Good room helpful staff wonderful varied breakfast fantastic swimming pool I enjoyed after a hard day at the beach.Easy to get a bus to my favourite Sao Sebastiao beach Praia Do Gueca.About 1 mile walk to car ferry Balsa free for foot passengers to/from Ilhabela.Then many buses up/down to beaches my favourite Praia Do Curral.Recommended.

Lovely pool and garden.

The hotel is more a motel but adequate. The garden and pool area are really nice and look out on to the bay. The breakfast was good and the view from the breakfast room looks out over the pool and gardens. It’s not too much of a walk to the recreation park and historical centre, where you can find lots of restaurants.

Sad we couldn't stay longer to enjoy the facilities. Clean, safe, near center of town and ferry. Very helpful, friendly staff. Breakfast was full of choices. Beautiful courtyard/pool, looking over ocean.

I was only in this hotel for one night. It was a very average hotel but it had a great breakfast buffet and the staff was very nice and helpful. Some even spoke English :) I would go back if I was doing a short stay in São Sebastião.

Gostamos muito da localização, tem vários restaurantes pertos e um supermercado ao lado.
Acomodação limpa e um bom café da manhã.
Porém, o quarto é antigo precisa de modernização, Tinha uma tomada disponível apenas e a TV era de um modelo bem velho.

Hotel simples porém acolhedor e muito confortavel. quartos muito amplos e limpos, roupa de cama cheirosas, banheiros muito limpos. café da manhã excelente com muitas opções de pães, bolos, sucos e frutas. Salão de jogos com bons equipamentos para diversão, proximidade com muitas praias lindas de São Sebastião e região, excelente localização, próximo a mercados grandes como Pao de Açucar. TODOS os funcionários extremamente gentis e solicitos.
O único ponto que, no meu ponto de vista, precisaria de uma modernização é a piscina adulto, ela é toda muito funda, sendo o mais raso com 1.55m se não me engano, e o mais fundo com 2m e pouco. Mesmo sabendo nadar é desconfortavel a parte rasa ser tão funda, as crianças acima de 7 anos não conseguem aproveitar. A piscina infantil é rasa demais para eles e a adulta é funda demais. Valeria uma reforma nas piscinas para que fiquem com o padrão da maioria dos hoteis, propria e segura para todos os hospedes. A area das piscinas é ótima, seriam um atrativo a mais a questão da profundidade das piscinas.
Pretendo sim voltar, é uma excelente propriedade!

incrível, chegamos um pouco mais cedo do que o check-in que era 14h e eles providenciaram o quarto antes por volta de umas 11h e foram muito educados falaram pra agente ir para a piscina enquanto terminavam o quarto , ofereceram toalhas para ir pra praia

Gostei muito da visita a este hotel, quarto confortável, ótimo atendimento, só o ar que às vezes demorava um pouco para gelar, mas fora isso, fiquei muito satisfeita. Fiquei apenas de sábado para domingo, mas por causa da localização em que o hotel está situado e o próprio hotel, posso garantir que será um prazer retornar.

O Hotel e as instalacoes foram dentro de nossas espectativas. A limpeza do quarto nota 10. Tudo funcionando. Lado bom é que para quem fica na parte de baixo, o carro fica na porta do seu quarto, o que facilita muito para descarregar e carregar as coisas. Ponto negativo é que nao tem praia perto que chega a ser uma ironia, pois o hotel é pe na arreia.

Serviço de quarto não foi feito, não foi manifestado em nenhum momento sobre a limpeza.
Quarto é confortável, Wifi como em 95% dos hóteis é pura ilusão, diz que vc esta conectado na rede, porém não existe conexão com a internet.
Café da manhã é bom, senti falta do pão de queijo que não tinha.

Hotel bem localizado, na Av. principal, com vários supermercados, lojas, restaurantes e padaria próximo.
Unica coisa ruim, é que não tem como fazer check in (antes) ou Check -out (depois) dos horário, sem pagar mais uma diária inteira.
