Our stay was amazing, hotel is located near so many shops and restaurants including a Uniqlo on the first floor so that was a plus! Subway stop a block away and there was a Lawson, 7-Eleven and Family Mart very close as well as a Don Quijote. Will definitely consider staying here once again during our next trip!

The hotel is situated in the heart of Asakusa. Super convenient to everything and great food. The room is comfortable. The hotel offers a lot of toiletries at the lobby. The automatic coffee machine in the lobby is a nice touch. The washer and dryer is convenient also but the dryer doesn’t work well.

The room was in good condition, but really a tight space for 3 (2 adults and a toddler). The room we were given also had a smell, like bad body odor. I asked the front desk if we could get a new room, but was told that they are fully booked. I ended up going to one of the stores down the street and bought an air freshener to put in the room (which really helped).

Booked the Premier View Twin Room. Nice size, small closet, no drawers, huge bathroom. Coin laundry available. Uniqlo in same building. Don Quixote across street and very near Tsukuba express station which connects to all the different train lines. Lots of food and shopping nearby. Welcome lounge with free drinks (beer, sake, whiskey, wine, tea, etc) and snacks 1-4 pm and 5-8 daily. Breakfast was good (3,000 yen). Friendly staff.

The location is the best. It’s on top of a 2 story Uniqlo with a donki store and food places so close. Using the express line is the quickest way to get around. Room was clean and comfortable and they had free drink hours.

We only stayed for one as we had to extend our trip and surprisingly got a very low price but we were very happy with it. The area was in the heart of Asakusa and everything is walkable. There’s Uniqlo in the same building, restaurants in the lower floor, 24-hr Donki across and lots of restaurants and shopping area around. The staff are super friendly and helpful. You got a nice view of the Tokyo Tower from the hotel. Really worth the stay. Highly recommended.

Location is good, but the room is very small even though they said it can sleep three people. The space is extremely limited, and we could barely walk around with our luggage.

The bathroom design is very poor, with no privacy at all. If they improved the bathroom layout, it would help a lot. There is no need for a bathtub—it only wastes space. Additionally, if you don’t open the shower door after showering, there is a strong odor, almost like a stink bomb.

The washer and dryer situation is very frustrating. It takes a very long time to dry clothes, and it is difficult to get a washer available because everyone is waiting. It took me four hours to wash just two loads, which was extremely time-consuming and inefficient. We eventually took our clothes to a local wash-and-dry place about a 5–8 minute walk away.

A great view from our room and a fun part of Tokyo to stay in. Trains were easy to navigate. The lift to level 5 of the hotel often took a long time. Breakfast was pleasant but overpriced. Overall I was happy with this hotel.

Very close to Senso-ji Temple . If you want to rent a Kimono there are plenty shops. Endless places to eat. Uniqlo downstairs for shopping. Steps away from Ichiran and Asakusa Don-Quiote. I enjoyed the Breakfast. Opt for the breakfast option. I would stay here again. I cane with my family.

The hotel is located in Asakusa and at a walking distance from Senso-ji temple, and the Asakusa station. It’s the building with a Uniqlo store in the ground floor and lots of eateries around it. It’s a great place to stay while exploring the area. Also, the station for subway to Tokyo Sky Tree is close-by. I’d recommend this place and their breakfast is good with a lots of options.

The service was above and beyond. They have a kind, patient, courteous, and quick desk. Very friendly. It is a nice hotel very close to Sensō-ji and near a Don Quiote open 24 hours. There are lots of dining options near by and this hotel is in the middle of it all.

The linen had to be changed on the very first day after check-in but it should not take away how great the overall experience was for us. Service was great, amenities selection was comprehensive, location was convenient, room was quiet, and the hotel was super clean. I would definitely rebook. Easily the best hotel of the entire trip.

The \"triple room\" is essentially a double room with one roller bed added. All three beds connected together to fit in the narrow space, very difficult to access the center of the bed cluster. The price dropped significantly within a few hours of booking, and the hotel refused to do anything to compensate, neither upgrading to premier room nor switching to other room types. In fact, the booking price was higher than either a premier room or two double rooms a few hours later after booking.

Hotel was nice and in a central location only thing I didn't like was they said they could ship our luggage if we dropped it off by 9am day of, then changed it to 2 days before when we were ready to leave so we had to find altenative ways to travel. Thankfully they let us keep our luggage while we worked out a plan.

There’s so much within walking distance - Senso-Ji, of course, and there’s a Don Quixote next door, and Hoppy Street is right there, too. I’d definitely stay here again.

Our second time at this hotel. Location is great right next to the temple and tons of restaurants as well as many convenience stores. If you like staying in a more culturally traditional area this is perfect. Basic rooms are small so this time we booked a corner room - which doesn't have the best views (i.e. no temple) but might just be the largest in this hotel so for a multiday stay is worth it. Breakfast is not bad and more western oriented but gets boring as it's the same everyday. It's about a 15 min walk from Tawaramachi station and 20 min to the Asakusa Keisei line for both airports.

The hotel is in a great location near the temple, restaurants and train station.
The buffet breakfast is excellent and they have free drinks in the afternoon each day. The staff are very polite and friendly too.

The hotel is located very close to Senso-Ji temple, and Tokyo Skytree was a 20min walk via Sumida River. The train stations are also closeby, okenty of Dining and shopping. Uniqlo is located on the ground floor of this hotel and there's a huge market just 5mins away. The hotel was clean, tidy and the room service is excellent. I would however recommend the hotel to change their pillows as it was the most comfortable, it did give us a terrible neck ache, which i got it fixed by the thai massage located just 5mins from the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to be around a busy shopping and dining district, also you get an amazing view of Asakusa, Senso-ji temple and the Tokyo skytree from the 11th and 12th floor.

Overall, the hotel staff team has impressed us. They are professional, attentive, friendly and helpful.
However, the room service staffs have much room for improvement. They do not do simple bed-making for 5 of the 6 nights we stayed there. While they change towels and collect trash, they do not replenish empty facial tissues box.
Also, though the breakfast lounge offers a variety of breakfast items, the menu does not change the slightest over our 6-day stay.

I know check-in is at 2pm. We arrived at 1:30pm and you still make us wait or pay 1000 yen. This is just greed and not good customer service for being too strict. The washer/dryer is BAD. The clothes take FOREVER to dry since the machine is still damp after the washing is done so when it start to dry the first 30 minutes the machine is actually steaming the clothes instead of drying. You need to change those machines. The other hotels have separate washer and dryer, thus, drying the clothes were fast. I would not recommend this hotel to my all my friends.☹️

Also very very convient for shopping and strolling around also alots of eating places which is i like the most and i can confirm that if i visit japan again and have to stay in asakusa then Richmond hotel premier would be my first choice also if my friends and family visit japan i would defenately recomend this hotel. The staff are young and energetic. You can tell they enjoy working here with each other. Room and bathroom were clean and impressive. \"Welcome drink\", coffee machine and other amenities were appreciated.
Six laundry machines across three floors, drying cycle takes a lot longer for some clothes so bring plenty of coins because they cost money. TV shows you the laundry status remotely which is cool.
The area took some getting used to, but there are some wonderful places to eat and be entertained. Recommend restaurants on floor 4 below the hotel.
