I enjoyed my stay at the Vismaya hotel. Upon arrival, the van took about 10 minutes to pick me up from the airport. I was kindly greeted and my bags were loaded for me. Once I made it to the hotel, the staff helped me up to my room to get settled. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was incredible and the staff were so kind! Will be visiting again.

This hotel has mixed review from me. The good: close to the BKK airport, they offer free return to the airport, the suite room was large as promise, the breakfast was aceptable, the bed was ok, the staff was also ok. The problem with the hotel is that many things are barely minimum or below expectation. The lobby have a lady that ia not rude, but she have no welcoming face, there ia not that warm face that welcome, if any, ahe has a face of a strict teacher. As i said, she ia not rude, but she has not personality for being in charge with the welcome. The internet keeps disconnecting ocassionally, the hot water was irregular, which was a problem for showering since you need to adjust all the time to avoid to be burn, the breakfast was ok, minimum of the expectation, eggs sandwiches, cereal, coffee, salads, fruits, bread, rice and some other dishes. Compared to USA, this was a great breakfast, but compared to Thai hotels, it was short. the freezer of the fridge was with a sheet of ice because it was not cleaned. I was expecting more plates for the table but there were the one a coupke of glasses and cups. the swimming pool looks nice, but the overall sense im the hotel is that it is in the bare minimum. Would i return... probably not, or could be one of my last options. Im Bangkok you can find other hotels with similar prices (or +10USD) that greatly improve your experience.

I woke up after a long haul voyage to a waterfall going into the swimming pool. A little Oasis and you can't even tell you're in the city. I'll take that as my airport hotel any day. Oh, and maybe it's Thailand in general, I'm not sure yet, but the morning breakfast included with the room was a winner.

A super great place for an airport overnight. I stayed for a prolonged moment due luggage issues. The staff was super accommodating working above and beyond. The breakfast buffet was delicious. I made good use of their pool. I have already booked a stay for my departure. The fare can't be beat.

Quiet and Friendly

The hotel is very close to the airport, but also quite far from the city center and all the top destinations that you would want to visit whilst in Bangkok. We booked Bolt each time, costing between £6-£11 for a 30 minute to an hour drive away. The hotel location is quiet, very clean, friendly, there's no noise, no traffic, compared to the city centre. Family of 3 mum with 2 children aged 14 and 16. Kids loved the pool area. Couple of restaurants near by and also 7-11 end of the road.

It’s not the Ritz Hotel you know !

We were met and taken to the hotel. The receptionist did not engage with us as much as she did with her coworker.
The room was large, all very simple but the air conditioning was not great and very loud, the shower was either very hot or very cold, inevitably the aircraft fly over but fine for one nights stay.
I’ve travelled for many years and I have NEVER been asked for a tip.
The porter took our bags on a trolley and showed us to the room. Pointed out tea, coffee, wifi & handed over the key & asked ten actually asked us for a tip!! Something I have never experienced before.
We booked the transfer back to the airport the next morning & that was swift. Over all an average airport hotel

Airport transportation to the hotel was convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Room was clean but furnishings are not maintained. Bed was a little firm but comfortable. But sink and shower drain very slowly, couldn't finish my shower without the backed up water flowing onto the main bathroom floor. Breakfast was decent...
I booked my room based on the reviews and photos... Nether were accurate in my opinion...

If you’re on a budget. This hotel is for you.

Pictures of “rooms” do not match online photos. If you are looking for a cheap hotel, and expect to get what you pay for. This hotel will suit your needs.

If your expect a nice room to reflect the photos. Look elsewhere!

Shower water constantly fluctuates between hot and cold while in use. No headboard on bed. Just pillows up against the wall.

AC unit has some kind of drip pan in room. So the constant sound of water dripping while unit is running.

No sheer curtain. So the only option is blackout curtain closed. Or open, which allows poolside guests to see directly into room. Not to mention the bathroom has glass walls, not your traditional drywall.

The hotel is near the airport-BKK airport- and has a shuttle to pick you up and drop you off as well. It is located on a side street that has a mix of housing, hotels, businesses but not much more.
The food is quite good and reasonably priced. There is a bar for adult beverages as well as drinks for the younger members in your group.
Room was nice, separate shower and tub, refrigerator, a safe and a decent bed.
There is a 7-eleven at the main street, short walk- convenient.

Stayed here twice and is conveniently close to the Bangkok BKK airport and they proved a shuttle to and from for 80 baht per person and leaves from the hotel every hour..

Nice fresh water pool and area.. limited seating mindyou..

Overall enjoyed the stay for the 2 nights..

Nice little Thai restaurant at the end of the street the hotel is on and only a 4 minutes walk..

The room felt really big and empty the bathroom was very dirty, rust and water damage everywhere in the bathroom, chipped floors and paint in the bathroom. Its a cheap place to stay for one night if you’re flying in really late or early and still waiting for your other accommodation to be available but other than that would not stay long term. Oh bed felt like cardboard also.

Comfortable stay with airport access

The hotel is located about 15 minutes from BKK airport, but it's in a rather isolated area with few services nearby. That said, it has everything you need for a short stay while waiting for a flight: airport transportation, a restaurant with a buffet breakfast that offers a variety of options, a pool, and an elevator. The room was very spacious ans comfortable.

I highly recommend this lovely location if you need to rest before your next flight. The premises were clean and tidy. Size of the room is generous, there was a TV, small fridge and a kettle. The bathroom was tidy.
The hotel located in about 15 min drive from BKK airport, which is very handy. We had our transfer from and to airport booked in with the hotel, so it was very easy. The driver was welcoming, helpful with luggage and polite. Bear in mind, you firstly will need to find their representative at the airport (exit 4 at the 2d floor where all the representatives are located), you will not be able to miss that place as it is always crowded. And then the rep will take you to the taxi (wait time appx 15 min).
We had a lovely buffet breakfast at the place and it was great with plenty of choices starting from bread, jams and butter, eggs, cereals, sausages, chicken nuggets and some traditional Thai dishes. There were fruits and vege salads selection. The lunch we had there did not disappoint as well - all food was freshly cooked and delicious.
Absolutely all staff at the hotel were very polite and welcoming.
Only one disadvantage - it is located nearby a lot of car garages (so the small local roads are narrow and not clean), the nearest 711 is in about 10 minutes walk, so if it is essential for you, you need to have it in mind. Otherwise, Vismaya is absolute gem to stay - great price for a stay and food, and lovely service. All the best to you guys with your business!

Very spacious and comfy room. Bed was perfect - firm and supportive. The areas of improvement needed is the position of the shower head. Not possible to take a shower without holding the wand and just warm water versus hot water. Otherwise, great pace!

Connection flight stay, lobby ceiling was very nice and high, spacious. All of Staff was nice and helpful except for one staff. I asked to borrow an umbrella and she pointed, like I knew the place. For better service, staff needs to walk over and show the customer where the umbrella is instead of just pointing. Other than that everything was good.

This was a great stay after a late flight as it was so close to the airport. They were welcoming and very friendly. The room was nice and the air conditioning worked great. The room was big but the bathroom is starting to show wear and tear. There were no washcloths or hand towels, only 2 large bath towels. No iron or ironing board either. The breakfast was good if not unhealthy. I only ate the watermelon. Everything else looked very unhealthy. The coffee was terrible, asked for cream, said they didn't have any.they only had milk

I paid for breakfast and two airport transfers. When I arrived I asked for an early morning transfer, they asked why time my flight was and I told them 8:30 They said I had to be there 3 hours before I said no I don't I'm traveling business we have \"fast track\" and I wasn't checking any bags. I asked that I leave around 6:45 specifically saying as long as I was there by 7. Since breakfast was a bust I was ready to go earlier. by 6:20 I told the front desk I could go anytime. By 6:40 I asked how long it would be. She said they wouldn't be leaving until 7 that that was what I booked. I told her, no, that's not what I booked ONLY then did they tell me that they run every hour on the hour. This was never mentioneded in the description, when I checked in, or when I told them I could leave earlier, not until I asked why I had to wait so long, there were 3 transfers sitting in the parking lot. At this point, I'm upset and they offer me a ride, but I had to pay $180 Baht. I didn't get a refund for the additional cost of transfers. Communication is terrible. I should have got $ back.

Excellent hotel!

I am very surprised at negative reviews about this hotel. The service is excellent, the check in was very fast and smooth, the pool is clean and great, restaurant food is above normal, transfer back to the airport is fast and on time. This is not a super luxury hotel in downtown Bangkok but for one night between the flights and being close to the airport it is an excellent choice. Will be back on May 01 after our long vacation to relax again in your soothing environment.

Wonderful stay if you can get discount price through web app. Hotel is modern construction, room size is approximately 15x15 ft then bath is another 9x9ft. Looks like all rooms have tub. Pay extra money for room with free breakfast and airport shuttle if need ride. Breakfast is hot food, eggs, sausage, coffe, tea, fruit, cereal, toast, and variety of local samplings.

Hotel located in off the path area near new construction houses and old business park. Open street market 10 minute walk to buy lunch and dinner. Get fruit smooties 30 baht.

Great airport layover at a fantastic price

Stayed here for a one night layover between flights. The hotel was exactly what we needed - a bed for the night in clean room with aircon, a shuttle service to and from BKK, a beer from the bar and a coffee/toast before heading back to the airport.

All of this for a very reasonable price.

On the detail.

On the transfer I struggled to get instructions of where to meet in arrivals etc. But got them eventually. The hotel rep (by a sign with hotel mame on it) did not have us on his list but asking to see a hotel booking confirmation and all was good. Waited about 10-15 mins for a minibus full. The hotel is close to BKK but down some back streets in an industrial park. We didn't leave the hotel so not sure what is around if anything. Booked the return shuttle with reception and that was spot on time - very smooth.

The hotel has an industrial feel with concrete floors. The room was big and had the essentials although a little sparce. Bed was comfy. The room was hot when we arrived so put on the aircon and headed to the bar for a cold beer whilst the room cooled down. Bar was open late and served nice cold drinks and a few snacks if needed.

Breakfast was basic but just enough to get us going before heading to the airport

The pool and surroundings looked really nice but didn't have chance to use it.

All in all the hotel was exactly what we needed at a great price

Relaxation before long haul flight

Booked here for the night before my flight out of BKK. Was so nice to relax. Pool is great and seating is plentiful. Rooms have a bath tub which was great as a wind down before a long haul flight. Paid 80baht for airport shuttle and it leaves on the hour every hour. Some options have the shuttle included I believe. Just wish I could have stayed longer.
