Our room was very small. We saw lots of dust in the room we stayed in. There were left over trash too! we found condom wrapper!! We were assigned a room in the 3rd floor and there was no elevator. it was very hard cause we got big luggage's plus we have 2 small kids with us it was definitely not safe for small kids. I don't recommend for families. the only thing that was ok with this hotel was the location it was close to stations, shopping area and the Senso-ji temple.

Only thing I didn’t like was how thin the windows are because we could hear all the ruckus that was happening outside our corner room.

It was a great vacation that i had in Japan with my three other friends! The stay in this hotel is great as it was only walking distance to some local tourist destinations. The room was comfortable ang spacious. We had our own bathroom.

The hotel does not come with an elevator. Even for those staying on the second floor, if you are going to carry big luggages, it will be a problem. Staff was excellent in helping us bring up and down the luggage.

The hotel staff were excellent, especially Chin & Maruyama who assisted me greatly with organising my luggage to be delivered to Narita airport in advance. I would have been lost without them. Great service and brilliant location. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the Senso Ji temple and great restaurants and bars on your doorstep. Despite this, the hotel is very quiet at night and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Asakusa in Taito ward is wonderful. This particular street is narrow and full of shops.
The hotel is close to the nearby temple and shrine complex as well as many, many places to eat and drink. The Asahi HQ is walking distance. The Tokyo Skytree--the deck at 450 meters up is not for the feint of heart--is a short trip away. And this is walking distance to several train lines--Ginza, Asakusa, Haneda-to-Narita Airport, Tskuba Express, and Tokyo Skytree lines--which open up access to a broad section of the Tokyo metroplex. Haneda and Narita airports are both 45 minutes away; be sure to catch the correct train out of Asakusa station, as we accidentally caught the local southbound train rather than the airport express to Haneda and had to switch trains at Umeyashiki station.
The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, with staff cleaning the rooms daily. The bed was so-so comfortable, neither soft nor particularly hard. The staff was polite and happy to help. The grasp of English was tenuous but not problematic for us. We didn't want a hostel, nor did we want a 5-star Hilton, and here we got exactly what we wanted without fuss for a reasonable price.

This hotel was very nice, the staff tried their best to talk to us eventhough their English was not the best. But they were very friendly. The location is very much in the middle of Asakusa, lots of restaurants around and the train stations (various ones) are just 5-10 minutes in the area. The room was quite small, but enough for the three of us. The bathroom was super small but well equipped and in the end it was enough, too. We enjoyed our stay there and can recommend it.

浅草に観光に行く事になり今まで利用した事のないホテルを利用して見ようと思いこちらのホテルを利用しました。口コミを見て覚悟はしていましたが、やはりエレベーターがないのはびっくりしました。階段も急なので大変でした。ホテルの通路も狭いので移動も大変でした。お部屋に関しては壁が薄いのか解りませんがかなり生活音が聞こえて来ました。チェックイン時の女性の方の接客は良かったです。色々な事が気にならなければオススメしてもいいホテルだと思います。
