Very nice place. Very good location. 3 minutes drive to downtown and all restaurants and nightlife. They tried to charge an extra fee but I refused to pay as my reservation was fully paid at hotels.com. Ótima localizacao, otimo lugar, 3 minutos de carro do centro da Cidade, restaurantes e vida noturna. Tentaram me cobrar uma taxa extra mas eu me recusei já que a reserva estava paga na sua totalidade aqui pelo site.

Tive q mudar de quarto pagando a mais pelo upgrade, pois o quarto q havia feito a reserva(quarto standard) é minúsculo com uma cama péssima super pequena e mole demais. No caso ou eu pagava pra fazer um upgrade de quarto ou iria ter q procurar um outro hotel, opção q n queria, pois tava cansado da viagem. Outro ponto negativo é cobrar por toalha de piscina e a cobrança é por dia e não estadia. Os funcionários são atenciosos e o quarto q fiz upgrade pagando tb era bom.

Há quartos que estão mais \"novos\" que outros estávamos em duas famílias e um dos quartos tinha ar condicionado novos, o piso aparentemente bom no outro quarto pisos soltos, ar antigo e sujo com baixa eficiência. Café da manhã deixa bastante a desejar em relação ao padrão da pousada, poucas opções, apenas uma lancheira amadora para pães, forma filas devidoa baixa eficiência, não fornecem gelo. O Hotel não possui nenhum servico de quarto há um bar tercirazo na piscina que só atende de tarde ao início da noite, já o hotel não possuem nem garrafa de água para fornecimento, só trocam toalhas a cada 3 dias e secadores não possuem no quarto.

O quarto era muito desconfortável, não vale nem de perto o valor cobrado, parecia ser um puxadinho da pousada, a unidade que ficamos tinha q ser acessada por uma escada caracol pequena no fundo de um corredor escuro, gerando insegurança para subir e descer a escada, tanto que uma noite virei meu pé. Falamos na recepção que o acesso estava escuro e aparentemente nada foi feito.

A POUSADA É SIMPLES MAS DÁ PRÁ FICAR DE BOA.
A pousada é simples, é pra dormir e tomar um bom café da manhã, não tem outros atrativos. O atendimento foi bom, o café da manhã satisfatório, a localização é boa, perto da praia e entre a estação das barcas e o Centro histórico onde existem diversos bares, restaurantes e lojinhas. O quarto econômico que fiquei é simples, mas me surpreendeu positivamente, tinha ar condicionado, ventilador e um bom chuveiro, a TV é aquela antiga com os canais básicos, mas não fez diferença pra mim, tudo funcionou direitinho. A limpeza do quarto foi feita diariamente. Tem uma pizzaria anexa muito boa, recomendo. O ponto negativo é a manutenção geral da pousada, principalmente a área da piscina que está muito deteriorada, sendo necessário uma modernização urgente.

Ao chegar fomos direcionados para um quartinho dos fundos bem pequeno no qual nao tinha nenhuma vista e era extremamente quente pois ao abrir a janela dava de cara com a parede, ao realizar a compra do pacote nao sabiamos que a hospedagem seria nesse tipo de quarto, pois o que se mostra nas fotos nao condiz com a realidade que tivemos, isso foi bem decepcionante pra gente.
