This was the ideal hotel to stay in with 24-hours to wait ahead of a long haul flight. Rooms are a bit sterile but clean and very well equipped. The inclusive breakfast was excellent. The pool area was the perfect location for both chilling on a lounger, but also configured for a serious training swim too. Staff were perfect and an informal pizza lunch in the outside bar area was delicious. The grounds contain beautiful specimen trees, landscaping and evidence of good biodiversity. The free shuttle to the airport was greatly appreciated. We had a wonderful 24hrs.

What can I say, that I haven’t already? The staff are 10/10 all of them are personable, friendly, and have the 100% hospitality culture attitudes

I have stayed here so many times and will continue to return and recommend this gem of a resort to others.

The room was excellent, got an upgrade overseeing the golf course, the bed, so comfortable. The breakfast was complementary and well presented daily. Dined at the restaurant almost daily and had room service on one occasion. Good food, presentation all 10. Excellent gym and facilities.

Walked around the area to a 7-11. Passed many mega mansions along the way.

This resort is very affordable for all it offers. A great escape or a place to decompress after or before a flight! ❤️

The hotel’s location near the airport is very convenient, and overall the stay was fine. The staff were helpful and everything worked as expected.

However, the rooms and facilities are much older than what is shown in the photos online. The pictures give the impression of a newer, more modern property, which was disappointing upon arrival. If the actual condition of the rooms had been accurately represented in the photos, I likely would have chosen a different hotel.

That said, it’s acceptable for a short airport stay, but updating the photos to reflect reality would help set proper expectations.

Got to the property to have a good night sleep before an early flight, however we woke up at 2 AM with ANTS crawling all over the bed! I thought it was bedbugs, however when the light came on we could see the ants. We called reception and they sent a maintenance worker with bugs spray (!) after a little haggling he went out and replaced the bed sheets (not the pillows…) needless to say that we couldn’t get back to sleep. All the receptionist had to offer in the morning was:”I’m so sorry…” didn’t even comp the bottle of water we got from the bar for $6 !

This is an absolutely beautiful property, the staff were all courteous and welcoming and Paul was a gem and upgraded us to a two bedroom space. The breakfast was fantastic, many options to choose from. The pool was a welcome respite after a long journey. Would’ve loved to have stayed for a few more days and hope to be back one day. 10/10 would recommend.

First of all, my review of the check-in says a lot. The room had a strong sewage smell. We waited a long time before the man at the front got us a different room, and then that room was not the same view, etc. Our lock on the new room was not working, we had to exchange keys and that still didn't fix the problem, the shower fixture leaked a lot, and the bathroom floor flooded with just a regular shower, no one answered the phone at the front counter three different times...we won't be back. Very poor.

Fairly close to airport; the staff seemed unable to deal with a double room that the hotel wrongly listed as a single adult. Kept calling to check—also confused about our reservation for airport shuttle although I’d confirmed it a couple of times. (Woke us up a 6 am to find out WHAT shuttle we were taking—even though I’d confirmed the 10 am shuttle a couple of times.)

Expedia charged me for the room but never paid the hotel, so i had to pay the hotel twice. In the 4 days i saty here i tried contacting expedia via email at least 8 to 9 times not a single respond from expedia .this is the last time i use expedia me, my company and family. It such a relaxing and peaceful place to stay with family and kids. There are many sports courts and few different facilities like gym, sauna, pool, golf courts, tennis, basketball and more.

There are 2 malls nearby in only 15-20 minutes a way from the hotel.

The food was so delicious and many options for choosing. We loved breakfast and dinner here a lot!

The price was also reasonable.
Housekeeping was very nice and did such a great job cleaning our rooms plus they were very friendly.

F&B department and the front office, there were some of the staffs that seemed not that friendly and had some attitude when I and my sister asked for services during our stay, but the rest of hotel staff were very nice and friendly.

The golf course is under good management, and the design of the golf course is grand. The room we stayed in is spacious, comfortable, clean and tidy with a wonderful view of the golf course. The breakfast is fine, pool is big, and the gym room is good enough for muscle training. All the staff are friendly and helpful. We are coming back soon.

Eastin Thana City Golf Resort is a beautiful resort, the scenery is amazing, the pool is incredible and the staff is very pleasant, polite and keep the place running smoothly. The check in and check out was very fast. The breakfast was great with a large selection of hot and cold food and it has a great view of the golf course and pool. I only stayed one night on my way back from Koh Tao but I will be sure to stay here the next time I am in Bangkok for a longer time.

Lovely piece of property away from the hustle of downtown Bangkok. Although 40 minutes away from the city transportation into the city was accessible and cheap (about $20 Cdn). The staff were lovely. We opted for the breakfast plan which had a variety of tradional Thai and western options. The premises is really pretty. The facilities are great, pool, gym, spa etc.

Nice hotel in general and you can’t complain for the price including breakfast, cleaning could be allot better especially in the rooms after a week our room was filthy and only got a quick clean daily when it needed a wipe down etc.. Breakfast was good. Location isn’t great if you want to be in the city but handy for the airport, spent a fortune in taxis. Breakfast is ok limited options really. Pool area is nice.

Eastin Thana City is an amazing place to stay. The staff is excellent and nice, although there was one woman in the front who was a little difficult on the phone and was not like the other very kind employees. Everyone else was very friendly and helpful. An IT gentleman even brought us an HDMI cord when we needed one! The gym and breakfast are great, and the room is clean and pretty. We will be back!

We picked this location for its proximity to the airport and great gym. We were pleasantly surprised with the beautiful food, gorgeous grounds, and lovely pool. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal. We cannot speak to the other dining options as we did not eat there other than breakfast. The pool was wonderful and the gym was quite large with a great diversity of new equipment. I only wish that they would allow 24 hour access to the gym as people traveling are on different clocks. We would highly recommend staying there.

Very bad experience… we stay there because the shuttle to the airport… is a myth is not working we need to ask a taxi that the hotel provide us… at first was the double of price but never arrived and we didn’t have a choice so we order…never came we almost lost our flight.
They were saying lies and lies because they forget to ask the taxi.

This is a world class property. The facilities and staff are excellent. My only drawback is the resort is pretty far from activities to do in Bangkok. If you don't have a car with you your access outside if the property is limited. And getting back, especially if you're staying out late is not easy at all. I enjoyed staying there for a couple nights, and the golf course is a lot of fun. But I wouldn't stay longer than 2 nights. You can feel stuck at the resort

This is a very solid choice at a good price within 30 minutes of BKK. Lovely pool area and especially large gym. Restaurant serves good asian food at reasonable prices. It takes about 45 minutes' by Grab taxi to central Bangkok, expect to pay around 400 baht to the airport and 600 baht to Bangkok in a grab. I will stay here again.

It did not appear when I checked in that they kept track of my previous visits, some of the staff however greeted me and were very welcoming and remembered me from the 5 weeks last year. This is a great spot to visit and golf. Pool is always clean and breakfast very tasty.

Not as good as it used to be unfortunately. Staff is very friendly and polite and facilities are fantastic. Perhaps management and staff have changed as there are a lot of issues that could be addressed and hopefully will be. Check in and check out was very slow, the key card to the room did not work, the hot water did not work 2 days in a row (they did fix it but still a bit of a hassle), the balcony door lock was broken so the room was not secure, they do not offer early morning transpo options and the once gold standard of buffet breakfasts, was a mere shadow of its former self. There used to be several protein entrees and now it is more vegetarian and seafood oriented. The omelets were great and there was a decent selection of salad items and fruit, but everything was not in the immaculate shape it was even a year ago. Hopefully it does not continue to deteriorate. I have been coming to Thana City for years and disappointed to see the changes. The golf course is immaculate, fantastic to play. However, course management leaves a lot to be desired. They will let people make tee times when there is no way you will tee off on time or even be able to finish your round. When you make a tee time, be sure to check if it is crowded before your tee time and do not play on days they have functions. Be sure to ask as about that as well because they do not tell you when you book. Thana is still a favorite place to go, but the rating is more of a 7 or 8 than a 10 nowadays.

This hotel property is beautiful and it is secluded. It is also great for those who love golf and love quiet areas. It is family friendly. The staff and service was awesome. Our eight year old plays golf. The caddies were excellent. The breakfast is good and is open until 11 am, so it is okay to sleep in.

The hotel was very spread out, so you either needed to walk a bit or request a golf buggy. The beds in the room were horrible, felt like concrete. The staff at check in seemed to rush through, not allowing for any questions we had and seemingly wanted to get rid of us. We booked for the proximity to the airport and for the airport shuttle, we wouldn’t have done this had we realised the shuttles very limited times of departure. The hotel is also not as close to the airport as it seems, there is definitely closer. If you want to wander off the resort, you’re probably best off getting a taxi as it’s quite a walk. The food at the splash restaurant by the pool was nice. It’s worth noting the menu online is not up to date, they did however go off menu for us.

It’s on a golf course and not close to anything. We took a Grab to leave as only option for food is the resort. Booked as thought it was closer to the airport but it’s not. Pool is wonderful but should be better accessible to the rooms. If you’re going there for golfing then it’s perfect.

Just stayed one night before our flight home as the Thana was close the airport. It was perfect as there was lots to do as we completed our trip in Thailand- great pool , gym , massage available, golf restaurants and a helpful staff as we needed to leave at 4am - they arranged breakfast to go and transfer to the airport at that time. Not much around the facility and far from downtown Bangkok if you need those options.
