Check in was easy. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was tasty. Only negative is that my room smelled of stale cigarette smoke.

This was a disappointing experience, Even for a budget airport hotel. Staff were not willing to help with anything at all. We left our room for two days and returned to find our dirty dinner plates still in there! We had to hire a travel plug for 30 baht per hour. They couldn’t call a cab for us and required a 200 baht room key deposit. Don’t book this hotel

Cheap but far from ARL station.... appears to be close on the map. But a lot of street dogs activities at night as well.
Ended up had to take a taxi to get there.
Entire facility is clean including the room.
But check in process took 20min just wait 2 others in front of me. On top of check in procedures, Issuing hang writing receipt of Key deposit, shuttle bus payment etc. Reduced air-conditioning and Keep ringing telephone, no Clark answed.... very irritating experience.
Just want to give everyone a heads up, consider taxi, shuttle bus fee, far from nearest ARL station will cause additional expenditures.
For the record, room itself was clean and comfortable.

Rude staff, purchase 2 room, 2 people in each room. They wanted to give me a 3 person bedroom, with an additional cost of 400 per night. Why would I choose to do that? Does not make any sense to me. Had to aruge for something I already prepaid for.

Pretty close to the air port (~150 tbh) and perfect for a night stay before heading out. Easier to travel from this location than from downtown Bangkok for an early flight. This place was perfect ! Clean and comfy beds. Wasn’t there long enough to check out what else the hotel had to offer.

Terrible place 3 miles from airport

Contrary to hotel claim, there was no wifi in the room. I think if your room is close to lobby, you might get wifi signal in your room. Hotel is not very close to the aitport and even the taxi had,a hard tine finding the back alleys to get there. No ATM machine nearby - closest one is abiut one KM away. There was no hand soap in the room. Hotel has two washing machines but no dryer. There is a good tv in the room, but the TV sugnal was extremely grainy and it was hard to see the picture. The hotel has facility to call a taxi.

Less like a hotel more like the YMCA

The Suvarnabhumi Oriental Resort is less like a hotel and more like the YMCA. We did have a triple room (one double, one twin bed) and the room size was OK but the check-in took too long and paying a deposit for the key when you've already paid for the room is terrible. This is not located on the airport perimeter as it seems to appear on Google maps, although that's not their fault. Taxi driver had difficulty finding it even though it's only 3km from the airport. Restaurant full of plastic table and chairs and we had to order a meal from a limited menu, which actually tasted fine. The biggest problem was the bathroom which smelt of the sewer. The smell was so bad I couldn't even have a shower in it. TV reception was poor so you can't really watch anything and fridge is empty (it switches off when room key is removed). Reasonable rate but I would probably choose a proper airport hotel next time.

Transit hotel but isolated

The hotel was clean enough, but the TV did not work and the although the fridge was new, once it was plugged in would not turn on. Maybe a faulty plug? our friend in a different room had the same experience.
The airport shuttle was on time and very convenient.
This hotel is a long way down a small street, so once you are there you are effectively trapped, with no access to restaurants or even a 7-11
There is a restaurant on site. Very overpriced and only so-so quality food.
We will choose a different hotel the next time we need a stay in Bangkok.

Cheap hotel near Suvarnabhumi Airport

Altogether a not well maintained hotel in soi3 Lat Krabang, not easy to find.
After check in the room could not be opened from inside, had to change the room.
The fridge didnt work, the tap was leaking, the aircon was very loud but worked well.
The breakfast was unsuffizient, the toaster was dirty, the slder was gluey in a way that the toasted bread could not slide anymore.The coffee was a somehow dark fluid, hardly similar to a regular thai coffee.

Actually the hotel cannot be recommended, in the area are many much better places to stay.
Ok, the room rate was low....

You get what you pay for.

If you want to nap before getting on the plane, or chill out near the airport, then this is your place. The location isn't that great, but I felt safe in my room, and it was clean once you got to the hotel.

Kamers smerig, drie kamers aangeboden waar muizen keutels inlagen, vrije wifi moet je 50 bath per 8 uur voor betalen, taxi naar de luchthaven zou 150 bath zijn ze hebben geprobeerd om mij meer te laten betalen, omdat ik de enigste gast was, geen ontbijt sevice. 공항에서 매우 가깝다.
밤에 도착해도 체크인이 용이함.
욕실이나 침대 청결은 그냥 쏘쏘여서 기대하는걸 추천 않음.
밤비행기 타고서 방콕 도착했을때, 공항에서 가까운 숙소가 필요하다 하는 경우, 잠시 들르기에 최적인 추천하는 숙소입니다

อยู่ลึกในซอยแคบ หายาก ซอยตัน เข้าออกทางเดียว, เช็คอินได้ห้องไม่ตรงกับที่จอง (แต่โชคดีได้ห้องใหญ่กว่า) เพราะมี 3 ตึกติดกัน-ใช้ชื่อต่างกัน 3 โรงแรมแต่เช็คอินที่เดียวกัน ห้องอาหารใช้ได้ แต่พนักงานหญิงต้องปรับปรุงการต้อนรับ,การบริการ,จิตบริการ,ภาษา ฯลฯ เพราะไม่ช่วยเหลือ,ไม่ยิ้มแย้มและไม่เต็มใจให้บริการเลย ณ เช้าวันที่ 17 กพ.62

Dårligste stelle i Thailand

Som jag redan sagde första gången var detta ställe något av det sämreste jag har varit med till. Ingen intresse i att hjälpe till. Man skulle fråga dem om de ville göra rent. Man kunne gtå ca. två kilometer till närmaste jeepney stelle ingen ville ringe äfter en taxi. Bara deres bemötende var helt uacceptabelt. Jag kommer med säkerhet aldrig der mera.

Ｕｓｅｄ　ｔｏ　ｂｅ　Ａｉｒｙ　Ｈｏｔｅｌ．
While Many \"Changed Name\" accommodation exist, this property made quite successful in quality.
It's worth trying.
And Frontdesk staffs are all excellent, day/night.
Definitely stay again.
