The receptionist was rude so the check in experience was bad. The room was too hot when I got there, took some time to get cooled down after turning on the Aircon. The cupboard were not clean as such.

My stay here was adequate and I had no problems except the balcony door would not stay shut even when locked. If you’re looking for a good over night’s stay close to the airport it’s a great deal!

Outstanding airport hotel

Great hotel overall. Very nice basic room. Clean, safe, with friendly staff. The internet is not dependable at all unfortunately though. If you are looking for a good value hotel near the airport, this is definitely a good choice. You could easily stay there and venture into the city by train; about a 30 minute trip.

Stop over between flights.

The price was fine. Staff were great but the hotel location was out of the way and not what I had expected. My error not the fault of the hotel or the advertising.

Great place to stay!

While this is not close enough to a Skytrain station to walk, the staff will get you a taxi and it is only about 55 baht there. We opted to take a taxi from the airport to our hotel and it was around 105 baht. Staff was so polite. They did everything they could to please us. Room was simple. Clean and they cleaned daily and left fresh towels. We would absolutely stay here again!

I am very touched with the hotel staff service. during the stay i have gum infection and i request for soft food for breakfast and they specially made porridge for me.
All the hotel staff are polite and always put on a smile. Will come back to stay if i visit BKK again

It's a good place. As a returning guest I find the location fitting well with my needs in the area. It's also close to the airport.

Noise sensitive guests should mind that it's not always perfect quiet as isolation isn't full. But usually the house has acceptable quietness level.

I stayed here for altogether more than 30 days. What can I say? For my needs in the area its location was well set. It's also near both to transportation and shopping centers and eateries. The rooms are spacey and nice. Beds are okay too. There's daily room service unless you opt it out. There's however some hairs falling down from one of the female cleaners marking its daily presence. For the noise sensitive, the corridors is (as usual) the main source of unwanted sounds. You'd also hear the quiet busy traffic at roads. Most requests are speedily met, although for a request to switch rooms (one with view) I had to wait for six days. Still overall reasonable and might come back again.

직원들 서비스는 괜찮은 편인데 시설은 썩 좋은 편이라 말하긴 어렵습니다. 옷장에 옷걸이도 없고 화장실 휴지도 거의 다 떨어진 상태로 있었고 비누 샴푸 등 욕실용품이 전혀 구비되어 있지 않았습니다. 그나마 에어컨이 잘 되어 시원하게 잘 잤습니다.

Ok hotel

One night at this hotel. Its ok. I think its almost a new one. I was the only guest there. Nothing close by. I walked to shopping mall and it took me about 40 min I think.
Have 7/11 close. Took taxi in the morning to the airport. 10-15 min and little over 100 bht.
