I saw this place on Expedia rated 3* but I think it's probably more 2*. It was fine for just just a night before my morning flight and close to the airport so did fulfill my primary needs. Was disappointed however that although there was an elevator, there was still half a flight of stairs to reach each floor as the elevator opened half way on each flight of stairs and not on the actual floor itself. There was no way to contact front desk from the room, so when needing assistance, I needed to physically go down 4 flights of stairs. However the room was clean and overall met my needs

This is a property relatively close to the airport. You still need to take public transport to get there. There's a system called our Grab. In my opinion the best way to get there. Rooms are clean. There is a shower. It's not very noisy outside and they give you two three bottles of water. They don't have a pool but they have a pool table.

I sent a message requesting to just stay for 7 hours that was ignored. I arrived in the morning at 7am and left for the airport at 2pm. I was still charged ฿200 extra. The layout of the hotel is very inconvenient if you have a lot of baggage- the elevator is half a flight of stairs away from the room level.
The main electrical outlet was broken. The restaurant was closed.
Would not recommend.

I live near Udon Thani. Whenever I have business in the King Kaew Road or transfer to Suvarnaphum airport I stay in this hotel. Excellent value for money if you don't need all the pomp of an international hotel - who needs a $100 room when all you want is somewhere to sleep?

The property was cheap and close to the airport. Breakfast was included. This is a no frills property. Ok for one night. They do serve decent food. It is not close to the city. It is close to the airport. I paid $25 a night. I had my own room and bathroom. I never did get the TV to work. There are some stores nearby you can walk to. The room was clean. Staff was very nice. The elevators don't go to the floors, but between floors. You have to carry your luggage up some stairs. If you're looking for cheap and convenient to the airport this is it. The bed was fine. If you want a long stay....probably not for you.

Orbitz encouraged us to get a hotel though this place because we got in so late and the place was pretty disappointing. Orbitz advertised that this was a hotel but it was in fact a hostel. There also wasn't someone available at the airport to pick us up when we arrived and when we called the place, the number was out of service

It was near by airport, from airport to this location paid 125 BTH, 15 minutes away, stay there only only one night, for $37 which I think was to expensive but was late at night and had to leave early morning. TV was not working but people in front desk wear nice, old hotel and lots is store near by open till late at night so that was good about it.

The shuttle bus is not free, bathroom smells gross

The hotel is far from anything, even convenient stores. We chose it because we needed somewhere to shower before an evening flight and the hotel advertised free airport shuttle. THE SHUTTLE IS NOT FREE.
The first room we were given did not even have a shower head, just a hose sticking out of the wall, AC didn’t work, fortunately we were given another room.
The shower looks ok, but once wet there was an odor, like bin juice. Luckily it was just a place for us to shower before a flight. No big loss.

We stayed here because it was close to the airport for early morning flights. Stayed here two nights a week apart. Was clean, staff were very accommodating even at 4 am when we checked out. We had breakfast at the hotel our first stay and it was fine. Very convenient. Other than the bed being a bit hard the room was good. There's bottled water in the room and it's clean. Would definitely stay here again for the airport convenience.

Hotel looked nothing like pictures on site! Room door doorknob was loose hardly closing. Bed comforter had stains, tv only had 2 channels, no WiFi in room the way site claimed, site claimed shuttle to airport but only during certain times, had to pay myself. Area around hotel very loud as it appeared to be industrial, towels looked dingy and very used. Absolute disappointment from what site led one to believe.

I phoned 4 hours before arriving to confirm the shuttle was available and then when I arrived at the airport and phoned for the shuttle, was told there was no shuttle available and that I would need to take a taxi. They did not pick me up at the airport

When I made pickup arrangements, they sent me an email telling me to wait at station #4 for the shuttle which, according to their schedule, left the hotel on the hour every hour. I waited at least 1 hour and 20 minutes. Later, in my complaint to Expedia, they tried to say I was suppposed to call them upon arrival. Nothing in their emails to me said that. They just said \"wait at #4.\"

After checking in, I had to struggle up the stairs to first floor lift.I had a heavy bag.I'm 76.Nobody helped me .But someone outside the hotel saw me and helped me,
My room had only Thai TV The plugs were pulled out I had to move fridge to put them in
The remote had no batteries.Was difficult obtain password for internet as several addresses.
I ased reception and the gave me another password which also never worked. The would ot help me to do themselves.
The door jammed and was unable to get back in room. Reception came and eventually opened it. The toilet flushed and stayed flushing.I had to open the top and release the valve every time.
In their post,it says\"Free shuttle\" When I asked for shuttle back to Airport, They sais \"Not free\" 150 baht! ( Three pound sixty)
In one draw, There was rotten fruit in a bag, half eaten cookies and other food.
Worse hotel ever been to. Customer serice nil! Reception guy abrupt.Gave me key and head back down!

Arrival/checkin was disappointing due to an unsmiling almost grumpy staff.
Did not have any interaction with any other staff.
Location was fine without any dog, rooster or other street noises. Room was adequately clean. No hot water kettle, and the refrigerator not on - takes forever to become functional, same with the a/c.
Bed was comfortable and restful. Good enough value for price.

Only wi-fi available in hotel lobby despite supposedly available on every floor. I was told you may not be able to get a connection in you room but you can in the lobby. Later the receptionist admitted wi-fi not working on all floors. I suspect a cost saving measure by the management.

Adequate yet inconveniently located

This property is relatively close to Bangkok International airport, 150 baht by fixed fare taxi. The receptionist does not speak much English and was very unhelpful and a bit rude. I carried my own bags to a second story room, with no view. WiFi and aircon work, room adequate and clean. Reception informed that no local food available in area and that (expensive) restaurant on premises would not open till evening. I actually found several decent places to eat 5 minutes' walk away, food stalls with 50 baht meals. It's a 200 baht cab ride from the center of the city, through miserable traffic.I'd recommend instead booking accommodation downtown and riding the 45 baht Skytrain from the airport.

Close to BKK but around 45 min to DMK. Distant from mall, downtown & it’s hard to get taxi from downtown back to hotel. 45 min drive to Siam square, Siam mall. Around $500 baht every way. Hotel had 7-11 around the corner 5min walk. Hotel had cold water, AC was good. WiFi didn’t work on 2nd floor only lobby. If ur planning on leaving like the next day to BKK then it’s good, but If ur wanting to explore the city I would not recommend it as it is from from everything & you always have a hard time finding a taxi to take u back (since it’s so far)

The shuttle late and wakened by noise early

I arrived in Bangkok airport at 12 midnight, had to wait for the shuttle, was at the hotel at 1 AM. In bed at 2 AM but wakened by a jackhammer at 8 o'clock! At 10, l asked for a taxi that asked me too much money to take a bus for Pattaya, back at Bangkok airport. I could not negotiate since there is no traffic around the hotel which is in the middle of knowhere.

Time lost at arrival, night shortened by great noise in the morning and exagerated price for a taxi next morning. These are the problems associated with that hotel.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The TV didn't work. The staff was pleasant and the food good. However, I had understood a free airport shuttle was included. It wasn't, so I had to pay with my credit card. I also paid for my food with my credit card. The main disappointment was finding two *extra* charges on my card without any explanation. I wrote to the hotel for an explanation and they have still not responded.

I waited 2hours for the \"free shuttle pick up\" the reason it took so long is because the driver drove straight through the airport without stopping, after I emailed the hotel they said to wait another hour. I arrived to the hotel where I met a male receptionist who was extremely rude and did not want to help with a single thing, whenever I asked a question he snapped with a reply. The room was dirty and uncomfortable, worst of all there was a washing machine and dryer above my room that ran constantly throughout my stay.

I arrived at the airport at late in the evening and just like clockwork the free airport shuttle was right there at midnight on the hour as promised. It was also in the exact area they specified. This is my first time in Bangkok and I am traveling alone so I appreciate it when things go according to plan. At the hotel, check-in was quick and easy especially since I paid in advance. The room was adequate, nothing fancy. The bed sheets were clean except for on light stain on the top sheet which I was pull back and don't sleep on anyway. The bathroom was clean. The TV worked. There were several locks on the room door for safety and the room came with a little balcony with table and chairs for outside seating. Also the wifi was good. This is a great hotel close to the airport that I would highly recommend for stays when arriving late or the night before when your flight leaves early. I would stay here again.

This hotel needs to be removed from the Travelocity site. It boasts a 3 star rating when in fact it should be a zero rating. The cab driver took us down a shell road located in \"the slums\"of Bangkok. I knew this was not going to turn out well, and it didn't. No A/C, dirty carpeting, stained mattress, horrible smell. I left as soon as I could, and didn't even bother to ask for my $15 a night room rate returned. That should have been my big red flag, that this was not a place to stay.

Its a great location because its so close to the airport and fairly cheap but its hard to get around because its not that close to the bts or mrt etc. The front desk staff were amazingly helpful. The food was nothing to write home about but still pretty decent. Check out the night market around the corner if your hungry.

Well, on the positive side it outshines most US budget m/hotels in regards to the smell/odor situation. If you're getting in late to BKK, it's a fine place to recover from a long flight before approaching Bangkok and beyond.
I do have to say that I discovered blood stains and tears on my sheets! Yikes. Staff quickly replaced them, but it was gross and the impression did not leave.
Front desk very good with English/professionalism.

I was disappointed with this hotel, it is quite old and I would only use it if you need it for a day or so while in transit through Bangkok. The linens and room decoration is very outdated, the hot water was not working in my bathroom, so I had to take a cold shower. THERE IS NO INTERNET IN THE ROOMS, if you want to use the free internet you must go sit down in the lobby area. Their restaurant was totally empty, the lights were on but I didn't even see an employee inside at all. There is absolutely nothing to do around this hotel, I found a Seven-Eleven about 3 blocks away which was a lifesaver. They do have a free shuttle to the airport which leaves at the top of every hour. I couldn't get a hold of them for the transport from the airport to the hotel, so I took a taxi which cost me about $3-4 dollars. I was able to use their free shuttle from the hotel to the airport at 4am.

This hotel was close to the airport (BKK) and had a shuttle which was convenient and probably the main reason we stayed. They let us check in early for an extra 400 baht. It was ok for the fact that we just landed in Bangkok and were going to mainly sleep anyway. Breakfast was nothing special and tv is all in Thai.

close to the airport and had free shuttle bus

The hotel is in need of some upgrades but was fine for one night. Staff was pleasant and handy to have food available in the same building.
