O hotel é impecável. Todos os funcionários que falamos foram simpáticos, especialmente os do restaurante e os do café da manha, que inclusive era fantástico e os doces, um melhor que o outro.

A suíte era espaçosa e sempre bem limpa, com ar condicionado que gela bem e chuveiro com água quente e fria


A piscina era sensacional e a prainha bem calma, bem tranquila e sem barulhos externos.

Poderia estacionar no estacionamento do hotel (28 reais) mas fora também tinham vagas que se estivessem livres, poderia parar lá sem problemas

A academia era um pouco pequena, mas funcional.

Adoramos e nos hospedaríamos novamente com certeza!

O hotel é lindo, o quarto tem uma sacada grande, com vista linda. A proposta é muito legal, mas o serviço deixou a desejar.

O banheiro estava com muito cheiro de urina quando chegamos, a cama não estava arrumada (pasmem), estava somente com o lençol de baixo e minha filha dormiu em um sofá cama que também não estava arrumado.
Na primeira noite, dormi sem a roupa de cama, não estava com roupas da trussardi como anunciado no site. Quando reclamei sobre a cama, a camareira falou que estava lavando e arrumaram apenas na segunda noite.

Cobram R$200 POR DIA pelo pet e não deixaram o kit pet. Tive que solicitar e só entregaram na segunda noite.

O café da manhã era bem servido, funcionários simpáticos. Já o jantar, teve um rodízio de japonês, logo que chegamos solicitamos temaki e falaram que tinha acabado.
No outro dia, pedimos um peixe, veio totalmente sem tempero e cru.

Resumo: a estrutura do hotel é maravilhosa, mas no momento, estão bem ruins de serviço, organização e treinamento de alguns funcionário. Uma pena!

A equipe é impecável e as acomodações também. Sofremos um pouquinho com a acústica do quarto por conta de outros hóspedes, mas a equipe foi super atenciosa e solícita para solucionar o problema. A hospedagem foi com meu bebê de 7 meses, tivemos apenas uma dificuldade com a acessibilidade para locomover o carrinho, mas a estrutura do apartamento foi incrível. Recebemos berço, banheira e todo o aparato para cuidar e oferecer conforto ao meu bebê. A praia próxima ao hotel é maravilhosa e o restaurante muito bom. Vale a pena demais. O único ponto negativo, como já pontuei, foi a acústica. Talvez se as janelas forem a prova de som, todos os problemas são resolvidos. Parabéns a todos que fazem parte da equipe.

O hotel é atendimento são muito bons, porém o quarto achamos pequeno e não condiz com a estrutura do hotel. Banheiro pequeno, pouco espaço e apertado. As 2 TVs ficam travando direto, controle do ar-condicionado não funcionava, enfim, vários detalhes que poderiam ser resolvidos e que não achamos que condiz com o valor pago na diária, poderia sem bem melhor.
Falei na recepção para ver se tínhamos uma outra opção de quarto e o recepcionista não fez questão nenhuma de nos mostrar outro layout (nem se pagássemos). Do restante, a comida do restaurante é excelente e piscina boa também.
Foi uma boa estadia mas não voltaria a ficar nesse hotel novamente.

O hotel é incrivelmente lindo, moderno, novo. Pegamos o quarto com jacuzzi, muito conforto e completo. Porém deixou MTO mas MTOOOO a desejar no atendimento. Apesar de todos simpáticos, pareciam despreparados, no café nao era atendida, nao recolhiam sujeira e não ofereceram cadeirao pro meu bebe. Tudo muitooooo demorado, muitas coisas do cardápio esgotadas. Pedi para trocar a roupa de cama do berç umas 4x. Então falta preparo para melhorar o atendimento. Infelizmente não achei que valeu o valor cobrado, nao me senti em um hotel 4/5 estrelas. Era meu aniversário nem feliz aniversário recebi haha. Mas melhorando essa questão, no geral é um excelente hotel, estrutra e quartos muito bons.

O hotel é novo, arquitetura moderna e charmosa. Pegamos quarto com banheira na sacada, muito confortável, piso aquecido, chuveiro bom. Café da manhã ótimo, várias opções. Tem acesso direto pra praia mas não tem muitas cadeiras na beira mesmo, a acomodação maior de espreguiçadeiras e sofás fica no bar que é logo após a faixa de areia, mas é muito bom também. Valores do bar normais para praia/hotel. A piscina tem um visual incrível com a borda infinita mas poderia ser mais quente. E o quarto merecia telas mosquiteiro para pode deixar as janelas abertas sem se preocupar com os borrachudos. O arquiteto do projeto certamente nunca passou um dia em Ilhabela pra cometer tal descuido. De modo geral o hotel é ótimo

Prós: Estrutura linda com uma bela vista para o mar. Ótimo café da manhã. A estrutura é moderna, especialmente nas áreas comuns. A cama é muito confortável. Tem cadeiras numa area privativa com vista para o mar e acesso direto a praia do Veloso.

Contras: O serviço, em especial o do restaurante, não acompanha o nível da estrutura. Os atendentes são queridos, mas falta o profissionalismo que a direção deveria ter treinado neles. Em várias ocasiões, para conseguir fazer um pedido, tivemos que levantar e ir até os garçons para sermos notados. Trazem a comida, mas esquecem os talheres; fazemos um pedido e eles se esquecem de repassar para a cozinha. Nesse sentido, o atendimento do restaurante parece mais o de um hostel do que de um hotel dessa categoria.

Além disso, a comida do restaurante não justifica minimamente o preço cobrado com a exeçao do cafe da manha que é maravilhoso. Pedi um risoto mas veio de baixa qualidade (feito com arroz comum, e não com arroz arbório ou carnaroli), assim como um filé que veio com um molho saboroso, mas a carne estava super passada. Na hora do pedido, o garçom sequer perguntou o ponto da carne. Para almoço ou jantar, é melhor se preparar para comer fora.

Nos banheiros, seria interessante substituir os mini frascos de shampoo e os sabonetes de uso único por dispensers mais ecológicos.

Tive uma das piores experiências em um hotel que se apresenta como de categoria luxo. Desde o início da estadia, diversos problemas comprometeram o conforto e a qualidade dos serviços.
No primeiro dia, o ar-condicionado do quarto não funcionava corretamente e não era capaz de refrigerar o ambiente. Informei a recepção sobre o problema durante o jantar e, ao término, fui comunicado de que a situação havia sido resolvida. No entanto, ao retornar ao quarto, percebi que nada havia mudado. Como resultado, passei uma noite extremamente desconfortável. No segundo dia, o problema foi parcialmente solucionado, mas voltou a ocorrer no terceiro dia, o que demonstrou a falta de manutenção adequada.
Outro ponto negativo foi o café da manhã. Em períodos de alta ocupação, o hotel não tem estrutura ou capacidade para atender dignamente seus hóspedes. O buffet oferecido tinha qualidade inferior à de hotéis de padrão médio (3 estrelas), além de não suportar o grande fluxo de pessoas. Diante dessa situação, solicitei que o café da manhã fosse servido no quarto. Contudo, o pedido foi negado sob a alegação de que deveria ter sido feito no dia anterior. Como seria possível prever essa necessidade com antecedência, sem conhecer a situação de caos que se apresentaria?

As instalações dos quartos são boas com uma pequena cozinha boa limpeza, porém estrutura de piscina e praia deixam a desejar . Excelente hotel pra descansar e curtir a natureza

Hotel pé na areia, fantástico. Totalmente integrado à natureza. Pegamos um quarto com jacuzzi, ideal pra relaxar ao anoitecer, com vista para o mar. A piscina também uma delicia, climatizada. Mesmo com vento, ficamos super confortáveis dentro dagua.
Decoração do hotel muito bonita. Funcionários da recepção e portaria super educados.
A praia é pequena. Mas tranquila e muito bonita.
O café da manhã é ok. Nada muito especial. Mas com boa variedade de doces, salgados e frutas.
A minha única reclamação é com os atendentes do bar da piscina e do restaurante que fica na praia. Garçons totalmente despreparados, meio perdidos, principalmente do restaurante que fica pé na areia. Inclusive, a comida desse restaurante em um dia estava maravilhosa e no outro, mesmo pedindo os mesmos pratos, a qualidade desapareceu. Ao reclamar com o garçom, o chef ficou bravo com a nossa reclamação e disse que estava tudo certo. Porém, o próprio garçom reconheceu a falha e foi falar com o gerente, que nos deu razão.
Mas, foi a única experiência ruim da nossa estadia.

O hotel é lindo, ótimo café da manhã e todo o pessoal é muito educado e muito bem treinado. Para melhorar ainda mais a experiencia das hospedes, poderiam pensar em uma solução para aumentar a o número de cadeiras de sol em volta de piscina que realmente estava em número pequeno para a quantidade de hospedes. Café da manhã também é de ótima qualidade porém a reposição é bem lenta, tanto dos alimentos como dos utensílios. No mais, nossa estadia foi perfeita. Em relação ao hotel, tudo excelente! Refeições, atendimento, conforto. O unico ponto que realmente foi decepcionante foi a acessibilidade! Praticamente nenhuma, começando pela entrada do hotel que possui uma escadaria e nenhuma rampa de acesso. O acesso a praia tambem foi prejudicado, pois que tivemos que ir pela rua, porque a calçada tambem não cabia a cadeira de rodas do meu filho e foi bem periogoso. Mas caso esse ponto seja corrigido e um ponto de preocupação dos proprietários sem duvida voltariamos.
