Beautiful individual cabins in a repurposed mobile home park. The cabins are beautifully crafted and completely wooden and traditional. Only issue was that during check-in, the property details did not update with our door code and we had to call the property management. Still highly recommend.

The room is clean and spacious and everything brand new. The only complaint I have is the smell of the water. It smelled pretty bad on the first day and it got better on the second day, it was like still water smell. We also had some wood bugs crawling around.

We had an issue with booking, but it was resolved. There were ants on picnic table inside and bathroom sink. We didn't have body wash in shower, (was not filled). The cabins were overall very nice and they were able to fix our booking issue.

We came to town from Miami for the BTS concert. This was the best stay! We were so happy with this property. Outside was nice to look at. The layout, the decor, landscape, and it was nice and clean. The cabin was so cute. It was like a studio set up but for us it was perfect space for what we needed. It was pretty inside and everything was so clean. The bathroom is a little cramped but set up nicely. The accessories around the room are nice and the table and chairs were beautiful. It was very peaceful and quite around the property. Check out was super easy. I very much enjoyed my stay here and if I ever had to come back to Tampa this would definitely be my stay. I would recommend anyone else to stay here as well!! 5 STARS.

We enjoyed our stay in this cabin, however, we had a few ants upon check in which made having food inside an issue. There were some ants daily although we had no food in the cabin. Only issue to mention, everything else was great.

We rented the family cabins with bunk beds. We easily fit our family of five and puppies. The cabins had everything we needed to include bedding, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, kitchen supplies, and even paper towels. We loved the location and how nice it was for our family to have a place to relax during travel for a sports competition

As a former RV resort, they still have space for them, they put in a 100 cabins are fairly new. All wood interior is beautiful. I stayed in a one bedroom suite for 4 days. I don't travel much and I am finicky. I was pleasantly surprised. I love the kitchenette. They have all the utensils, pots and pans. Pod type coffee maker, microwave, 2 induction heat stove top and the correct cookwear. A refrigerator but no freezer. I did not find a ice machine around. I had to go without or climb in the car and pick some up.
The bed was comfy, Small bathroom with medicine cabinet, small shower.
It would serve them well to install soft water. It saves so much money on the plumbing, it last for ages, and cleaning is so easy. No hard water build up.
The have shampoo, soap dispensers in the bathroom.
I would visit again.

They gave us 2 separate cabin numbers with the same entry code. After not being able to get into either we went back to the tiny \"security hut\", where a man was not happy to have to get up to talk to us. He told us he can't help and to call a number listed on the hut for Expedia travelers. They gave us correct cabin number and entry code. We get in and its nice, looks like pictures but definitely has a black ant problem but nothing awful. That night and the next we were woken up to people trying to get in our cabin that were also given that cabin number for their stay. Bathroom also had many bugs coming out after we would shower, they were very very small and would cling on to the towels and anything wet. On our third morning of a 5 night stay we were woken up at 730 am to people actively going under the crawlspace of our cabin and many other men who where working under or around the cabin. We were not given a warning about this. We decided to leave that morning, luckily we had family we could stay with close. We have been trying to get a hold of the Resort since the night we checked in. No one was ever in the office on site and no one has returned our calls or the calls from expedia requesting a refund or correction. It has been almost 2 weeks with no response. This was such a privacy issue for us. I would not recommend this place if you care about privacy or ants or bugs that come out when wet.

Cockroach in the bathroom. Tiny black bugs everywhere, in the bed, in the kitchen, on the floor. Two big hairy caterpillars in the room, one was on the bed. Check in process was unclear, check out process was unclear. Very little toilet paper was left. I called to get more and they said they would send someone but never did. Had to call next day again. Texted some number about getting some more coffee and never heard back. There’s constant tree sap or something dripping from the trees on the property down at your head.

Expedia this is the letter that I had to write to management concerning my stay.

Dear Management,

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your property from April 10 through April 13.

While the check-in process was smooth and initially welcoming, the overall condition of the unit fell far below expectations and made for a very uncomfortable experience.

Upon arrival, I immediately noticed that the blinds at the front of the tiny home were damaged and would not close properly, compromising privacy. I had to improvise a way to cover the window to prevent visibility from outside. Additionally, the refrigerator was not clean upon arrival.

Later that same day, I encountered a small roach in the toilet, which I flushed. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated incident. There was also a dead roach on the wall and another live roach crawling inside the home, which disappeared into the wall before it could be removed. These conditions made me extremely uncomfortable for the remainder of my stay. I found myself constantly closing my suitcase and personal belongings out of concern that I might unknowingly bring pests home with me.

Cleanliness was also a major issue. The floors were visibly dirty, and I unfortunately stepped on a small piece of glass in one of the bedrooms, which I had to remove from my foot. This prompted me to sweep and attempt to clean the floors myself using Clorox wipes, as it appeared they had not been properly mopped prior

This place completely dropped the ball. Arrived to a unit that was not ready, door wide open, and dirty. They moved me to another cabin which had broken blinds in both the living area and bathroom, so zero privacy. Reported it immediately and it still took days to fix. At one point they even said it wouldn’t be fixed until after I left.

Communication was all over the place and one staff member was straight up rude and unprofessional on the phone. Maintenance guy was the only one who did his job right.

They acknowledged the issues but refused to provide any real compensation. A late checkout is not compensation, it’s the bare minimum. For what I paid, this was not acceptable. Would not stay here again.

Several shades were broken allowing anyone to see inside. Killed a large Roach the first night. A second roach the next day. Reported it and was told housekeeping would take care of it Shower was cold. Told maintenance would fix it. Four days no maintenance no housekeeping but a third roach and sandfleas. If you like bugs, cold showers and broken blinds and broken promises this is the place for you. It could be a nice little cabin if someone would take care of it. No response from management after I filled out the survey.

Very very poor experience. We arrived around midnight and the cabin was not clean or ready, with no sheets to sleep. We contacted the property but got no real response for over an hour, leaving us stuck at 1am in an unusable cabin.

The next day, after pushing, the cabin was cleaned, but there was still no hot water. We also noticed signs someone had entered while we were away, and the access logs they provided didn’t match our actual presence, which was concerning.

Overall, this stay was far below standard - poor communication, lack of basic amenities, and serious reliability issues. It also disrupted our ability to prepare for an important conference. Would not stay again.

I didn’t no what I was getting into at first,But it was a really nice stay compared to some hotels there in Florida.We walked in it was Clean And Very Well Stocked Dish soap and sponge,dishes,cookware,towels,iron board,Long Mirror in bedroom,Only down fall is the hot water goes a little quick but just like a trailer just try not to shower back to back it is still hot enough for one long shower or two quick showers,The front desk lady was really nice she helped me get my code fixed because I booked another 3days with them not realizing I would have to check out then back in but no they made it easy let me stay in same cabin let me stay checked in and the code worked after I redid check in so it was pretty easy.The smell people are referring to is not that bad it is strong a little here and there but nothing a person can’t handle,All in all for the price it was clean and friendly staff and we felt safe every day and night it’s very laid back they have a pool with a little radio playing it’s perfect for when the sun is shining they also have a pool table and a kids slide.perfect for a small family or couple .they also have grills..

The room was very clean, fresh, and it feels new. It would be perfect for 1 couple and another 2 friends. I would highly recommended this cabin since it is cheap, and if you have a car, you just need to take the high way for a quick 16 minutes drive. You will save much more compare to staying in the hotel in downtown area or the beach area from my opinions. However, the only downside is the bunk bed is not as comfy as the bed.

Check in was all digital for me. They text’ed me my key code and cabin # which was nice. On the way out, it was just drive away and acknowledge via text message. They had soaps in the shower and hair dryer. There was a grill outside with all the tools. Dishes, silverware wifi and a spectrum app on the tv.

when we entered the property we noticed that the fire alarm was beeping cause it needed a new battery, we texted the owners immediately and maintenance did not come by until the next day, therefore we couldn't sleep we the sound beeping on and off.
The Keurig coffee maker was not working properly and it was also changed the next day
The cabin didn't have towel bars where we could hang the towels when wet, not enough hooks either
The smaller room has no a/c and our friends complained that they were hot
The place is quiet and clean, parking right in front of the unit. We didn't need to wash clothes but noticed that there was a laundry room in the property, didn't use the pool either.

The cabin was like new, super clean! The staff onsite is very helpful and friendly. We didn't cook much, but did make a few things. The stove has 2 burners and there are a couple pots and pans to use, and dishes for 4 people. there is also a krups type coffee maker and a kettle that plugs in to make hot water. There wasn't anything to drain noodles for spaghetti so we just pulled the noodles out of the pot with utensils. No oven so don't plan on backing anything but we didn't plan on it so no big deal to us, just letting guests know in advance. For TV you need to hook up your own device or enter your account information and password to access streaming, but we didn't watch TV so it wasn't a problem for us, seemed straight forward but you need to bring that information with you. Check in was online, watch for the email a day or 2 in advance to get through before you arrive, The doors are keypad locked and you will get an email with the code. Overall, it was a great value in our opinion, very clean and met our needs perfectly, and will probably return to this location if we travel here in the future.

While traveling near Tampa, our party discovered a small roadside structure known as Happy Traveler RV Resort. At first glance it appeared to be a humble wooden cabin—clearly not a royal keep or five-star guild hall.

Still, curiosity demanded an Investigation check.

Upon entering, we discovered the place was surprisingly new, clean, and honestly pretty charming. The kind of cozy outpost that makes a weary adventurer immediately consider taking a Long Rest.

The cabin came equipped with powerful modern enchantments:

❄️ Air Conditioning of Greater Cooling (very effective against Florida heat)
🚿 Endless Hot Water for post-quest recovery
🚗 Mount Parking directly beside the door
🌙 Quiet surroundings granting advantage on Sleep checks

For the gold required, the amenities honestly rival many larger inns.

We did encounter two minor skill checks.

First, the door code initially failed to activate the entrance rune. But after contacting the innkeepers, assistance arrived within minutes. Quest obstacle resolved.

Second, the Wi-Fi enchantment was a bit unstable.

But expecting perfect internet at a woodland RV outpost is like entering a medieval monastery and asking where they keep the fiber-optic crystal network.

In the end, the cabin delivered exactly what traveling adventurers need:

Clean quarters. Comfortable rest. Peaceful atmosphere.

It was a nice stay. I recommend maybe a king sized bed and TV in one of bedrooms. Bigger stock of paper towels and toilet paper is necessary. Other than that, everything was great. A quiet, safe community and would stay here again.

Cute place, easily located if you’re driving. Water pressure was horrible, but as long as you are patient in the shower, it’s doable. Air conditioner is in the main room, so the bedroom doesn’t get good air circulation, but the ceiling fan helps

We had a great stay. We were there for 3 weeks but because we were visiting family, we were only there to sleep. The cozy cabin is definitely cozy but was clean and had everything needed for our stay. The downside was that we requested a complimentary cleaning after being there about ten days and that never happened! We did manage though! Staff was very friendly and hospitable. Just a suggestion: perhaps stash a broom in one of the corners! A dustpan and brush is not sufficient for a long stay and no cleaning!
