Absolutely no customer appreciation
I can see why other previous guests are saying that the neighborhood is 'rough' - because on the way in, you'll drive past many people living in abject poverty (living in nothing more than tarps and scraps of metal held up by sticks).
I never felt unsafe because of this, but expect to get a full display of what some might call \"third world\" living conditions.
And god forbid you make a mistake when booking! I had accidentally chosen 2 nights for my booking instead of 1, and I immediately requested that this be corrected, but was told it would need manager approval.
Then, I was given the runaround and eventually denied a refund; which is just insulting! What kind of way to run a business is that?!
I will certainly never be back, and I suggest that you look elsewhere unless there are literally no better options available.
