The property was extremely tired and run down and did not reflect how it was advertised on the Expedia website. We paid extra for a spa bath which when we turned it on, filled the room with the smell of sewage- we obviously therefore did not use it! Our room smelled damp and there was evidence of mould on the ceiling in our room and in communual areas. The furniture was battered and broken and the shower rusty.

A lovely place to stay in Ilhabela
I traveled with a couple and their 2 young children. We found the hotel to be perfect for our needs. The location was ideal - a beautiful view and we never needed our car when we were there - great beaches are across the street and several good/very good restaurants and shopping are easily walk-able; the hotel's food was also very good; the pool is very nice with food and drink right there; the hotel helped us to find a great jeep tour to the beach on the other side of island that at a fair price (he turned one down that he thought was too expensive); the service at the hotel was friendly and attentive. My only complaint was that we could easily hear the people next door through the ducts but part of that issue was a very, very loud family whose teenage children and mother yelled everything but since it only really bothered me while sleeping and it was late on our last evening, I didn't say anything to the front desk - they may have been able to change the situation.
I would stay here again without hesitation and truly hope that I have the opportunity to return someday.

Senti falta de um profissional mais atencioso na recepção o atendimento pareceu um pouco forçado, sem muita preocupação com o hóspede.
Por outro lado, o hotel em si é maravilhoso muito bonito e bem limpo. O café da manhã é bom, mas poderia melhorar na qualidade dos bolos. Os quartos são bem confortáveis e a localização é ótima, sem dúvida.

Tivemos 2 problemas e foram resolvidos. 1- quarto que estava na foto do hotel.com não era o que colocaram a gente ( a varanda tinha um paredão, mas era pq colocaram a gente no térreo. Acho q devem adicionar fotos desse quarto para não terem mais problemas) eles resolveram depois do meu marido reclamar e colocaram em outro quarto. 2 - banheiro estava entupido e logo que falamos já resolveram.

Tive problemas no check-in queria ckbrar para uzar o qurto conjugado, dizendo que teve erro do hotel.com que mandou a reserva so para 2 pessos e quem tinho que resolver usso era eu so que logo em seguida chegou outro cliente com o mesmo problema ai o gerente autorozou a entrada porque os valores estava correto para 4 pessias.

Tivemos problemas com vazamento de água de chuva dentro do quarto, me mudaram para outro quarto que tinha o mesmo problema e nada foi feito. Fiquei indignado, tivemos que conviver com a cacheira particular dentro do quarto. Detalhe a direção do hotel nem pediu desculpas pelo ocorrido e nem fui procurado pelo episódio. Lamentável isso ocorrer. Pagar por uma estadia e ficar a derivara, literalmente. Não recomendo e nunca mais volto neste hotel. Tem pousadas de valores inferiores, que são melhores.

Pontos negativos: tudo muito antigo, precisa de reforma, reparos, acústica zero (da pra escutar tudo dos quartos vizinhos, barulho da rua), no hotel tem um mirante e vc vê a parte de trás dele, está bem deteriorado, com caixas d’água muito antigas e sujas, paredes com muito mofo.

Ficamos hospedados no hotel, existem quartos mais novos mas estava lotado e eu fiquei nos mais antigos. Então posso falar destes, o banheiro é antigo e o quarto também, e tudo limpo mas antigo. O chuveiro é bom, não tem elevador então se você for com idosos fique de olho são muitas escadas. O hotel é de frente ao mar e a praia é boa para banho, o bar do hotel é terceirizado , os funcionários do hotel são gentis e prestativos .

A estadia foi incrível o quarto e o banheiro grande. A academia achei okay, porém o ar condicionado é antigo e estava com uma fita isolante e um fio pra fora no encaixe da tomada, o que não me deu segurança para ligar, as instalações são antigas, a sauna da medo de ficar dentro, sala de jogos e brinquedos pras crianças achei okay, piscina, ofurô muito bom, preço das coisas no hotel são bons também. Café da manhã fraquinho, o pão de queijo não fica em uma estufa quente o que deixa ele duro, não tinha tapioca, achei que pelo preço da diária o café da manhã ia ser melhor.

Hotel com otima localizacao, otima vista, porem com instalacoes antigas, limpeza que deixa a desejar, moveis velhos. Os quartos que ficam no predio ao fundo sao velhos com moveis velhos, o hotel possui um predio ao lado que é novo, porem segundo os funcionarios, as suites comportam somente casal.

O hotel precisa urgentemente melhorar seu isolamento acústico dos quartos. A primeira noite não consegui dormir devido ao barulho dos hospedes do quarto ao lado (lamentei o problema nao ter sido resolvido depois que alertei a recepção, pois viajamos 12 horas de carro para chegar a Ilhabela) e tambem pelo barulho da unidade externa dos ares condicionados. Os ovos mexidos do café da manhã não tinham bom aspecto e um dos dias tinham algumas manchas escuras (comida iniciamos pelos olhos). Acredito que alguns ajustes do café da manhã o tornará perfeito.
No mais, bom hotel. Equipe simpática, segura do que faz, agradáveis, educados, gentis, boa higiene (camareiras são muito boas).

Mesmo sendo apenas 1 diária gostaria de pontuar que o hotel está de frente a praia, apenas atravessar a rua e já é o mar. Tem uma piscina muito boa, hidromassagem, sauna salão de jogos, e o melhor que o café da manhã é super caprichado com produtos de qualidade e ótimo atendimento.

A minha estadia não foi nada boa. Ficamos no quarto mais caro do hotel. Era meu aniversário. 1o dia ar condicionado quebrado. Detalhe: na suíte do quarto mais caro um ar condicionado Velho todo amarelado de tão velho e quebrado. 2o dia trocaram o ar. 2o e 3o dia faltou água quente no quarto. Disseram que foi problema na bomba de água. Quando chegamos no 1o dia, banheiro que possui banheira de hidro estava com cheiro de mofo. O hotel precisa urgente de reforma. Os funcionários são prestativos. Educados. Gentis. Fizeram de tudo para nos ajudar. Não são os culpados. Mas as instalações do quarto principal do hotel são péssimas. Estão Velha. O café da manhã é bem mediano para o valor da diária. O hotel parece mal cuidado. Ou seja, tivemos uma experiência bem ruim e nada foi feito pelo hotel para ressarcir isso. Outro detalhe. Minha filha de 9 anos dormindo teve uma lagartixa caindo no rosto dela. Ela acordou gritando e não conseguiu dormir mais. Lagartixa no quarto era todo dia. Esse caiu no rosto dela. É preciso que o hotel tenha mais cuidado. Nos sentimos enganados e lesados.
