The room was freezing despite trying to increase the temperature on the ac, the hallway was warmer than the room!
Breakfast starts at 7:30am and my flight was 9am. Breakfast time was not advertised so I didn’t know I was expected to notify the hotel before checking in to arrange a take away breakfast consequently I missed out on a breakfast.
There’s no lift, I had two suitcases. I didn’t find reception very helpful or customer service friendly. So location and decor seemed insignificant after this experience.

Staff Gentleman super nice. Room a horrible smell of humility/ waterfowl? In my room sontheybhad switched me to next door room ( and sane smell coming from the toilet hole . Very uncomfortable smells. Food dinner buffet and breakfast absolutely poor and the only employee there on his phone all the time! But food honestly poor . Maybe because its winter. Maybe because thatbdaybtheybjustvhad 2 buses if tourist at the hotel and so they don’t care? Great location ! 10 minutes from airport.

The receptionist is so rude. When we arrived at the hotel, there is no smile, no greeting. We asked if the room was ready and we could check in earlier and we were told “no”, which is fine. We just hanged out at the lobby, we asked if we can use the wifi, the receptionist told us “no”. Everything “no”.

So glad I chose this hotel. It had everything at a great price. My priorities were location- walking distance to old town, restaurants and beach- marina. We rented a car, so I wanted ease of parking as well. Just a 5 minute walk to own and free valet parking was a godsend. Room was clean, quiet, Air conditioning worked well. A beautiful huge buffet breakfast was included with the cost and they allowed us to leave our car parked at the hotel after we checked out until we were ready to leave. A+ experience.

Check in at the hotel was awful. The person on reception was unwelcoming and dismissive. We weren’t informed of the wifi code like other guests, welcomed to the hotel or thanked for waiting. When we eventually reached the front of the queue, we were interrupted by a man, who she proceeded to speak to at length in front of us, with no apology or acknowledgment. The whole intersection was rude and topped off by her saying that it wasn’t her problem she was busy. The hotel itself is pretty and clean with rooms spread across multiple buildings. Our room is not as advertised. We booked an economy pool view room. Our actual room is not in the building pictured. It is smaller than that pictured, It currently does not even overlook the pool, as there is undisclosed renovation work occurring. Our room was clean and well equipped with plenty of water for which we were grateful. Since our arrival time was known by the hotel, the room could have been cooled in advance it was roasting on arrival. Nothing notably eco-friendly about the establishment, single use sachets, very small plastic water bottles.

Only downside was the walls are very thin, a lot of noise from the room next door and my room was near the reception and there was constant ringing on the doorbell well into the early hours.

At first, by mistake I got the room with street view - this is a loud option. After changing to swimming pool / garden view it was perfect.Very clean, nice and pleasant, with good parking and nice swimming-pool. 10 mins drive from the airport. Ideal for 1-2 days stay waiting for the flight back

Perfectly fine for a place to stay near the airport for an early flight. Quiet and peaceful grounds with a nice pool and restaurant. Breakfast in the morning was nice and organized. Staff was friendly enough and most spoke English. Our double room was tiny, and the rain shower head flooded the bathroom. Wouldn’t keep us from coming back though. Actually gave us a giggle.

The service is great, the accommodation and grounds itself, immaculate. The staff and experience and overall price plus if you need early check in or late check out, the exclusiveness they do to make this fit around you is perfect. I chose to have an early check in as we arrived early I had messaged before to let them know and on arrival was greeted with a fair price and a great room to accommodate for a nice smoking balcony. THE ONLY PLACE TO STAY IF YOU HAVE AN OVERNIGHT IN ANTALYA.

A perfect place to stay before an early flight
The hotel is modern, clean, warm and comfortable.
The location of the hotel could be described as in an industrial estate but don’t let this put you off, it is only a 10 minute walk away from a large shopping mall with plenty of restaurants. The reception staff were happy to call a taxi to take us to the airport which arrived in less than 10 minutes at a very fair price.

We stayed for one night because we had a morning flight, and the hotel was close to the airport.

The room and atmosphere were very nice! It’s just a short walk to the shopping centers.

We requested an early breakfast (at 7 AM) due to our morning flight, but unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding, and no early breakfast was provided.

BE AWARE OF TAXI SCAMMERS just in front of the hotel. A taxi ride costs 6-7€ on Uber, but the taxi drivers in front of the hotel offer double the price and refuse to use the meter.

Do not step outside the gates to wait for your Uber, as other taxi drivers may try to sabotage. When our Uber driver arrived, one of these taxi drivers prevented them from picking us up. When we decided to walk to the tram that goes to the airport, the taxi driver followed us to ensure we couldn’t order another Uber.

That said, the location is excellent, as the tram is just around the corner.

This comment is not for sharing publicly. The staff was immeasurably kind. However, I was not given the room type I reserved, with a pool view. I was told that those rooms were reserved by others with the same type of reservation and I could not have one. I was not the last one to check in with that room type as I understand it. Unfortunately, as a result my room faced the road and was very loud, permitting little to no sleep the night I stayed.

Although they assured me it was going to be quiet.
Also,
What I did not appreciate is they gave me the ok to do a late check out the next day and in the morning they changed their mind and asked me to check out earlier. That ruined all my plan for the day.

Other than that overall stay was nice and good tasty breakfast.

Ema Houses is by far the best accommodation available near Antalya airport with regard to price, service and comfort. we especially liked the grounds and swimming pool area. The only negatives we found were a very limited restaurant menu and that there is no elevator to access the second floor, only a precarious curved staircase. That may not be a problem for most people, but my wife is disabled and found it difficult to manoeuvre. All tolled, we would definitely stay there again.

A lovely place to stay close to the airport

We stayed at Ema Houses with 2 other couples, we booked the economy room but it was very comfortable and housekeeping went in every day to clean the room and provide clean towels and fresh bottles of water. Our friends opted for superior rooms and they too were very impressed with their accommodation.

Our only disappointment was the credit card machine would not work when we arrived, three couples with an assortment of UK, Irish and Turkish credit cards and none of them would work so we ended up paying in cash which was a bit inconvenient. Credit card worked fine on our final day for paying our cafe bill.

This hotel is very conveniently located close to the airport, it is gated and very secure with ample parking, we would certainly recommend and we have booked to stay here again in December!

Room was very small, but nice, looked new and was very clean. The pool was very nice, small bar outside and food was available but we didn’t try it.

Netflix/other apps on the TV did not work, but when I asked for a different WiFi password, we were able to get access.

For the 12 hrs we were there, it was great!

It isn’t a place I’d pick to stay again. I feel like I’ve been misled by the reviews. The hotel is located amongst industrial estate (factories and deserted) and felt a little unsafe. The surrounding of the hotel is very underwhelming and not looked after. It’s stinks and garbage everywhere around the hotel but the hotel itself is clean. It’s absolutely terrible and only convenience is that it’s close to the airport. The service is extremely poor. I carried my own bags from the taxi to reception and then to my room also. There is no bell boy to assist. I have no issues carrying my own bags but the price you pay to stay here, you think/expect to get the price you pay. The walls in the rooms are extremely thin and you can hear people speaking through other rooms. I stayed in room 109 and there was door slamming throughout the evening and early hours of the morning and it’s also close to reception, the staff did not request visitors to be mindful of noise and were clearly not disturbed whilst there were people trying to sleep. I called reception on two occasions relating to the noise and they only managed to speak to the guest after my second call to reception regarding noise. The entry door to the vicinity remains closed but when you’re out late at night and return back to the hotel, you ring the buzzer and there is no staff at attendance to open the door for you. You’re required to call a Turkish mobile number to enter the hotel you paid to stay.

Ema Houses is an excellent modern hotel. Within the hotel complex the garden areas are beautifully laid out and well maintained. The pool area is unique snd tranquil. The rooms are well equipped, modern and clean. The beds are very comfortable as are the pillows. There are a number of different sizes of rooms, so do choose the size which best suits you. The staff on Reception in the Breakfast area and Bar area are all friendly, professional and respectful. I saw one review comment on their lack of English, that’s not true, they are easy to communicate with in English and if it’s a complicated discussion use Google Translate, the barman did with me and it worked brilliantly. The breakfast is varied, with fresh ingredients and well prepared. You can also get a snack from the bar area during the day and up to 10:00PM, a great space for a sundowner or nightcap.

The hotel is out of the Antalya city, but there is a modern fast Tram, 5 minutes walk from the hotel, it is easy to use contactless and you’ll be in the Old Town within 25 minutes. There are also two modern and plush Malls within a 10 minute walk, with plenty of clothi

My mum and I stayed at Emma House twice during our recent trip. We really enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend Emma House. The location is very close to the airport and the hotel is very close to a big quiet shopping centre for those last minute gifts. Also there are many dining options. Firstly it must be noted that the staff and hotel room itself was fantastic - it was immaculately clean and modern inside with comfortable beds. If you need somewhere to simply crash for the evening then the hotel is perfect. But the location of the hotel is on an industrial estate, off the beaten track and to be honest we felt a bit unsafe. You could hear quite a lot of noise from the street, including a big argument between the yellow cab drivers in the early morning. I do feel that I booked the hotel based on the reviews but having experienced it myself, I definitely would say I feel a little misled by the photos and positive reviews.

It was obvious that the hotel is a family business and no harm of that, but they shouldn’t treat us like we are in their real home and like we are unwelcoming guests. For example, when I asked the front desk for an extra key card, because they only offered us one which through it the lights and AC works, the guy in the front desk was upset from my request and stared arguing with me that we have one card. I told him my wife and my son are sleeping, do you want me to wake them up or I take the card with me and leave them with no AC! He was extremely rude, I felt that I am asking for something is not my right as a guest. Also, regarding the car park, there is no security to open the gate nor a bill to call the front desk, every time we need to enter or exit we have to press the car horn or notify the front desk physically. It was a terrible experience staying in that hotel and I won’t come back and advise you not to even try. The staff rudeness was extreme beyond anyone to endure.

There is a small restaurant/bar that served good food, however a menu is needed because we did not know what was available and what the prices were. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful and I wish them well with their lovely hotel.

A great find close to Antalya airport, no more than ten mins ride in the taxi that costs approx €10. The Ema houses is a home from home. The rooms are spacious. I had requested a double bed and not on the ground floor, my requested was granted. There is Tea and coffee facilities in the room along with a fridge and ample water supplies. Pool area lovely, like being in your back garden. Grass area for kids to play. Breakfast had good options, and I had dinner there too, which was great.there was no menu as such but the lady chef, ( not sure if she was manager or even owner) gave me options to choose from ( cheeseburger, pasta, etc ) there was about 6 options plus a local choice, which I opted for.this was great. Bar area could be stocked a bit better as they only had coke, but they did have juices, Beer and wine of course. The Antalya mall is minutes away from the hotel, but I choice to stay at the pool. I stayed 2 nights and will stay again, A great choice if flying in and out of Antalya.

This was a great hotel in a very convenient area. They had everything we needed and were very helpful and polite! We really enjoyed our stay and definitely plan to stay here again next time we’re in Antalya!

Modern rooms

Arrived at 5am to quick check in and late checkout. Fantastic modern rooms with a shower that was more powerful than many of the 5 star establishments. Great breakfast thanks
