The room was perfect in every way!

The staff was kind, courteous, and really helpful. I needed a taxi to go on a tour, and they were able to make all the arrangements and for the airport.
The food was good too.

Overall our stay was good. The property is a little bit older it seems but, it was kept clean and tidy. The lady at the check in was very nice and polite but, the two other ladies I dealt with during the stay and during check out were not exactly the epitome of nice or polite. There is definitely enough to do and eat around the hotel. It is very convinent if youre going to BKK but obviously not if youre looking at going more inner city as it is a bit of a drive.

Convenient for airport

We stayed 1 night before getting a flight home. Our room was clean but was not inviting.Ours ovelooked the car park. We slept and showered, checked out. The pool.did not appear clean so we didnt use it. Breakfast, we only
drank the coffee as the hot food was cold.
The outdoor seating area near the canal is nice and relaxing .
The airport transfer is good value £200 baht.

The canal is a nice feature but a lot of mosquitoes because of it, bring some repellent. Food was good at the bar/restaurant but a bit expensive. Breakfast was pretty good but no bacon or ham unfortunately but was still good enough for our 2 night stay. The staff were lovely, the hotel is down an alley from the main road but there's lots of restaurants and a nice mall not too far. Overall 7/10 for me but stay only for a night or two.

Pool access room was very spacious, comfortable beds and pillows. Horrible smell from the bathroom. Complained twice, they offered room spray which didnt help the problem. Should have insisted to move rooms but was too tired from travelling. Mold in areas of bathroom and toilet leaked onto floor. Not sure what the smell was, perhaps sewer? Lovely resort situated along the river. Very convenient to airport and walking distance to shopping mall. Didnt have time for breakfast but looked like typical buffet thai style with nescafe coffee. Would I stay again, no.

Relaxing stay only minutes from BKK airport

Relaxing resort-style atmosphere, enjoying incredible Thai food outdoors along the Klong. Friendly staff. I guess I chose the lower-cost room as it did not have much in it. Just a lot of empty space. There are many restaurants and shops in walking distance. But we stayed and chilled at the resort.

Hotel was beautiful, the room was big, and the pool view is awesome! The only thing I have a problem with is the smell as soon as you enter the room. Once you’re inside, it doesn’t smell as bad. The bathroom smell too when you turn on the fan.

My husband and I checked into Arnanta last minute after our flight got delayed, there were so many great food and drink options at the restaurant to enjoy either by the pool or down by the river. It felt like a lovely Santuary and was easy to forget we were so close to the airport. The room was spacious and comfortable. The shower was not hot however we have found that to be a recurring theme during our stay in Thailand so may need to be something that is expected. It was also very easy to arrange a shuttle to the airport for when needed, we would gladly stay here again.

We stayed for a few nights with our family because of the great price. For the price, it was what we expected. The rooms were mostly clean, but one of our rooms had a serious mold problem. The wall was covered in mold and the smell was very strong.

There’s a large fridge in each room, but no cutlery. When we asked for a knife to cut the fruit we purchased, staff would not give us one!

Shower pressure was very low, and only luke warm.

The pools were great, staff very friendly mostly and helpful to arrange food delivery and taxis.

The area is very close to a shopping mall, restaurants, 7 eleven, and a grocery store.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but this is not a long term kind of place, and you get what you pay for.

Nice rooms with balconies facing the swimming pool. Great for entertaining the kids. Nice restaurant next to a small klong. The seating for the restaurant is next to the Klong so it was nice. They provided transportation to the Airport for 200 baht a couple. Friendly staff. No complaints!

Well managed hotel very close to the airport that features a large pool area shaded by palm trees creating a nice oasis for relaxation. My room was just a basic room, large size, very clean and comfortable. Staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Hotel is a short walk to a shopping area with multiple food options. They also have their own restaurant. Good choice of a hotel.

So this place has ants crwaling all ever the wall. Plus mosquitos in droves. Imuar have been bitten at keast 50 times if i had know it was by a large pond i never woupd have booked there. The food not good at all. Back avout 20 years ago it was a nice hotel. Not so much any more..

When we first pulled up in the alley (the entrance to the hotel) it was a bit scary. The place is tucked in, away from the busy street but not far enough to walk to the main street. The hotel was pretty decent, it has a lot of charm and its pretty unique. The room is a good size but the bed is a little too firm for me. I wish the staff at the front desk were a little friendlier. Overall, it was a good experience.

Beds are typical thai beds so they are very hard. Wish I could find soft bed when traveling to Thailand. The location is nice and quiet. Not many people to bother you. It is real close to the airport. They have a shuttle bus that will take you to the airport for Two hundred baht.

My wife and I loved this hotel. The room was large with nice views of incoming planes, airport link, railroad, the canal and the pools. The room had a rainfall shower and comfortable bed. The pools, there are 2, were amazing. A Koi fish pond with waterfall was a nice touch. We stayed here on our last night in Bangkok and will definitely consider it again in the future.

My favourite place to stay near the airport. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are large compared to other hotels close by. Kettle in the room is a bonus. Staff spend all day cleaning the grounds and attending to the gardens. Pools are lovely. Paseo mall is a 10 minute stroll. Just stayed for my 5th visit at Aranta, wouldn't stay anywhere else

Aranta Airport Hotel was conveniently located close to Suvarnabhumi International Airport. Aranta more provided what you would need for a one-night stay hotels on a transit trip: a hot shower; a comfortable bed; friendly staff; and sufficient electric plugs to charge all the electronic gadgets we travel with these days). We arrived late and left early, so I can't comment on the pool (which looked nice) or the restaurant. The one critique my friends and I had is that our rooms were all extremely musty when we first went in--though the rooms looked clean, it didn't smell it. It took a while for the smell to go away after running the air con at high speed. For electricity efficiency purposes this makes sense, but I would recommend at least running a fan or airing out the rooms for expected guests to avoid the musty smell. Otherwise, convenient and affordable for a quick stayover in transit.

Transfer from airport did not happen as we did not have a phone to call them, transfer back was fine. check out a bit messy, only then we were told we had free water in the room (cost was listed on the mini bar menu), offer that morning staff had made was not passed on to night staff (lack of communication). Would not stay there again but hotel is OK for cost.

We always stay in Aranta when we come and go to Bangkok and it never disappoints us. The one thig this time was though, that the pool was heavy chlorinated, so to swim was not so pleasant.On the plus side, flying for 10 hours, getting picked up from the aiport and then sitting at the river ,eating our first Thai meal again in peace and quite is unbeatable.

I unfortunately would not recommend this property to anyone! They charged my friends $800 baht for a taxi to a mall downtown, and then on the way back the taxi charged them only $250 baht.
It's says on my hotels app (which I sent my sister a screenshot of) that the airport shuttle is free, and they wanted to charge them $200 baht each.
My sister and two friends went out instead and grabbed a taxi for less than $70 baht for all three of them to the airport, and were so happy they gave the driver a $50 baht tip.

This hotel is great value for the money. It's a lovely property and nicely maintained - beautiful landscaping. It is a short distance from the airport. I recommend that you include the delicious breakfast and efficient shuttle service in your price. Also, make sure that you get instructions from the front desk regarding pick up from the airport.

The Paseo Mall is less than 10 minuets walk with Starbucks, supermarket, McDonald, restaurants, banks, money changer and etc. Lat Krabang station is 30 minuets walk which I don’t recommend. Ok hotel for transit

I am disappointed at how the staff handling checkin. I purchase a package of 1 night stay which includes breakfast and hotel shuttle service to the airport. The reason to stay at this hotel is because of the location that is about 5 km to the airport. During checkin, i was informed that shuttle bus service is not included and there is 200 baht additional fee. She said i paid 1100 baht through hotel bed. I was disappointed as the total cost i paid was about 1500 baht via Expedia. I asked to canceled my stayshe refused and said i had to confact Expedia myself. I had no choice but to stay and accept the additional fee. However the situation got worse she assigned the room in the bulding that there is ongoing construction which is very noisy. I came back to change the room. Then she feel bad and offer a complimentary shuttle bus. I don’t understand why she put me at the noisy aweful room in the first place while she has rooms available in the other building. Also the new room wasn’t an upgraded one either. I will not fnd a different hotel to stay next year when I return to Thailand

Really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Reception and staff were really polite and friendly. Well organised hotel. Room was large and liked the Thai decorations, hard to find now. 10 minute walk down the road is a large shopping centre with McDonalds, Pizza hut, Tesco's etc. The guy that took my bags to the room explained coffee and tea were free and 2 bottles of water, anything else you pay for. Looking forward to my stay for 4 nights on my return. Only thing, only 1 pay tv chanel I could watch
