When we checked in, we went to our assigned room and the key did not work. We had to go all the way back down to get the key fixed. Went back to the room, and we were given to a key to a room someone else was already staying in!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely insane, we walked into a room that was in used. Go back down to the lobby. Get the correct key and correct room number. This is the 3rd time us going back up. Check in took over 20 minutes. Finally get into the room. BOOM stains on the sheets. We call to get fresh ones but did not feel clean to sleep in the room. Next day, we went out to buy our own blankets. That same day, we are trying to get back into the hotel with our room keys…. we can’t get in. Oh so had to go back to desk to get our key fixed… LOL AGAIN!!!!!! Overall the first lady we had when we checked in was so nice and you can tell she was overwhelmed with everything she had to handle. Give her a raise. But I don’t now recommend coming here unless it is your absolute last place to stay in Tampa :)

No extras in the room. No soap, lotion, etc. only one wash cloth. Pillows had stains on them. There were not any pillow cases on the actual pillow. The bed is like a college dorm bed. Makes every bit of noise when you move. This is the only hotel that looks decent to stay in for the price it was. It’s looks new, but it needs to TLC. only keyed entry which is nice. Receptionist was the best part of staying here. She was very professional and informative. Also, “breakfast” lasts about three hours. But only will have stuff to choose from within the first hour. Good stay if you just need a place to wash up and sleep.

The room was clean, check in was easy, and the location felt safe. Those were the positives. We waited for 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check us in after we arrived. There were internal issues that day so they had to move us to a different room because the one we rented hadn’t been cleaned. That’s fine. No issue from us. But they didn’t register they changed the room so we got a knock the next morning asking why we were in there because the room was supposed to be empty. The room was clean but maybe due to the location it was incredibly bright and just had mini blinds and no blackout curtains so it was like sleeping with a lamp on. The bed was uncomfortable and you should bring your own pillows. Needless to say, I didn’t sleep much. I won’t stay there again but the location is close to everything so it’s sad that I won’t stay there again since we do this same trip every year. We wouldn’t have tried it except our normal place was booked by the time I got around to making reservations so we had to branch out. I won’t make that mistake again.

The room had no shower curtain, no curtains, no dishes, no silverware, no coffee maker, no glasses, no cups, no chair to relax in, only 2 cafateria style chairs. No beadspread, only a sheet and a blanket. The bedframes were very, very noisy. There was nowhere to put your suitcase to unpack. The TV was not set up to use.

Got there, nice person but very slow at front desk. 2nd floor room, neither card key worked. Back down slow elevator, she gave two more keys. Got up to the room, cards worked, but the room had not been cleaned from previous occupants. Beds used, trash laying around, towels on floor, etc. BACK DOWN AGAIN, new room assigned next door room. Got up there, KEYS DIDN'T WORK! Housekeeping had been watching all this from down the hall. She called down to front desk. Front desk came up with new cards, they worked. All this after 1 hour wait at terminal for car rental pickup. Get to car rental, we were 35th in line, it was just a bad day, this did not help. In the morning, their "Breakfast ", at 6:30, only 1 muffin looking thing was there. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm!

Arrived at hotel at 2:40 and was told check in was 3:00. Went back into hotel at 2:53 and was told again that check in was at 3:00. Person working at counter stood behind the counter, hunched over playing on their phone. Then at 3:00 told me I could check in. The room was ready so that wasn’t the issue. I have never encountered this before and won’t be staying at this hotel again. No blow dryer in room and none available at the front desk. Fridge was full of food and not emptied out when room was cleaned and floor in kitchenette needed to be swept.

In the bathroom of the room, the mirror was all splattered with toothpaste, as well as the sink, which means it hadn’t been washed or cleaned. For that reason, I didn’t even feel like using the shower. I also noticed that the bed sheets hadn’t been changed. The bed had only been straightened, but the sheets were not replaced.

The breakfast was completely gone by 9 am. There is no reason why it wasn't replenished right up until the time it closed at 9:30. They're was also NO coffee, which for a hotel lobby, especially an Extended Stay, is unacceptable. We also did not have any shampoo or soap in the room and when I called down to the desk, she told me I could come down and get it.

The sheets didnt fit the bed. Our room door was open when we got to our room. Bed was more like a cott, the pillows horrible. No water pressure at all. Couldnt get the soap off our bodies. Worst stay ever

We’ve never stayed at a hotel that provided only 1 towel even though the reservation was for 2 guests and no towels for when you step out of the bath tub. It provided no shampoo/conditioners, no soaps, no hair dryer. There’s no comforter only very old looking blanket. It was noisy, we could hear people talking in the next room and outside. Breakfast was not a break but rather just coffee and small packaged muffins like kid size muffins. The surroundings didn’t look very safe either. Overall, there’s nothing good about this place and we’ll never come back. If we could we would like our money back
