Nice pool area, good breakfast options, and very easy to get food deliveries. I think the Wi-Fi is better in the nonsmoking tower. Our Wi-Fi was pretty good, but heard the smokers complaining and read prior reviews.The AC unit worked very well, but they tend to have some plumbing issues. The on demand water heater was great. I could not use the pool area at all as the time I went down to sit by it- I couldn’t breathe with all the smoke surrounding me and there were always a lot of smokers down there.

The hotel is convenient to the airport. We stayed the first night after our arrival in Bangkok and the night before departing Bangkok. The bathrooms are showing signs of aging, but the beds were comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Room was clean n quite spacious. The supplied toiletries were basic but adequate. If only they could mount the shampoo n body wash on the wall, it would have been better.

Users intended to stay here must tolerate the noisy environment, where you could hear the conversation next door (fortunately my neighbours were merciful) n the dragging of chairs plus sound of numerous door opening n closing. It would affect the sleep quality.

The bar served delicious food n reasonable prices.

All in all, for that price I felt the hotel was good. Thank you Cozy Blu

Rooms were not repaired to standards, and were infested with ants.
Wifi in one of the buildings was constantly on and off.

Second time we have stayed here in past year. Close to airport and has all the hotel amenities you need including a pool. Only thing it needs is a better gym. Not enough basic equipment The hotel is located in local area meaning local restaurants, stores and a Muay Thai gym located within walking distance.

Beautiful hotel, location is a bit far out, nothing much around apart from a gorgeous cafe next door.
Pool is lovely, balconies are pointless as 90% of it is taken over by a AC extractor, rooms are not very clean but amenities are decent.
Great place for a quick stopover, not somewhere I’d like to stay more than a day/night.

BUG INFESTATION. if I could leave a 0 star review, I would. This hotel is the worst I’ve ever stayed at. Upon leaving our baggage in our room to step out for dinner, we return to find ants crawling ALL OVER AND INTO our luggage. The hotel’s initial solution was to offer to spray everything down with ant poison, which we did as we did not want to track bugs back home. We requested a refund directly with the hotel and through our booking partner but the hotel denied both us and our booking partner a refund for this stay. We didn’t get to our new room until 5:21AM, and as we were waiting for our new room, there was a dog fight of 3-5 dogs that broke out outside of the lobby in the middle of the night. This hotel is also in the middle of nowhere and there are many large guard dogs in surrounding properties making the area un walkable for non locals. If you have ANY other options for places to stay, I’d urge you to choose those over this place. Abysmal service, awful amenities and worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

The room was gross, ants in the bathroom and I didn’t feel comfortable walking barefoot. The shower was tiny and felt dirty. The bed was extremely hard and the kind was two fulls bed together so you could feel where one bed starts and another begins. Worst of all the person who checked me in was so rude and rushed me away. So glad I was only here for one night. You get what you pay for though.

Stayed here for 1 night - It was very average, but the plus is that it is located 20 mins away from the airport.

The receptionist was rude - As soon as I checked in, the lady at the reception was on her phone and did not greet me with a 'hello', 'welcome' or 'how are you'... just the receptionist looking down at her phone and saying 'show me passport'. She then proceeded to tell me my room was on the 6th floor and failed to give me directions to the lift which you have to access by coming back outside and entering the building from elsewhere.

The hotel is average, and the bathroom is not great - It is located far away from the main road, so you have to order food.

There were also guests playing loud music at 4:30 am.

Would not recommend.

What ia unique is the pleasant staff willing to help with all your little needs like extra towels or adjusting your booking to yhe days you like. Free breakfast was surprising and plentiful. My only concern was that I use very little salt, and Thai stir-fry has an abundace of the stuff. So be prepared. It was a pleasant restful stay!

I had just arrived Suvarnabhumi airport and then on to the hotel in a taxi which was at a reasonable price as the hotel is six kilometers away from the airport which is really good as there is no noise from the flight paths of aircraft. It is a new modern hotel.

It is located in an isolated place from a town, walking 25 min to 7-eleven. In 2-day stay, I saw ants on my bed, table and the floor. Luckily it was gone very next day. Coffee pot wasn’t clean and overall, I would say satisfactory bc of friendly staff.

Was okay for a night after long flight to BKK. Very basic. No soap and 3/4 of toilet roll issued. Some staff were friendly others not so much. Bar was empty bust extremely expensive for Thailand. Bottom sheet had stains on it but gave benefit of doubt it had been washed. pictures of hotel did a very good job of making the hotel look better than it actually was.

It's very clean, quiet and the staffs were friendly.

The only thing which I was not too happy about was the disagreement on the pricing for the first night. I arrived at the hotel at 1 am in the morning on 4/19 forgetting that I won't be able to check in the hotel until 2 pm on the 19th. I had to book an extra night on the spot when I arrived. The guy said they have room for me at 1,200 Baht which was more expensive than I book online for $941. I had some chats with the guy for a few minutes and he asked me if I want to book the room or not? I said of course I want the room and I'll pay for the price as asked but I will write a review about it. Then, he went on to help other and came back to me a few minutes later and said he charged me for 1,000.00 Baht. Still a little more than what I booked online. I was not happy because I felt that they were trying took advantage of my situation. I can understand if there were demand for the room but there was no other demand for the room at 1 am in the morning which is half way through the day already. Just because of my mistake they have the opportunity to earn money for that room. I was upset because he asked me if I want the room with his tone of voice. Of course I want the room. Where would I go as a woman at 1 am in the morning with the unfamiliar place? Also, it wouldn't make economic sense to go elsewhere. 1200 and 941 is not a big amount of money but this is about behavior and morality.

Great choice for one night stay close to airport

I chose this hotel because my flight arrived at BKK airport at 1:30 am and I just wanted to sleep over for the night before I started driving to Pataya the next day. It served the purpose well. It is close to the airport and the room is clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was surprisingly good, and the price was great.
This is not a luxury hotel or a place you want to chose for your stay in Bangkok. Chose this place only if you want a very short stay close to the BKK airport and don't care about amenities or surrounding area.
