It's a little challenging to find the airport shuttle, but go to entrance three or four and you'll see a bunch of signs with hotel names. Had to wait a half an hour for the shuttle, but that's okay. Nice restaurant.

It s ok for one overnight transit. Close to airport, basic, not expensive! Bit run down but clean. Service was good and pleasant at the front desk. Area ok .
Only downfall they don t answer emails or answer the phone so impossible to organise shuttle from airport so just take a taxi , it s cheap anyway. Good shuttle though to go to airport.

This was a good transit hotel not far from the airport. The shuttle leaves every 30 minutes which was great. The hotel seems to have been refurbished with a new look. The AC was cold, shower was hot, and the internet worked well. I'd stay there again if I'm just passing through Bangkok.

Mediocre at best

It was a little bit confusing, figuring out how to get the free shuttle. I had tried to call the hotel but none of the numbers worked. I asked that an information booth and saw there was an area where you stood and waited, which I did and it worked OK it got me to the hotel but then when I got there I had to have someone help me get the air conditioning to work. The deadbolt on the door did not work and the water in the shower was not hot. I was only there for a few hours as I had to leave for the airport at 1 AM for a 3 AM flight but really all I wanted was a comfortable bed for a couple of hours in a hot shower and I got neither.

I am going to tell you what I wish someone would have told me before I booked this hotel.
Shuttle:
I don't know if the provide the shuttle to the \"hotel\", it was confusing as they don't have a phone number to contact them. They do have a shuttle from the hotel to the airport it runs every 30 minutes our was like 15 minutes late to the airport. I took a Grab from the airport, just make sure you go to the right place to get the Grab.
Property name,
When you arrive to the property, it is not called BS Residency rather it has another name, beware.
Check in,
It was raining very hard, where the Grab dropped me was another lobby look alike and nobody was there. It had a sign saying \"follow the walkway\" talking about super confusing info. There is one to the left another to the right. They need it to specify an arrow in what direction.
It was 2 building away from there.
Room:
They have everything you need, the AC works good. The room was clean, there was a fridge. They also have telephone you can call the front desk if you need to.
I think the room was too pricey for what you got.

Never again. Gave this place another chance but not again. The room was in the old building, con webs, unfinished paint job, stains and spills on the floors, mosquitos everywhere. Bed pushed away from the wall, squished mosquitoes on the wall, and to top it off the Very LOUD music booming from the night market. The old building is full of staff accommodation or something so you don’t even feel you are in a hotel. The new building is fine, but BEWARE, you might get stuck in the old building! Check your room first!! We will not stay again, lots of other hotels with airport shuttle.

Worst experience, ever! The check-in process SEEMS smooth. Once I unpacked my luggage and jumped into the shower, we found that hot shower water was unavailable. I called to lobby and sent a manager who cannot speak English. He couldn't fix the water boiler, so we had to re-pack and move to a new room.

The new room was in terrible condition. Very different from the first room (including furniture and cleanness). The worst thing was that there were hundreds of mosquitos in the room. I went to the lobby again to request mosquito killer spray. But they gave me an \"air freshener\" spray. So I had to go to the lobby again to request the right one.

During all processes,
1) nobody sincerely apologizes for the inconvenience,
2) male manager in the reception was even RUDE and yelled at me.

I had to comfort myself by saying I only stay here eight hours..! Everything will be okay after eight hours....!

Good enough for what we needed for one night

We were there only to spend the night to go to the airport in the morning. I really don't have any complaints about the staff (they were friendly and helpful), location, size or cleanliness of the rooms, or anything of that sort. In fact, the layout of the rooms is optimal for what I look for in a hotel room: mini-fridge, large counter, seating area for writing, patio, tv, decent sized closet (for staying for longer than 1 night), good sized shower, good water pressure, strong a/c, and clean. That said, the beds are too firm; it's feels like the bed is a piece of plywood with some minimal cushioning on top.

The only real complaint I have is that the hallways of the complex are filthy and covered in city-related soot, likely from years of fumes and general disregard of the buildup. It looks like they haven't cleaned the building in years, and it felt like a grimy motel in 1980s Brooklyn. They really need to hire a cleaning crew to pressure wash the hallway floors and walls, clean the grime off of EVERYTHING, and give the place a general touch-up. I'm not a picky guy, and generally I would ignore a detail like this, but it was remarkably filthy. I took a shower in the morning, but walking through the hallways and taking the elevator downstairs, which smelled like urine, made me feel gross.

The shuttle was on time, accommodated everyone who needed it, was time-efficient, and free for guests.

I'd recommend this hotel, but it needs exterior cleaning and new mattresses.

We have stayed at the old property many times, liked the small pool and lovely bar. Now that they have moved, it isn’t as warm and inviting. The bar looks like it’s not ready to open, slippery floors around the pool. The beds are hard as a rock. Although it’s more modern etc, our room was tiny and I had booked a pool view, and ended up with one facing another building. They said I had booked a room at the old hotel which was false. Just didn’t like the new place and we will probably stay elsewhere next time.

The front office staff was not helpful, very rude. (She would not give me her name). Never had a Thailand experience like this. We had set up the night before to be taken to Don Mueang airport -little over a hour away. In the morning we are waiting in lobby and the front desk person was just ignoring us and the shuttle drivers was just sitting behind counter eating. I thought He was going to finish eating then give us a ride. Finally she said she talk to the lady that checked us in and said sorry she made a mistake (waited 40 minutes for this answer). Then they said they would call us a cab. Waited another 45 minutes and no cab. Just to find out they did not call for cab. Over 1 1/2 hours wasted made us missed are flight. Also Place is still under construction, would not recommend staying there

I have stayed here before when my family was flying through BKK. The proximity to the airport is nice. We didn't mind the rooms we had in building 2. Those beds were very comfortable. I stayed in building 4 this time around. You have to walk around back to get there which smells like garbage. The room was much worse than in building 2, more run down and not nearly as clean. It's not a bad place to crash for a night while waiting to go to the airport, but I wouldn't recommend this as a place to stay longer than that.

A few years ago I wrote a review recommending this property for short term stays near BKK airport. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend BS Residence.

First was an issue with the airport shuttle. When it arrived I asked that is wait for two minutes for my wife to return from the bathroom. She arrived in less than two minutes, but the van left without waiting, causing us to wait over 30 minutes for the next van, even though we were told the van would wait. There were no other customers.

The hotel room itself is spacious, the bed was comfortable, and we had a nice poo view, but the room was infested with mosquitoes. We killed nearly 70 of them (yes, we kept count). I brought this infestation to the attention of the front desk and was told that they would take care of it, but they did not. Mosquitoes are the main carrier of dengue fever, including hemorrhagic dengue fever, which is fatal.

The other issue was the bathroom. It looked like it had not been cleaned in years. There was soap scum and mold in the shower. The shower ceiling was moldy and disgusting. The tile in the bathroom was filthy. The hot water did not work. Based on the condition of the bathroom alone, we will not return to this hotel. This is not the first time we have encountered these conditions at the BS Residence.

This hotel is tired and in need of significant renovations. The walls were dirty and the sheets were stained even though they had been washed. Towells were also a bit old and tattered.
We had organised a hotel transfer from the airport.
The sign was difficult to find and there was nobody from the hotel waiting. We waited close to an hour before anyone from the hotel arrived and even then there was minimal information. The return transfer was much better organised. Transfers were free.
The hotel is a cheap hotel close to the airport that targets budget travellers.

How can this proorty be given a 3 star is a joke. Rooms are dirty bsthroom full of mould, hair on bed in bith of our stay. This review is for their standard room that is in the same building as the reception desk. The only good thing about this hotel is it provides airport shuttle. The bad: AC didn’t work, there is mold in the bathroom, shower curtain is nasty, old looking bath towels, no elevator (we got a fourth floor room...), building and room looks run down and in need of serious update. Also, the hotel seems to be next to a night club, so you will hear loud noises at night.

This Hotel is near shopping, night market,etc. All staff here are very friendly and helpful. There is a Taxi service here with reasonable prices. The swimming pool is large and has a wading pool attached for children. I have been staying at this Hotel many times since 2015 and have found the Hotel to be a very good one indeed.

For one night waiting on a flight connection the next day it is okay. The room was basic but sufficient, the cleanliness was acceptable, but the staff lacked the usual Thai charm but were okay. There was a mini bus to airport which saved the hassle of getting a taxi but it’s only 150 baht for one. There is a typical Thai market nearby which is worth a stroll through or having some street food, there was also a bar beside the motorway slip road. There is also a small pool with an on-site restaurant. Breakfast was sufficient but nothing too exciting. I was attracted to the hotel as some reviews said it was a year old, I’ve stayed in similar newly opened hotels in Thailand which surprised me what good value and standard they were, however, this was not the case as it looked tired and in need of a freshening up, which includes bedding and towels.

Get what you pay for and no surprises.

We were upgraded to a room overlooking the pool. As it was a cheap room and I was not expecting anything spectacular, but it served it's purpose as a one night stay with an early morning flight. The staff were very friendly and offer a free almost hourly airport shuttle throughout the day and night. The pool looked great, although I didn't have time to swim in it, and there was also a pool side bar and restaurant. Marketland is in front of the hotel, where you can try different local street food. There is also a 24hr restaurant on the main street to the right, and a couple of restaurants a block or two on the left.
There was a few Bobby Pins left on the vanity unit, which made me question the cleanliness, but overall would stay here again if I had early morning flight.

Great transit hotel close to airport

My family and I stayed in a family room for a one night stop over before travelling on to Hua Hin. The included pick up at the airport was fine, if a little slow. Check was easy and the receptionist was friendly. The family room consisted in a double room with a connecting twin room, which was ideal for use as we were traveling with our teenage son. The rooms were both quite large with balconies overlooking the pool. On the whole the rooms were quite basic but the beds were very comfortable.
We had breakfast included which was limited in selection but more than adequate for our needs. The transfer back to the airport was on time, quick and efficient. On the whole I would say this hotel met all our needs perfectly and I would highly recommend this hotel for a one or two night transit stay.

Wide spacious room provided; reasonably clean and overlooks the pool. Breakfast was good, varied and adequate. Only the internet was bad, 2G and tough to get connected

All was as expected. I potentially wasted up to 40 minutes when was waiting for the shuttle bus: I called the hotel and was asked to wait but it was not very clear I needed to contact the hotel stuff at the airport. Be sure to contact a hotel representative at the airpot, find them. Do not just stand and wait even if you called the hotel.
