Definitely did not feel not a 5* hotel, more around a 3.5*. Staff were helpful enough even though they seemed little bored half the time. The room, while good size and comfortable beds, always had a terrible smell, which came from the bathroom; which, also while also being decent size, felt like many times, you needed wear a gas mask to use, as the smell was ofter unbearable, coming from the vent above. Also, only paper cups , no glassware or china, come on now!....As some have mentioned, you can at night hear the sounds from the nightclub below until around 2-3am, so if you are a very early/light sleeper, might be a problem..otherwise its not too big of a deal. Best thing about this hotel, is the location, close to the boulevard and beach, variety of shops & dining options within walking distance & very easy to access the rest of city from there.

Overall it's a 2.5 or 3 star hotel average hotel. Staff and service are average. I had the executive room, top floor, and the room was super big and comfortable. Rooms and hotel are dated. The hotel definitely needs a good renovation. Staff, service and breakfast definitely need a good improvement. I wouldn't pay to have breakfast there.
Everything is working as a standard ordinary hotel should be. Price wise, it's still value for money.
Location and views on the higher floors over the ocean and city are both nice.
Night club downstairs can create a bit of nosy until about 2am every night. I wasn't too bothered with that, but had to wear my noise cancelling airpods to bed every night.
3 best things about this hotel are the gym (huge gym). Nice sunset and ocean view from the room. Very close to the beach. Although restaurants nearby are horrible. Old town offers better food for sure.

Worst hotel experience for many years. No room service. Slow response. Abysmal breakfast. Gym is mostly missing/broken, rooms are moldy and dirty, no room service even after 1 week! Very noisy nightclub playing music until 4am even during the week. This is a 1* hotel.

Good staff, crappy hotel

The property is very run down. Stained carpets and smell. The breakfast is not good with very few options. However, the staff were extremely accommodating and helpful when we needed to extend our parking.

The good, the bad, and the ugly

They have barely made an effort with their breakfast spread and that needs to be sorted as soon as possible. The furniture in the rooms is in a rickety, sorry state. That being said the views are stunning, cleaning, maintenance and waiting staff helpful and club quite happening for those in Batumi that want to sample its nightlife. Restaurant at the rooftop is closed which they have not stated to guests explicitly prior to booking.

Excellent hotel high level to quality dedication

This was my second stay in this hotel, and I can say this hotel stands out among many similar. Also, to be honest, reason for choosing this hotel now was because I remember they served Turkish style breakfast where even I found something to eat. I wanted to compare it to Wyndham Batumi where I had extremely negative experience. This time, breakfast was part Turkish style, part continental, and it was plentiful and prepared with care, full serviced despite hotel being scarcely booked. Very nice experience.
Other things I can say about this hotel is that staff is excellent, cordial, efficient and dependable, to be an example to some other, more publicized hotels. Room was nice, comfortable and quiet with nice view. only thing I could say about room is that it was too dark even with all lights on, and there was not light on working desk, so working in late during night was a problem and I had to use my flashlight, something I have encountered in many higher level hotels. It seems that they try to achieve level of intimacy by reducing light, but in reality this is very inconvenient and I urge hotel management to do something on that issue. I will gladly stay in this hotel again, but I will first inquire about desk lamp, and if there is none, I will not stay again.
But all in all I can recommend this hotel fully and also I can recommend restaurant, the food was delicious.

Cette tour noire de 20 étages ne paie pas de mine au milieu des gratte ciel mais elle est très bien située en face de la mer et proche du centre. Les chambres sont spacieuses et le lit confortable mais le mobilier d’époque soviétique est à bout de souffle. Si la chambre est orientée vers la mer et dans les étages supérieurs la vue est fantastique. On l’aura bien compris bon rapport qualité prix mais le petit-déjeuner est un désastre. Produits à tendance turque. Pas de sucré et seulement café et thé turque sinon il faut payer un supplément. Bref très bien pour les fauchés ou pour une nuit

Malum yol hali 24 Mayıs 2026 tarihinde sabaha karşı 4 gibi oteldeydik. Rezervasyonumuzda 24 - 26 Mayıs arasındaydı. Odamıza girebilmek için ekstra bir gece daha ödedik. Otopark kısmında hiçbir yönlendirici yazı yoktu. Hatta yanlışlıkla yan taraftaki binaya gitmişiz; orada gördüğümüz birine Sky Tower otelinin otoparkını sorduk (otelin girişini anlamadığımız için), sağolsun o da bizden para istedi söylemek için. Yola yakın bir yere park ettik, orada birileri bizden para aldı. Sonra sabah yalvar yakar arabamızın önüne park eden arabaları bulduk da; arabamızı otele ait olduğu söylenen otoparka çektik. Bazı odalarda elektrik hattında problemler vardı, bazı odalarda da odanın yalnızca girişinde wi-fi çekiyor diğer yerlerinden çekmiyordu. Resepsiyondaki çalışanlar 0 ilgi, 0 yardımcı olma dürtüsüyle çalışıyorlardı. Kaldığımız son gece lobide otururken defalarca yangın alarmı olduğunu düşündüğümüz alarmlar çaldı, ızgara kokuları geliyordu, bize hiçbir açıklama yapmadan bir adam giriyor birilerine bağırıp çıkıyordu bu alarm yüzünden. Otel konum olarak ortalama bir yerde. Gezilecek turistik yerlere uzak fakat yakınında fast food yiyebileceğiniz yerler var. Meşhur The White Restaurant'a yürüyüş mesafesinde, yakında Spar market de var. 5 üzerinde 2 puan verebilirim bu konaklamaya

sehr zentral und zu Fuß geht man überall zur Sehenswürdigkeiten. Kleine Hotel, aber zusammen mit Nachtclub ( könnte in Zimmer in der Nacht Musik hören).
mich hat es nicht gestört, weil generell an Hauptstraße laut war.
Frischstück wir in eigenen Restaurant gegen Aufpreis angeboten( nicht genutzt).
Zimmer war günstig und werde immer buchen.

Hotellets personale var hverken venlige eller hjælpsomme , eller kompetente i deres arbejde og funktion. Deres engelsk kommunikation var forringet og forfærdeligt , deres almen viden var lavt , og nogle af dem virkede som analfabet.
Morgenmad buffeten var forringet med ikke god kvalitet .

يوجد الكثير من الفعاليات والالعاب على الشاطئ
الفندق على شكل دائري يتكون من 18 طابق يوجد في كل طابق من 3 اجنحه الى 6 غرف
جميع الغرف لها اطلالة رائعة
البوليفارد يمتد على طول الشاطئ الى امام الفندق

Deux nuits. L'hôtel est joli et l'emplacement pratique , face à la mer, il y a des restaurants à côté et des lieux avec des activités pour les enfants, bars, entre autres. Le petit déjeuner est correct. Piscine, sauna, spa..... pas mal ! Le seul vrai problème est que les chambres ne sont pas bien insonorisées !

Could be great, but...

The hotel is situated right next to the dancing fountains and the beach fair so the location is absolutely great. However if you want a view, be sure to get your room directing west or north. Right next door on the south there is a huge 50 storey tower overshadowing the scenery and Metro Sky Tower has \"only\" 20+ storeys.

+ New hotel and in good condition
+ Great rooms and comfy bed
+ Close to the beach and many restaurants
- The WiFi is absolutely terrible! Stayed for 3 nights and managed to get online only on two. They said they've had problems with iPhone WiFi connection and it definitely was a struggle. Constant connection failures! Hotel with this status it is one of the main features that just must work. Luckily I was on holiday and not working, because it would have not worked out at all.
- Only two elevators in the whole tower
- Bathroom lights could have been better
