Very below average and the entire hotel wreaks of smoke. We couldn't wait to leave. I've been to casinos and casino hotels before and I have never experienced a strong smoke smell like The Hard Rock Casino and the hotels there. We would never stay there again and would not recommend the hotel to family or friends.
Upon arriving we immediately informed the front desk that the toilet wouldn't stop running. No one came to fix it and we had to listen to that noise all night.

The hotel is wonderful, and the only reason I didn’t give it five stars is due to the lack of helpfulness and empathy from some staff members, especially at the valet. I also believe there could be clearer information and signage regarding this service.

Aside from that, everything is incredible. This was my second stay, and I will definitely be coming back again.

Was not aware the main casino was a smoking area. So when you first walk into the hotel you smell cigars and cigarettes. Breakfast food selection is minimal. Valet parking when leaving is harder than it needs to be.
Rooms were clean and acceptable but over priced.
We went to a concert and it was very convenient to stay in hotel but since I live in Boca, will drive home instead.

For close to $1K a night I expected a 5 star experience. This was hardly a 3 star. There was nobody at the entrance to unload our car when we arrived Friday afternoon at 2:30. Our driver had to go looking for someone to unload his car. The room looked. dated. We liked the large accessible shower and bathroom. Many glitches. Poor service at the pool. Hard to get someone to open umbrellas, lay out the white towels and worst of all I saw two lifeguards, one on duty, talking to each other and ignoring toddlers and other non swimmers. ( over 10 minutes) David, an excellent employee suggested my husband might like a chair instead of a lounge chair and ran and got him one. And it was perfect and much appreciated. On check in
the front desk told us that we had one room for 2 nights on 2 separate reservations, we would have a smooth stay with a seamless experience because he linked them in the computer. That didn’t happen. On day 2, when I left the room ( accessible room) with my original door “key” it didn’t work. This meant I had to leave my husband who is handicapped to go back to the front desk and get new keys.

Dining: we enjoyed Kuro. We had excellent service with John the waiter Danny the busboy and Sophia at the front. Food was spectacular as was the ambience.
We came to the hotel to see Jerry Seinfeld on Saturday night and chose to make a weekend of it. If we buy tickets to future shows here, we won’t choose this property.

Paying $700 for one night and walking into a room with a jacuzzi full of hair is absolutely unacceptable. On top of that, the jacuzzi was not even working. This shows a serious lack of cleanliness, quality control, and attention to detail.

As an influencer, I travel frequently and stay in hotels regularly, so my expectations are high—especially from a brand like Hard Rock that markets itself as a premium experience. Unfortunately, this stay fell far below any acceptable standard.

I contacted guest services immediately and spent hours on hold, with no effective solution or sense of urgency. For a hotel at this price point, the lack of responsiveness and accountability is shocking.

This experience was frustrating, unhygienic, and completely misaligned with the reputation Hard Rock promotes.
The price does not reflect the quality or service provided.
I would not recommend this property and will not be returning.

Itook a shower and the drain was going down slow there fore water built up in the shower, when it finally went down it guggled then come up in toilet! The toilet spit water out on the floor. Very dirty! Found black curly hair every where, the string to hang your bathing suits was broke, wo we couldnt dry our swim suits, people on our floor kept on letting the door close itself and slammed when it closed..tv sceen had a shadow line on it l, gard to watch tv. Id have to say this is the worst hard rock hotel ive stayed at. The pool was nice, only part we actually enjoyed and friendly staff
The hotel is very confusing and when we asked for directions to get to the tower where our room was we were told wrong walking around lost. Definitely needs more signage

Im quite concerned, as the bag is of considerable value and I am certain it was inside the room before I left. From the time we entered the 1st floor from the parking garage, the stench of stale cigar smoke was almost unbearable. Check-in was busy. The room was nice, but very dated, our room on the 10th floor overlooked the roof of the casino. There was a $45 per night resort fee. We did not swim, but the pool areas seemed very nice. Apart from the casino, there are restaurants and shops, all I found were very pricy, I guess the cater mostly to the high rollers. Our dinner was pleasant. We attended the Peter Frampton concert and the hall was very spacious and comfortable, we chose the sofa seats, each section has a waiter, but unfortunately, the waiter was slow and never around. Over all I can say it was ok, but not fantastic. I guess the guitar hotel could be nicer, but at a premium price per room.

We stayed in this hotel due to John Legend's concert and the fact the property was pet friendly. One thing I didn't like was that the rooms were not very well cleaned. Specially the bathrooms, when we arrived the bathroom floor was dirty and next morning we informed the cleaning staff so they could cleaned it while we were out of the room and they never went to clean it. For this reason I give the overall experience 3 stars. Other than that, we liked that there was plenty of food options. I wish the healthy food place was opened extended hours, but that wasn't the case. I give it 3 stars, it is convenient and has plenty of restaurants, stores,and nice pools.

The hallway walking to the room absolutely stinks of animal urine, to the point it takes your breath away. The doors are all scratched and the hotel is outdated. The rooms are not welcoming with a small bathroom and old fashioned designed room divider. The rooms do not feel clean and filthy windows. I do not recommend this hotel.

Our AC was not working, they did fix it within a few hours. The entire common area reeks of cigarettes and cigars. It is a casino hotel. The food options were limited and the food court wasn't great.
The people that worked at the actual hotel were great and the concert venue is great.

This was my first time staying at the hard rock hotel. When we first checked in the lady gave us our hotel cards and gave us vague instructions on how to get to the room. We had to ask someone else where to go. Upon entering the room, the room smelled like cigarettes and the dresser was badly chipped. When you take a shower, the drain doesn’t work properly so water was just rising up my legs as I was taking a shower. The towel rack fell off when just trying to dry my hands. Finally, we could hear the hotel guests in the room next door at 6 am.
