The pools fed by the waterfall made Hotel Mercedes stand out from anywhere else. Be aware that bad weather can effect the use. There was torrential rains while we were there, the pools had to be emptied and cleaned, but the couple days being able to use it were worth it.
There is some snorkeling under and beside the dock. Visibility is poor. Don't make snorkeling the reason you come.

Everything was perfect. The hotel is beatiful, has a beach just in front.
When I get they I realized my tire was flat. The guys from the hotel took my car to fix it while I was out in a boat trip, they were simply amazing.
Very good breakfast.
Their restaurant water front is also very good.
Prices are not cheap but it worth it.

The area, the people and the hotel itself were awesome.
The hotel has a restaurant and a private beach. The food was fantastic and the beach is clean and well taken care of.
I recommend this hotel to everyone wants a get away from life stress.

Very nice hotel in the Northern Beach area

The Hotel Mercedes is a great older hotel, almost like a castle built into the rocks. The hotel is older but is in a quiet section of the island. They have a nice pier and swimming pool on the ocean and have great views from both. The breakfast buffet is nice and you are within a 10 minute walk of several other beaches.

Equipe do restaurante que agrega o hotel foi bem hostil. O Hotel em si é bom, café da manhã bom.
Porém a piscina fica agregada a esse restaurante e tivemos sérios problemas com a equipe do restaurante, inclusive a gerente dele.

O quarto é bom, a equipe muito atensiosa , emprestaram pratos e talheres, são solicitos.
Alguns pontos a melhorarem, o hotel é bem escuro, minha mãe tem a visão reduzida o que dificulta muito pra ela a locomoção, a sala de jogos é super escura, a noite quase não da para jogar ping pong porque não da para enxergar nada.
A escada do deck do mar é bem ruim, inclinada praticamente, degraus sem adesivo antiderrapante , e alguns até estavam limpando no dia, só limbo, bem dificil o acesso.
Eu fui em um outro hotel em ilhabela, e eles tinham alguns colchões de eva amarrado no pilar do deck, acho que seria uma boa opção para quem quer curtir o mar e ficar tranquilo ali na praia, sem precisar ficar nadando, porque ali é bem fundo.

O hotel é bem antigo, mas muito bom em infraestrutura, principalmente o deck externo. Porém deveriam rever o enxoval, toalhas pequenas, lençóis e camas desconfortáveis. O atendimento da equipe é maravilhoso e tb muito limpo. Gostamos muito.

Tive um problema no estacionamento. Entreguei meu carro em condições normais e recebi com pneu furado 2 dias depois e só me avisaram no check out. hotel não arcou com despesa alguma e não deram nenhuma satisfação. O manobrista foi bastante prestativo e ajudou na troca do pneu. Não voltaria mais nesse hotel nem recomendo aos meus amigos que frequentem também. Se quiser ir num de melhor qualidade em todos os aspectos, procurem pelo Vila Salga.

Hotel parou no tempo.

Não visitava o hotel há alguns anos e me surpreendeu a estrutura interna, principalmente em relação ao quarto. O banheiro escuro, com itens desgastados, roupas de cama bem velhas. Não entrega o que se cobra pela diária.
Minha sensação é de que focaram na atualização da área da piscina externa e restaurante e esqueceram do principal, o hotel.

Boa estadia. O quarto era antigo (ala antiga do hotel) porém reformado. Tudo limpo e relativamente novo. As piscinas internas e partes do hotel estavam em obras. Excelente café da manhã, piscina aquecida, deck privativo e praia particular foram os pontos fortes. Tive apenas um problema com esquecimento de um óculos de sol no salão de jogos que nao foi recuperado até o momento.

Não fiquem na suíte master duplex!

Me hospedei na Suíte Master Duplex do Hotel Mercedes, o quarto mais caro do hotel, e minha experiência foi simplesmente desastrosa.

Em três dias:
•O ar-condicionado parou de funcionar QUATRO vezes. No verão. Em Ilhabela.
•A jacuzzi na varanda, que era o grande diferencial da suíte, não funcionou e soltava muita sujeira. A manutenção ficou quase 3 horas tentando consertar, e no final admitiram que não sabiam mais o que fazer.
•Wi-Fi não funciona no quarto com cama de solteiro, onde o ar-condicionado ainda está funcionando. E na suíte principal (onde deveria ser confortável), estou suando na cama enquanto escrevo essa avaliação.

Paguei caro por uma suíte para quatro pessoas sendo que éramos apenas duas, buscando conforto, exclusividade e uma experiência especial. No fim das contas, fiquei assistindo técnico entrar e sair do quarto no meu último dia, ao invés de aproveitar a viagem.

E como cereja do bolo: tentei mandar um e-mail de reclamação pro endereço que me passaram e ele simplesmente não existe.

Me senti feito de otário.
A expectativa era de alto padrão. O que recebi foi descaso, estrutura precária e falta de respeito com o cliente.

Hotel 10/10 uma estrutura incrível, muitas opções de piscinas, a piscina que fica dentro do hotel é linda demais, com água verdinha e muito instagramavel.
A estrutura que fica na beira da praia junto da piscina e restaurante também é incrível, beleza surreal, por do sol lindo no deck, a estrutura do hotel realmente é muito linda e instagramavel.
Quando vamos em direção ao quarto os corredores parem cavernas.
Apenas o café da manhã deixou a desejar, é bom mas poderia melhorar.

O hotel é surpreendente! Na chegada fomos muito bem recebidos, e nos foi apresentado todo o hotel. O quarto era reformado, cama confortável, chuveiro e secador maravilhosos! A piscina com água de cachoeira é linda e fica quentinha mais a tarde, a praia e píer está ao atravessar a rua e tudo muito bem cuidado. Ele é mais bonito pessoalmente do que nas fotos! Atendimento e estrutura merece 5 estrelas.

Adoramos nossa estadia durante o final de semana em que fomos. O Hotel sem dúvida um dos melhores de Ilhabela, bem localizado, enfrente a praia com bar/restaurante e toda a infraestrutura necessária para garantir o conforto aos hóspedes. Os funcionários são bem educados e muito prestativos.

Praia “quase” particular.

Hotel com estrutura de praia e piscina excelentes, um Deck maravilhoso. O restaurante, com poucas opções, é com custos elevados. Hotel está passando por reformas de algumas áreas, a piscina interna não estava sendo utilizada. Café da manhã muito bom com variedade. Camas ok ! Toalhas precisam melhorar “ásperas”, travesseiros precisam trocar.

Falta de tomadas no quarto

O local é maravilhoso e muito tranquilo, o único problema que enfrentamos é que o quarto tinha apenas uma tomada de carregamento para o celular. Eu e minha esposa precisamos revezar durante a noite a carga dos smart fones e dos Apple Watch. Foi um transtorno ter que acordar 3 vezes durante a noite para trocar os celulares do carregador

Excelente opção para Ilhabela

Hotel muito bonito e com várias instalações. Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos, em especial a Alessandra e o Thiago com quem tivemos mais contato. Localização do hotel é boa em relação às praias do norte, mas ruim para opções de restaurante, usamos aplicativo para entrega de refeição em alguns momentos.

Área de lazer muito boa.

A área de lazer do hotel e muito boa, piscinas internas, e frente mar,
Os quartos , pelo menos o que fiquei são mais velhos, ficamos dois dias tomando banho c água fria mas depois resolveram, para o preco que cobram da pra melhor muito os quartos. Abaixo do desejado.

Único ponto negativo foi funcionários batendo na porta para fazer reposição de frigobar conosco no quarto (muito inconveniente).

Excelente estadia

A estadia no hotel foi excelente.
O hotel tem tudo. Piscina natural com cachoeira no fundo, piscina de frente pro mar e deck exclusivo na praia.
É um lugar pra se ficar sem se preocupar com os demais passeios da ilha.
Se a idéia é se hospedar em Ilhabela pra curtir os outros passeios da ilha, nesse caso acredito que esse hotel não é uma boa pedida, pois irá perder todos os atrativos do hotel.
Como o preço é alto, é um hotel pra voce entrar e aproveitar tudo dentro dele.

Sinal do wifi é ótimo, café da manhã muito bom com muitas opções para intolerantes a lactose.

Unico ponto negativo que posso deixar é que o quarto tinha apenas uma tomada.

O hotel é bem localizado, razoavelmente limpo, mas é velho, precisa de uma repaginação, ficar mais moderno e falta muita manutenção. O atendimento em geral deixou a desejar. O café da manhã em termos de produto é razoável, porem achei que deveria ter melhor regras de higiene principalmente nesta época de pandemia. Os alimentos no self service não estavam cobertos atraindo mosquitinhos... reclamei mas não entenderam, então falta treinamento. Poucos funcionários ou falta de funcionário treinado no café da manhã. A área de laser, piscina e deck OK. Por fim, a fachada do hotel está antiga e não condiz com a recepção e o interior de pedras que é muito bonito...

Foi Ótimo. Porem quando chegamo, o berco do bebe nao estava pronto. Pedimos um berço. Quanto montaram, deixaram sem o colchão e quem teve que montar foi minha esposa pois o rapaz nao sabia montar. O cafe da manhã na parte de comida estava ótimo. Porem os atendentes estavam perdidos. Acabava a comida e eles demoravam para repor.

Além disso em relação a cuidados com a pandemia as funcionárias de limpeza péssimas , a sua maioria sem máscara no interior dos quartos arrumando cama. O chão do meu quarto estava cheio de cabelo e a colcha também ! Não da né! O pier não há espaçamento de cadeiras então creio que o hotel precisa rever algumas coisas para voltar a ser como era.

As áreas comuns do hotel são fantásticas. Não gostei do quarto duplex. Televisões antigas, chuveiro super ruim de regular a temperatura e os jatos de água. Roupa de cama muito ruim, travesseiros péssimos, armários com mofo e cheiro ruim. A internet não funciona!

O hotel é antigo, mas com uma boa estrutura. Nas áreas comuns tudo bom, mas podia ser modernizado. As piscinas (natural e do deck) são ótimas. Ponto ruim é que uma das piscinas estava em manutenção e não fomos avisados previamente. O quarto em si era velho e precisava de manutenção.

Hotel bom mais com resalvas

A estrutura do hotel é muito boa, porém o quarto em que fiquei estava com o teto do banheiro todo mofado. Ao ligar para trocar de quarto me foi dito que não tinha disponibilidade de outro quarto e que eu aguardasse o outro dia para tentar trocar, acabei desistindo pois no outro dia sai de manhã para um passeio que durou o dia inteiro. Em resumo eu acho que o gerente do hotel deveria se preocupar mais com o bem estar do hóspede.
