It was an excellent choice for our stay the room was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent because we were moving and it was ideal because we did not have to worry about staff going into our room during the staff. Exchange for towels worked well and staff was friendly. Parking was not an issue only one evening we had to drive around during our stay.

The stay was great. The bed was comfortable, the room was nice and cool. However, me and my boyfriend forgot to bring our own body washes, so we had to use the bar soap that was in the shower. After the shower, he started having a terrible reaction, scratching all over his legs, overheating all over and bumps forming on his body. Cooling the areas with a towel helped, but bringing your own body wash to your stay will help avoid any kinds of reactions from occurring, so it’s highly suggested. Thanks for reading.

The hotel room was clean and in excellent condition. The bed was comfortable. The only complaints I have is that the water pressure in the shower was very low and the included breakfast was very underwhelming. Breakfast included only breakfast bars and instant oatmeal and coffee. No cereal, no orange juice and they were out of yogurt.

Great for a night’s rest and a shower. We just needed a cheaper hotel for one night before embarking on our cruise. This hotel is more for workers staying from out of town, so there’s a full-size fridge, microwave, and cook top. Plenty of space to move around. No pool, and the breakfast options were bleak. I did enjoy the coffee though.

This was a last minute trip to Tampa and I liked the reviews. If you’re looking for a hair dryer or sufficient shampoo and conditioner or a coffee pot this is not the place for you. But it is for extended stays so you have to bring your own utensils and the above. Extremely clean but spartan. I would stay there again.

It was quiet because there wasn’t anybody there. The bed was comfortable. The room was not very well designed. Felt very prison like? Was not very clean. The microwave was unusable. See attached photo. The key card I was issued only worked once, when I checked in. When I returned from my job at 1:30am the key no longer worked and I had to go to the front desk to get it revived. The external electrical conduit in the room along the breaker box should have discounted the room just for esthetics.

From the moment you arrive, there is no staff at the front desk. You have to ring a bell and wait for someone to show up, and they take a long time to come. When someone finally arrived, it was a young man who was extremely rude and unprofessional. He didn’t even acknowledge or respond to my greeting when I arrived.

The air conditioning does not work, which makes the stay very uncomfortable. The breakfast was also terrible and very disappointing.

Overall, the service and experience were unacceptable. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone and would never stay here again.

No, it was not “great.” It was “good.” This hotel clearly caters to long (extended) stays, which is fine. But because of that, there is rarely anyone at the front desk - so when the elevator (apparently the one and only elevator) does not work it’s hard to getwork.

Everything was utterly chaotic! My experience at that place was so disappointing that I can confidently say I will never return. The service was lacking, the atmosphere was unwelcoming, and the overall condition was subpar. I wouldn’t even think of recommending it to anyone I know; it simply doesn’t deserve it.
