ohjeistus huoneistoon pääsemiseksi oli hyvä, mutta vielä ohjeistukseen voisi lisätä, että huoneiston avain oli ulkona olevassa avaintaulussa tietyssä osoitteessa. Mielikuvissa itsellä oli, että avaimet olisivat sisällä annetussa nouto-osoitteessa ja siksi hieman joutui hakemaan avaintaulua. Avaintaulu oli kuitenkin hyvin näkyvillä.

Hyvä ja siisti perusmajoitus loistavalla paikalla. Parkkipaikkatila saattaa autoilijalle olla pieni ongelma. Sujuva ja selkeä itsenäinen kirjautuminen ja simppeli uloskirjautuminen on hyvä. Kun on muutaman kerran vieraillut, niin tuntuu kuin kotiin tulisi.

Viihtyisä ja edullinen majoitus aivan Oulun keskustassa. Asunto oli siisti ja siellä oli tarvittavia mukavuuksia, esimerkiksi kahvinkeitin ja kahvia, jos olisin halunnut kupposen keittää. Vessassakin oli joitain hygieniatuotteita. Jäi hyvä mieli siitä, että näin edulliseen hintaan sai näin hyvän majoituksen. Lisäksi paikka sijaitsi aivan rautatieaseman tuntumassa joten ei tullut kovaa kiirettä lähdössä. Suosittelen!

We were looking for a quick stop on the way north, but Oulu seems a little short on hotels. So we decided on this apartment that's very nicely outfitted and had some lovely touches. Everything was well organized from picking up the keys to checking out. Some of the rules seem a little strict but that might be due to us not being used to this kind of accommodation (and people being inconsiderate). Would recommend for just one night, more suitable for longer stays.

Käytännöllinen pidemmän matkan majoitus

Mukava huoneisto keskusta-alueella. Rauhallinen talo, hyväkuntoinen ja hyvin varusteltu huoneisto. Ilmastointia (jäähdytystä) ei tosin ole kuvauksesta poiketen, minkä vuoksi huoneistossa oli helteellä melkoisen kuuma (huoneistossa siis vain ilmanvaihto). Sisäänkirjautuminen todella hyvin toteutettu, vaikka avaimen noutopiste olikin eri puolella tietä, kuin mitä kuva osoitti. Kävelymatkan päässä monesta ravintolasta, nähtävyydestä ja liikenneyhteyksistä. Majoitukseen liittyvät ohjeistukset selkeästi saatavilla ja apuakin olisi tarvittaessa saanut helposti.

Oli hyvin vaikeaa tietää tai saada selville majoituksen todellinen sijainti. Sen voisi ilmoittaa tai ainakin sen mistä tiedon saa nyt varauksen jälkeen tuli vain e maili että sorry osoite on toinen. Toimistoa ei ole vaan avain löytyy ulkoa kadun varresta laatikosta ... osoiteesta joka oli anettu majoituksen osoiteeksi !!!! Avain laatikkoon pitää saada koodi sitäkään ei oltu ilmoitettu. Muualla kyllä saa oikean osoitteen. Pysäköinti voisi ilmoittaa että se on kadulla ja ilmainen vain 2h päivällä.

Erinomainen huone, uusi, siisti ja kotoisaksi sisustettu. Mukavampaa hotellihuonetta harvoin näkee. Ihan ainoa puute/kehitettävä asia oli suihkuverhon puute, suihkussa on vain pieni lasiseinän pätkä joka estää pelkän vessanpöntön kastumisen ja kylpyhuoneen lattia kastuu kun käy suihkussa. Tulen ehdottomasti uudelleen!

Positiivinen kokemus Oulussa

Hei, oli mukavaa saapua siistiin ja puhtaaseen huoneeseen. Tilaa oli reilusti ja sisustus palveli hyvin käyttäjäänsä. Ainoastaan TV:n sijoitus ei ollut hyvä. Wifi on lisäksi ilmainen.
Keskustaan sijoittuva hotellihuone on sijainniltaan loistava, ja parkkipaikkakin on helposti saatavilla. Bonuksena parkkipaikka on maksuton 1h ajan talon edustalla,
Keittiön varustus täyttää vaativammankin käyttäjän tarpeet.
Kiitos, oli mukava vierailla tässä kohteessa.

Muuttoreissu Ouluu.

Tulin tyttäreni kanssa alkuillasta Ouluun. Olin ajanut kaukaa pohjoisesta ja löysimme avaimen helposti. Kartan avulla löysimme varsinaisen majapaikkamme melko helposti. Olimme tyytyväisiä rauhalliseen huoneeseen, jossa vietimme kaksi yötä. Varmasti tulen toistekin 🌞

Astioita ei ollut kaikille yöpyjille, lisävuode oli nukkumakelvoton aikuiselle, siivousvälineet puutteelliset. Sijainti kuitenkin hyvä ja yleisilme siisti. En tule vierailemaan toista kertaa, sillä huomasin, että asiakaspalvelu ei ollut kiinnostunut asiakkaan ilmoittamista puutteista, joten en usko, että voivat kehittyä.
