Pros: superb Asakusa location, city bus 42 stops outside doors! Senso-ji temple and sumida riverwalk during Sakura were perfect! Staff very friendly and attentive. Liked the lounge area upstairs but balcony not open which would have been nice to enjoy.
Cons: smallest bathroom yet (like a camper size), no view or proper ventilation (window did open up a crack and room had fan system no a/c), buffet breakfast ok but not great as hot beverage machine usually broken down. 2 laundry machines for whole building is not enough and they’re not free to use. No public bath or fitness facilities.
