The place was absolutely terrible. The room was cleanish but the amenities in the room were really old and tin really bad conditions. There is an armchair that looks like it was picked up from the tip, the bed was the most uncomfortable bed ever, sleeping on the floor would have been better

Location suited as being close to airport and close to two golf courses I was playing. Bit unclear at airport re pickup but nice other operator got me sorted quickly. Easy access to a main street with shops and places to eat drink and be merry. Nice varied breakfast. Would stay again.

Perfect spot to stay if you have a late arrival, or early departure. The 24 hour airport shuttle is very convenient. 2nd time staying here. I stayed in the newer part of the hotel, which was quite nice. Restaurant on site serving Thai and western meals. Would gladly stay here again.

For the rate I’m paying, it’s a good hotel. I liked the airport transfer, the staff is good. The food was fine but the trainees are still confused on how to serve guests. Other than that, it’s also near 7-11.

The room is in good condition. Staff is polite and can speak English. Glad they have free airport shuttle bus. However, washroom drainage is a little clog. It took a little while before the water subsides. Also, nothing to hold on to in case you slip. Towels meed replacement due to overused.

Solid location next to airport for that early morning flight. Streamline service. They were able to accommodate a 4:30 am shuttle with ease... and breakfast packed.
The staff was excellent and treats you like first class.

The employees were courteous; breakfast is really good. Although the old building that we were at is outdated, bathroom is small and tight. I extended my stay because of an unfortunate event and because we have to check out and check back in luckily, we were transferred to the new building, I didn't know there is an annex building. It was so much better. We enjoyed our stay for additional days. The restaurant that they have is okay, lots to choose from between Thai food and international menu.

Smell in a bathroom was like someone never used flash from toilet. We can not sleep whole night in such smell.
They did not allow us to enter breakfast room until 7 am, but some Asian customers were allowed to enter earlier.
Water hose in bathroom was very short and we can not take a proper shower. If it was upgrade, than what was the regular room ? Poor guests

We booked 4 rooms. We were very pleased that they were all together on the same floor but one had a broken bathroom window, one smelt so bad occupants had to be moved, one leaking toilet, one was perfectly fine. The mattresses were so hard that one of our party hurt their back and suffered all the home on a 13 hour flight. Having said that the staff were lovely. The food was excellent in the restaurant. Be aware that we had to pay 2000 baht deposit in cash again any damage.

The airport shuttle was exactly what we needed! The hotel will give you instructions where to go in BKK. You will talk to a shuttle coordinator there who will call the hotel and then take you directly to the shuttle when it arrives.

Check-in is at noon, which allowed for an afternoon nap and shower after LONG flights. Breakfast buffet is excellent with both Asian and Western options including fresh fruits and veg.

The hotel is easily within walking distance of a big 7-11, massage place, local market, etc.

If I ever fly through Bangkok on a layover in the future I will without hesitation come back to this hotel.

Stayed in room 419 on a layover for one night. Better hotel overall then the last I stayed in. Free shuttle was nice but only from BKK. Room 419 smelled of sewage from shower drain. I put a towel over the drain to help but still the bed sheets smelled of sewage. Shower water was only a trickle. I never asked to be moved as it was late arrival and early departure. I mentioned the smell at check out but lady didn’t seem to respond to my feedback. Maybe cause of language barrier. Taxi from other airport costed 1500 baht. Bolt for some reason would not work due to connection error. Ultimately I spent more on time and taxies then the airfare to just fly into BKK

We got in late and just needed a place to rest after a long haul flight before going to Phuket the next day. Nothing fancy, but it’s clean and reasonably priced with shuttle to hotel from airport. Staff were also were quite helpful.

Looks good from pictures. Lobby and pool are decent. Shuttle to and from and location are good - close to a local market and a decent mall nearby.

Once in the hallways and rooms, smells of raw sewage. Shower in upgraded room is challenging to use. Step into it is over 2’ and unless you are <4’ tall, can’t really use it. The water runs too hot and the bath water only runs cold. And there are no shower curtains so the washroom floods.

Beds are funny thin mattresses on boards.

Staffs are nice and helpful as always. The room sewage system needs improvement for sure. The bathroom smell pretty bad. The rooms in the old building needs new showers fixtures. The design of the toilet which is right by the door when you open the door half way the door hits the toilet so if you are a huge person you will have a hard time getting in and out of the bathroom. There lots of huge mosquitoes flying all around my room since there is a huge gap at the door and pipe in the bathroom. I don't think they spray around the hotel to decrease insects. The driveway to the hotel is being renovated so the front of the hotel will look nicer but the rooms are still outdated and need improvement especially the bed and bathroom fixtures. The air conditioner unit is cool but need regular maintenance to avoid water from dripping all night for me. I use the towel for the water. We stay for two nights this time. Some room is better than others. As I said on my previous review it is a good location for short stay. The bed is pretty hard and pillow is soft but the bigger pillow is for decoration is pretty dirty with stain. I don't think the pillow case get much cleaning. Short stay is ok. Don't touch anything inside the fridge, you will need to pay double. You can set items aside or ask the front doesn't to have them removed so you have more space for your own use. You can get any beer from a corner store after the local market when you walk in the back street from the hotel, Soi 30/1

My family and I truly appreciate all the friendly and accommodating staff and free shuttle service from/to the airport, front desk, baggage service (help carry bags and/or store them post-checkout if there’s a later flight), and store/dining areas. We chose this place for its reasonable price and close distance to the airport. We were surprised with a free deluxe room upgrade, complimentary rose chocolates, and a voucher who their snack shop.

Our room was very nice and huge—it had all the amenities (toothbrush/toothpaste, shampoo conditioner, body wash, etc.). we needed for our stay. Things to note: The bed was very firm to what we are used to back in our home but adequate enough for us to sleep on (maybe it’s standard since it was like that in the two other accommodations we stayed at prior). The tub is pretty high, and some people might have difficulty climbing into it. The AC was pretty loud, but we were so tired we slept through.

We enjoyed their complimentary breakfast buffet that had a variety of hot American and Asian breakfast items, coffee & tea, and salad & fruit bar.

I feel like we got much value from our stay. We’d go back there next time we are in Bangkok! :)

During our stay, we were genuinely impressed by the amazing staff, delicious food, and impeccable cleanliness. However, we struggled to get a restful night’s sleep. Unfortunately, the mattress had a bar running down the center, and the only power outlet available was for the TV, making it challenging to charge our phones for alarm clocks and to use my CPAP machine. Additionally, all the pillows were overly stuffed and uncomfortable.

Despite these issues, we found the free 24-hour shuttle to be a significant advantage, making us consider returning in the future.

Everything was great for our quick stay by the airport before flying to another location. The transportation service was easy and convenient. The room was clean. The bed was firm, which is what I prefer. The breakfast included was AMAZING! That was my favorite part. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Nearby marketplace for food and drinks. Near 7-eleven and Cafe Amazon and other restaurants for food. 20 minutes walk to Robinson mall. Near BTS airport link if you want to take it to the main center of Bangkok like Pratunam shopping area and central world. I took the local motorcycle ride for 30 Baht to take me to the airport link Lat Krabang train station. Or you can let the hotel call a taxi for you and your gang.

Staffs are helpful and friendly as usual. I stayed here every time I arrived and before I leave Thailand. It located near the airport and it has free shuttle to/from the airport. It has 7-eleven a block from the hotel and Cafe Amazon among other restaurants and local food market. Robinson mall with food court and other shops are about 20 minutes walk if you don't want to wait for the local transportation or if you don't have Bolt and Grab app.

Ideally close to the airport. Our room did have a strong sewage smell in the toilet but we sprayed some perfume around and kept the air con on. Food was excellent and the staff were friendly.
