Amazing hotel with a friendly, welcoming staff
My family and I loved our stay here! The staff was extremely helpful and kind, and we throughly enjoyed the large breakfast every morning! The room was very clean, and the location was nice and relaxing. It was a short drive from the beach, but it was nice to be away from the busyness of the town. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Passamos dias incríveis, o local é de fácil acesso, bem próximo a praia da Paúba, inclusive, eles emprestam kit praia composto por cadeiras e guardar sol ou na própria praia da Paúba tem a barraca do Anderson que eles possuem parceria.
A estrutura do hotel é excelente, escolhemos o Ciribaí principalmente, porque tinha locais onde meu filho poderia brincar, há um espaço reservado com brinquedos infantis, há também brinquedos na parte externa e a copa Baby para apoio no dia a dia para esquentar comidas ou preparo de mamadeiras.
A comida do restaurante do hotel é muito boa, recomendo que peçam, no período da noite, eles levaram a comida no quarto, o que é uma praticidade
quando estamos com criança.
A piscina tem água aquecida, excelente para aproveitar após a praia.
O hotel é muito limpo em todas as áreas, o serviço de quarto é muito bem executado, as meninas estão de parabéns.
O quarto tem boa cama, bons travesseiros, haviam amenities como shampoo e sabonetes.

Só não dei 5 estrelas pq durante a estadia apareceu no quarto 2 vezes barata e eu tenho pânico 😱. E sou intolerante a leite e derivados e se comer passo mal e teve batata doce um dia e eu comi sem saber q tinha cido feita com manteiga, sabiam q havia um hóspede intolerante e achei desnecessário ter feito com manteiga, já q eu tive pouquíssimas opções sem leite, tive q levar opções como leite vegetal e iogurte vegano, pq não havia disponível.

Hotel com grande potencial em ser bom, porém, deixa a desejar. Cama desconfortável, a acústica entre os apartamentos é horrível e isso faz com que seja extremamente barulhento e bem ruim para dormir, senti saudade da minha cama, experiência que nunca tive em hotéis, visto que sempre vamos para ter uma noite de sonhos. A piscina é “vendida” como aquecida mas não se engane rsrs de aquecida não tem nada, bem gelada inclusive. O café da manhã é ok, nada de extraordinário, pão e frios, e dois bolos que comemos os dois dias (sim, serviram o mesmo bolo, já estava até seco de passado) o restante, não senti gosto de nada, tudo sem sabor, sem tempero. TV’s velhas, revivemos o DVD haha, sim, em 2024. Ou seja, é bonito, tem potencial, mas deixa muito a desejar.

O atendimento da copa / Restaurante do hotel é péssimo, atendentes atrapalhados, não marcam seu pedido, entregam errado, não efetuam o pedido na cozinha e o cliente fica aguardando sem saber que nem fora solicitado seu pedido. Tive 3 problemas, um pedido que não foi registrado e não foi feito, um pedido de lanche que veio errado no quarto e depois de 50 minutos tive que intervir e não foi dado baixa no lanche errado em minha comanda, e depois um pedido de fritas que tbm não foi executado. As pessoas do restaurante reclamando da demora, um família se queixando pois a criança já estava chorando de fome pela demora de 1:45minutos para um prato. Inaceitável. Somente duas pessoas para, atender, marcar, servir, limpar, e preparar no balcão as bebidas e o hotel completamente lotado.

Razoável, nada de incrível mas atende bem os requisitos básicos, ponto alto para o serviço de praia com boas cadeiras e guarda sol. E limpeza boa. Café da manhã bem básico. E poucas opções de refeição no local. Porções e pratos adultos com a mesma quantidade de um prato kids que custa bem menos. Área kids muito boa. Muitas baratas no piso de deck ao anoitecer, encontramos uma no banheiro. Precisa de dedetização urgente.
